I have been bowling in Bowl America houses since the early ninties. It is a shame to see what has happend to them over the years. Wayyyyyyy Outdated scoring systems, aging equipment, dirty and way over priced. The cost of a large Drink at Bowl America is 3.29 with no refils, a plain old hot dog almost 3 dollars, A small order of fries is 4 dollars. I would not mind paying thee prices if they would sink some money into upgrading there houses. When you go and look at other lanes near by that arent Bowl America "King Pin" Shrader etc you can see a huge difference in their quality. I cannot wait until Uptown Alley opens up at Commonwealth center, I look forward to Bowling on updated lanes with up to date software and equipment. It is a Shame but I dont think Bowl America Southwest will survive.

Great price and time we went was not busy at all. However, Lee who worked there could not possibly have been ruder. He spoke rudely to me and my husband and when we had issues with the lane, he practically yelled at us. Even my son who is under 10 said "if that man doesnt like people he should not work around them" I would probably return because we had a great family day there. However, I would make sure there was someone different working first.

Bowling center is fairly up to date but the prices are high even for league bowling. The food is good but over priced considering it is a snack bar. Customer service is great at this location.

A local alley that appears to be fighting to stay alive. Theyre really trying by hosting groups, adding music and disco lights to make things fun. Its a good time for a family night out.

Not a bad place to spend the evening bowling. Sure these days its a little pricey and the equipment isnt the most modern, but nothing of that got in the way of us having a good time.

Love the staff, the food, the lanes, the deals...beer selection is pretty weak and overpriced but other than that, love it.

Its an ok bowling alley, some money could be invested for the inside. Particularly with the food and drink service!
