I was having a good time yesterday until I spotted the Playboy slot machine that clearly and brightly lit up on top said "LOCKING WILDS". I had just played the two Sea Goddess Locking Wilds right beside it with the same brightly lit "LOCKING WILDS". I got the bonus on both Sea Goddess and they truly had the LOCKING WILDS during the bonus. After putting a lot of money in the Playboy LOCKING WILDS, I finally got the bonus, and got the wilds but they did NOT LOCK for the remainder of the bonus. (I do not play the Playboy machine without the locking wilds.) So I called the slot guy over, showed him the brightly lit LOCKING WILDS sign on top of the machine. He looked back through the previous plays and saw I had gotten the wilds and they did not lock. His excuse was that the rules on the machine do not say locking wilds in the bonus. I told him hed better take down the lit up LOCKING WILDS sign then, which he promptly did (as well as the one next to it which I hadnt played). I felt it was "bait and switch", and he could care less. Wouldnt even compensate me $5 of free play!! We immediately left. So Im saying: player beware of this casino. Also, their restaurant food wasnt that great. We had fish and chips and the fish was so-so but the fries were horrible. Looked/tasted like heated up leftovers. We were there for the hot seat drawings and couldnt hear what they were saying over the intercom. Will not recommend and will not be back.

The employees are creepy and rude. The entire time I was there they were hovering around me and staring at me as if they were waiting for me to steal something. I have never stolen anything in my life. One female employee actually came right up to me and started asking me very personal questions that were none of her business and had nothing to do with the casino. There is a horrible vibe in this place. I asked some of the locals about this and EVERYONE I spoke with agreed with me and told me they dont go there. It was very dead on a weekend. They cant keep customers and dont care if you complain or make a suggestion. Run by incompetence. Poor quality and overpriced food and drink. I was very uncomfortable the entire time and will never return, never recommend, and I will tell everyone I know about this. It was really upsetting. My worst restaurant, casino, and lounge experience ever!

After reading some of the poor reviews, I wasnt too excited about trying this place but we were on a road trip and we were not going to turn back to Klamath Falls for lunch. We gave the cafe a try and my dad and I were both impressed! I had the Triple 7 burger. It was great! The burger was cooked perfectly, the cafe puts this burger on a "house made" bread which is a giant hunk of garlic bread! I was awesome! My dad had the patty melt with similar result...it was great! The server was a doll, very friendly and kept checking in on us while the food was being prepared. The only downside was the food took a rather long time (nearly 35 minutes) to prepare. The cafe was not that busy, but I dont know, things happen and life goes on! Bottom line, the food was great! I will eat there again when passing through!

Terribly tight machines drove 5-6 hours from Portland because we heard what a great casino with moderately loose machines this was and were sorely disappointed. The food was great and friendly staff. Machines were very old, very few updated machines. On our next vacation in 2 months, we will wave to Kla mo ya as we drive by!!! There were not very many people there at all. My husband was talking to a local man and he even said that the place is never full anymore because the machines are ridiculously tight. We dont recommend and we wont return! Player beware!!!!!!!!!

One of the few places you can get a decent meal on this stretch of 97 that doesnt look either closed or deserted. While not the most amazing food ever, its pretty reasonably good and the meatloaf plate I got was worth every penny of the $6 price. We ordered a side of fruit off menu for our kids and I was extremely pleased to be greeted by what I can only describe as the best apple Ive ever eaten. If I ever drive by here again Ill gladly stop by just to get some sliced apple.

Service took absolutely for ever and once I started getting food it sucked! The french fries were flavorless. The side salad had nothing on it but sliced olives. The first time I got my sandwich the french fries were cold and the steak was almost raw and I ordered it well done. The second time I got my sandwich the french fries were ice-cold and the steak was still not cooked. I am afraid to ask for them to cook it a third time or ask for something else.

I am beyond pleased with my stay here. I am a travel nurse. I stopped here in an RV. I camped for free several nights while awaiting my job assignment orders to finalize. I enjoyed many delicious meals prepared with love and style. Coffee is complimentary with meals. There is laundry at the truck stop next door. Gas purchases get you free slot play. Ha ha ha...5pm Friday. Sign says $5.99 dinner. Little hungry so thought Id try it. I was told, "Well thats not tonight. Instead you can have the fish special for $19.99!" Took a picture of the sign in the front, showed them. They said sorry. BTW.. the waitress was very nice. Can you say FALSE ADVERTISING! ! What do you say?

Ordered burger that has a pretzel bun, medium. Came with a French dip bun and burnt.when I asked about the bun they told me they dont serve those anymore and people complain all the time about it but theres nothing they can do...hey change the menu or even just tell people when ordering. And fire the cook!!!

Not real thrilled the servers were cold & rude..didnt care if they helped the cusyomer or not. "I dont work here" oh excuse me the kla my ya uniform confused me. Finally got some help and she did her best..not her only table. More employees visiting than asdisting the customers. Saddens me this is my casino

Poor service rude employees and pricey food thats nasty filthy dining room.....and the"fine dining" haha that tribe dont get out much lol 13$ cheeseburger and its a smokers paradise like walking into a room that had never had the windows or doors opened in years with a chain smoker inside

Visited to hang out at Peak to Peak for Sunday night football. The $10 prime rib was awesome and the IPA is one of the best I had. Little bar seats about 8-10 but its nice. The bartender was good as well. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Didnt gamble so cant help you there.

Although in the middle of nowhere this is an excellent restaurant. We had an assortment of foods including steamer clams which were excellent. Also ceviche which was very good... maybe a little light on the lime.
