Went to the Casino for a 3-day golf outing with 3 other couples. Golf: The course was very nice, up scale, but maybe because its later in the year the course was beat up a little. The Stay and Play package was a decent deal. Hotel: Nice but not great. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and the lobby/ hallways were smoky. The bed was far too soft, towels too rough, but the room had a nice mini fridge and microwave. Casino: Main casino was very smoky and the small smoke free casino was much better. Had most live games, but no 3-card poker. Poker room was up stairs and seemed like it was part of the hotel, across from a conference room, away from the casino action. The casino only has 6 video poker machines (my favorite). Overall: On scale of 1-10 maybe a 3. I found most people were pleasant but encountered three people that were far from it. While some of our group was attempting to sign up for Players Cards, the young man behind the counter was not friendly, argumentative, and the process/benefits were different than the day before when some of us signed up. The facility serves Pepsi, I drink Diet Coke. I spent one evening in the main casino for a few hours playing video poker and live games, drinking my diet coke without incident, and actually won. The last night, after gambling in the main casino a while without incident, I went to the non-smoking casino bar. I took a drink of my diet coke, sat it on the bar and was feeding cash into the poker machine when the young man (bartender) came over. He snatched up my half empty bottle of coke, said sorry no outside drinks and offered to give me a glass of Pepsi. I explained I dont drink Pepsi, wanted my coke back, and was sure a joke was coming. No so, he walked off with my coke and I demanded to speak to a supervisor. A stocky Indian woman arrived after 10 minutes, looking angry, took a defense posture, and proceeded to keep repeating thats the policy. I took my winnings back to my room, drank diet coke, left in the morning, and have no plans to return. Lack of consistent policies, inconsistent enforcement, and some rude and abrasive employees dropped the overall rating.

I am incredibly shocked and dismayed at the customer service I received this evening by an employee at the Cashier. I quickly checked my phone and was incredibly rudely informed by this employee that was not allowed at the Cashier. I hadnt done this previously, and yet, judging by her tone, I had committed and unforgivable transgression. I didnt see any signs posted, but chalked it up to that she probably has had to tell this to far to many people in her time employed at the Cashier. I returned about an hour and a half later, requesting another advance. As it happened, she was available again. As I walked up to the counter, she said "well that was fast" again in an extremely rude tone. I would think that your business would appreciate that I was continuing to spend my money, rather than reminding me that I had lost money in a short amount of time. As she ran my card, I observed that there wasnt a pen avaliable to sign the receipt. The counter to my left was unattended, so I picked up the pen from there and placed it in front of me on the counter. She looked up at me, and said that I needed to put that pen back where I found it. I was stunned, there wasnt a pen avaliable, I didnt attempt to take the pen with me and once again, her tone and body language were incredibly offensive. Suffice it to say, I cant remember a time when I have received such poor customer service. This is the first time I have ever written a complaint, and I will also be providing this experience on I have been going to Little Creek for years, but from now on, I will be taking my business to Red Wind.

This is the second time going to a concert and the second time it was a no show or canceled. The Management & CEO was rude and didnt offer anything to fix the problem after driving 1.5 hour each time and each way. We stayed in the hotel both times and ask for non smoking. The first time they said not sure why it was so smokey so we gave them another chance but, again the again the room was smokey very bad. The concert manger offer 2 deals, I told her I would need to talk to my group of 8 people before I answered. After talking with them she canceled the offers and didnt even come out both times, I had to talk to her on the phone in the smoked filled casino. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, After that I asked for the Main Manager with was the CEO he came out but was the rudest person ever and didnt show any remorse for all the time we spent coming there both times. I told him the concern mgr could of email me or a email should of when out to all the ticket holder he said sorry, I think they did this so people would still come and spend money in the casino.

I am not going to even try and describe how bad the gaming was! The almost noise-less atmosphere and long faces tell it all as soon as you walk in the door I should have turned around and walked right back out! The resort has selected very nice furnishings but everything seems to have been placed with very generic thought. Sadly the furnishings are paired with extremely low quality items that are mixed in and make it feel as cheap as it all looks! Very unfortunate! The room I was in was a step up from a standard but still had one of those shower heads that does not adjust but sprays the water so hard it actually hurts your skin. You can not stand directly under it like normal. But angling the shower head as is necessary causes the water to splatter everywhere which makes the bathroom a completely soaked mess. This was my second time staying there and my experience have only grown worse each time. And if even one of the staff in the place had a personality it might have helped just a little to bring up the atmosphere... unfortunately that wasnt case...

Rv Park, Concert, Buffet Review Several weeks ago at reservation, we were told we could not pick our RV site. Pulled into LCC and was assigned a spot. Got to the spot and it was the ONLY one with no grass and backed up to the casino corner exit. We asked if we could move over one spot so our kids could have grass to play on and less dirt to get in RV. We were told no, they are reserved. We then asked when a different spot opens, please let us switch. A) nobody pulled into the open spot next to us B) we were never given an option on any other spots during our 3 nights. Pros: very clean bathrooms, close to casino, strong WiFi signal Cons: traffic is very noisy (needs wall barrier), no tables, lotto sites so may get a junk one. Buffet: Overrated for price IMO. Silverware was disgustingly dirty. I question if other stuff is that gross? I dont have a weak stomach but this just about did it in. Concert: Fun. Adult oriented - beer garden. Cheap tickets. Loud...loved it.
