Nice bowling alley and all, but I cant say the same for the staff there. It was my first time bowling in years and I was unable to hold the lightest ball meant for adults only (sized 8). Letting go of the ball was not only awkward, but the weight of it really made my wrist and arm sore after several tosses. There were lighter balls, but they were for kids only according to the employee and manager there, which would be understandable if there was a group of kids. There were only two there at the moment though. My boyfriend and I played one game and left, after he spent $28 on unlimited bowling. Seems like I better start gaining some muscle, but I guess Ill never come back whether I do or not.

Weve been going to Village Lanes every week for years now and are always happy there. Decent snack bar if you want something to nosh on. It can be crowded during the leagues, so we just go later in the evening. (They have all-you-can-bowl special for $5 after 9PM on Monday-Thursday... check the website for details.) Fun way to spend an evening with friends. Friendly, helpful people.

Pros: Cheap bowling. Cons: Pretty crowded during peak hours, the food is super expensive, and although they keep it fairly clean, it feels dirty at times. That being said, Id choose village lanes over king pinz any day - the bowling is that much cheaper. Definitely recommend calling ahead if you want to go during peak hours, but otherwise have fun!

Although not very attractive bowling arena compared to the nearby bowling arenas in the area, they are competitively priced location. As reluctant Im to recommend this place, its a great place to spend time with friends/family if you are norm willing to spend too much money and have fun with bowling.

Not just a regular bowling alley. They have a VIP Area and will bring food out to you. Im not too impressed with the food and it was a little pricey for the experience but if your like me and bowl every few months its a good place to go for something to do with a meal on the side.

I first went to these lanes 15 years ago and wasnt impressed. Now I go there every week for their $5 All you can bowl deal! The staff are tremendous. They are friendly and make you feel welcomed. The snack bar makes the best fries bar none. Love this place.

They didnt tell us that it was so much a game PER person. Played 9 games thinking it would only be $28 and turned out to be $62. On top of that one of the lane guys was rude and basically yelling at my husband, brother and me. Food staff was nice.

Bowling in a league here for years enjoy the atmosphere and the staff. Their longevity says much. I dont eat there though cant justify the cost but that would be the case at any bowling alley.

It was hot as hell in there. It as has been this way during the summer for the last 4 years. Please fix the air conditioning system. BTW, nice menu board

Properly maintained and oiled lanes. Real bowling, not like the commercial places that focus on selling food and drinks and know nothing about bowling.

Its exactly what i think a bowling alley should be. You just have to make sure leagues arent going on or you wont have a lane free. Good prices.

The employees along with the manager are rude, place smells is smoke, and the service is terrible. I would not bowl at Village Lanes again.

We love this place. We bring our summer camp here every year. The best bang for the buck in the area when it comes to bowling.

The new bowling place in Village at Lessburg is better. This place tends to be a big teen hang out spot.
