Where to begin? We booked a Birthday Party for my 12 year old daughter and were not very pleased at all. Management needs a wake up call. We were treated as if we were just another table in the waitresses section, NOT as a special party that was dropping over $400.00 to bowl and have pizza. After I complained to the manager, he never spoke to me again the rest of the night. I waited around for 45 minutes after the party was over to pay the bill, but no one ever came back to give it to me. I then stood at the waitress station, waiting for my bill, ignored. I had to go outside to call the place and leave a message on the voicemail for someone to call me so I could settle the bill. After 4 days, I was finally able to speak to the event coordinator. I explained the following problems to her: We were promised a dedicated attendant for our party that we did not get. We shared a table with some random guy drinking beer. It took 20 minutes, from the first to the last pizza, to get all of our pizza delivered for our 16 guests. We were promised 3 lanes and then were only given 2 because in the fine print of the contract it says they can do that. Four of the kids had to hold their bowling balls on their laps because there just isnt enough room for 8 to a lane. I wanted to also bowl, but that just wasnt possible with only 2 lanes. The kids only got a chance to bowl 1 game.....1 game in two hours. To top it off, the 2 hours we were there, the lanes on each side of us were empty. After listening and writing it all down, she says,"Ok, now all I need is your credit card number." Her only concern was the money, not the problem. I asked to speak to a manager before I paid the bill, so I was transferred to the Owner, Ash. His first statement to me was," So I understand that you will not pay your bill" and that he was going to call the police and have his lawyer contact me. I was dumbfounded. I still did not know how much my bill was yet! How could I pay it? I expected at the very least, a discount or an apology, but it was clear that wasnt going to happen. He would not listen to anything I had to say. I was told that after I paid the bill he would listen to my complaint and make everything worth my while. So I paid the bill and he offered for me to come back with my family and he would pay for my bowling....sorry, but not enough. After I stated to him that wasnt enough, he then said he would go so far as to pay for my meal as well. Too Late, the damage was done. I dont usually do this, but the management is appalling. I have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years, and all I can say is that I am ashamed at how I was treated. I will never go back. Had he treated me with respect and offered an apology, I would not have written this review. With that style of management, I dont look for them to be around long.

It is okay if you want to spend lots of $$$. Very overpriced and terrible service. When we went our group of twelve people, two lanes was reserved on a Tuesday for the time spot of 10PM to 1230AM on a Saturday. The people at the front desk were unaware that one could book online for reservations and had a manager come out to fix the situation. $22.00 a person for unlimited bowling. It took ten minutes to get our shoe size for bowling shoes and we were the first in line! Our server, upon entering the lanes was no where to be found. Once found, we ordered 3 buckets of beer $20 for 5 bottles, and 2 pizzas, ($12 each). The first pizza came out after 12 people bowled a whole game. The waitress assured us that we would receive our second pizza in a shorter amount of time than the first. WRONG! Our pizza came midway through our third game of bowling and I spoke to a manager about our very dissatisfaction of service. I told the manager we would not be back. EVER! From the time we came in to the time we left was the worst experience. I get if your busy but the manager tried to say that the reason our second pizza was because of the cooks misinterpreting the orders for the people beside us. I used to be in the service industry and this place has no class whatsoever. For being the "best" bowling alley in Hagerstown; I was very displeased.

Went to seven 10 last evening and wanted to see for myself and not judge a book by its cover. The review you read are complete accurate. The establishment is great. Modern, Clean, updated, and over all "fancy". The service was above par. She was attentive, polite, making sure we had everything we needed while juggling 4/5 other groups of bowlers and walk in customers. Major disappointment is the pricing!! I am not so much upset about the bowling price as I am the alcohol. IT IS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. My girlfriend and I had a total of seven drinks, two of which was a draft beer. We also had a flat bread and our bill was $85. I was blown away to say the least. I was there with another couple and between bowling and our food and beverage tab we spent a total grand total around $260.00 for 3 hours of bowling and a handful of drinks. Will not be going back until the adjust there prices for the location. We are located in Hagerstown Maryland, WE ARE NOT IN THE CITY so do not charge us as if we are!

This place is absolutely amazing the manager Terry is great people. He was energetic and engaged the entire night. Hagerstown is a small town and 7-10 brings us together. If your looking fun, great drinks, and no drama this is the place you want to be. The security is delightful and accommodating. The dance floor and atmosphere is amazing. The bartender is quick and pleasant. The DJ provided a mix of music that kept people dancing. Arrive before 10:00pm and its free. After 10:00pm its 10 dollars. I arrived at 9:45pm not Alot of people. However hold on tight because by 10:30-11:00 the people were flowing in. Cant say it enough 7-10 is going to put hagerstown on the map. Go check it out. LOVED EVERY MOMENT. Take it from me 7-10 is the move. This spot is going to blow all the others out the water. Ashley Johnson-Promoter

We had our sons birthday party this past Saturday on November 26th. When we arrived the Front Desk Staff were clueless about our event. They said the event planner Jordan was out. Thankfully the manager Susan came up and got us all settled in with our lanes & table areas. Our server Haley also saved the day by being so attentive. We would not recommend for events however the atmosphere, cleanliness and quality of the food is good. The Front Desk Staff need more training and the event planner Jordan overpromised but sadly underdelivered. The cost per person was not worth the 10 to 15 minutes of bowling our guests received. Get your act together Seven Ten, you have a beautiful place just need the staff to be better trained. Thank you Susan and Haley for great customer service.
