Loved the atmosphere in this bowling alley! I would definitely recommend this location over the Bowl America on Occoquan Road. The lighting for cosmic bowling was a bit brighter than I had expected, but there were black lights and the music was very lively! I would recommend longer hours for the weekend! Closing at midnight on a Saturday is such a let down! Aside from all that, the wonderful Wanda who happened to be working the counter last night (we arrived close to 11pm), was pretty rude. I understand she may have had a long day and was ready to go but she rolled her eyes at me and showed disgust when I questioned the prices she told me vs the ones I saw online. There was a small misunderstanding, which could have been cleared up with "online pricing is different depending on location" but we get sass from a woman whos clearly having a rough day. I completely understand the frustration as I have worked retail for a part in my life, but Im glad to know AMF training consists of eye rolling and sassing customers. Great job. Ill be back, but I hope Wanda has a better day and learns how to speak with customers. :)

If I could give absolutely NO STARS I would. This place is way over priced and after paying a huge price for bowling our game timed out and they did not fix it! A game we paid for. Seriously the absolute worst service I have ever seen and experienced and I will NEVER come here with my children or recommend this place! We paid for the entire game and they just sat there and shrugged their shoulders. Thanks for stealing our money. Oh and also, there is either bumpers for everyone or bumpers for no one. We just accepted it because we went there to have fun and spend time together, but now Ill throw it out there anyway.

been there myself always crowded,over priced, bowling lanes always having problems, (balls getting stuck, some pins missing, scoring, etc..) friendly staff though yeah whats up with the lights not been off when cosmo music time is happening beer pitchers a bit pricey sup with bowling leagues? not cool especially weekend evenings when families need entertain their kids do ur bowling leagues Mon- Thurs

My kid & I ATTEMPT to get over there for some Mommy & son time... Its been Soooo great. Robin the Manager, at closing. She did something with ALL of the ENTIRE pins & he just thought it was the most amazing thing. Hes since made a lot of friends there at 5 years old & looks forward to going to seeing the friendly Staff. Thanks again Robin for your continued efforts. Thumbs Up

My family visited in August 2014 and had a great time. Best bowling shoes I ever rented, the facility is clean, smoke-free and the lanes have interesting lighting. We found the staff to be very friendly and cooperative. This is important when you are a casual and mostly incompetent bowler. My son also found the french fries to be excellent. We would certainly go again.

This place is God awful. By far the worst service by their drone workforce of dullards incapable of independent thought or simple instructions. Forgotten orders, malfunctioning equipment, overpriced food, and an atmosphere thats lost in the 80s, only because it feels dated, and not stylized. Avoid spending your money here. Avoid going here. Just stay away.

This may be a fun place for families to go bowling but it takes forever to actually get a lane and get shoes, etc., because it seems like one employee is doing everything (understaffed). On the plus side, I was pleasantly surprised how fresh their pizza was but not pleased with how much they charged for it (about $16 for one pizza).

This place blows. The lane failed every third ball and the attendants couldnt be bothered to fix the situation. Mix in dark lanes without all the flashy lights working and sullen employees for an all-star turd show. Avoid if you are looking for a fun time. Literally weakest bowling experience Ive had in decades.

Very poor customer service. Asst. Manager is rude as hell. She obviously needs to be retrained and told how to speak to customers. I asked two simple questions and got several rude answers. Ex. I asked when a league would be done and was told why does it matter when it will be done.

If I couldve put no stars I wouldve. Me and my Girlfriend came here Wednesday May,17 2017 at 8:30pm and no one came to help us other than a kid finding his manager *Who was no where to be found**. If your looking for a long wait on a slow day this is the place for you . Pathetic.

This place is overpriced for the service they provide. We came on a Friday night for Cosmo bowling. It was filled with teenagers and we waited over 45 minutes for a lane, while the whole time they had empty lanes available. Only come if you have the patience

Used to always go for the Cosmic Bowling. Now they leave the lights on which kind of defeats the purpose. Not sure if something happened where now its a liability. Also, this place is Ghetto, but it is Dale City.

pretty good bowling alley! They have leagues very frequently but their are a few open lanes while they have leagues going so anyone can come in at any time and bowl! Great place to go and have fun!

Obviously not very well run. Website posts wrong hours of operation. Used to a much higher level of professional excellence from AMF Bowling Centers. Apparently it varies from region to region.

Nice alley. I like that they have employees who come to the lane to take food orders and deliver. With a couple of kids, its hard to walk away and leave them alone to get something to eat.

I was asked to coach a bowling team and am very glad I accepted. The staff is nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. If youre a first time bowler this is a great place to practice.

There a lot teens there and they were running all arind the pma e wasnt very clean at all. Lanes were dry
