I am a bowler who visits Normandy often, but in my visit yesterday I was very unhappy with the customer services. There is a new young man working the services desk, who knows nothing about customer services. My visit was Sunday Jan. 3, 2016 at 3pm. Me and a group of friends met to practice, But the man working the service desk would not even take the time to do his job. We was just standing at the services desk as he keep looking at us as he talked at the food counter for about 10 to 15 min. wow I could not believe it. Normandy is my home bowling ally, and I am writing this post hoping someone in management would take a look at the customer service overall. I work hard for my money and I will not spend it on poor services. Thats why on Sunday we took our money and walk out. I wonder how often dose this happen.

I wish I could give no stars. All the games kept stealing our coins from the kids that were at a birthday party. None had tickets we were supposed to recieve. When mentioned to management they sent someone out to start fixing games one by one. We just wanted out money back. When asked for that they got a terrible attitude with us. Our kids at the party (aged 6 and under) were forced to bowl with balls that were 10 lbs and up. Please save your money and go to a place that cares about their business and customer service.

Wow! This is a great bowling center! The center is clean and well kept and the staff is amazingly friendly. I took my kids bowling thier this week to get out of the heat. They loved it! We will definently be returning to this center again, even thinking about doing a birthday party for my daughter, they have great prices and awesome staff. Definently would recommend it to all my friends and family.

This is the worst bowling experience Ive ever had, the employees were mean and unresponsive, the lane we were bowling in would stop and we would have to wait for long periods of time for apparently no reason, once up to 15 minutes, for one game! A bowling game for 3 people isnt supposed to take longer than 15 minutes... Then when I asked for a refund or extra game, was turned down.

Horrible employees, they were very disrespectful and didnt care about the problem people were having at the bowling lanes. The place smelled like crap and they dont clean the tables. At our table, there was sauce and dried up soda stain that was sticky. There are so many other problems and I felt like I was robbed because the event was not worth the price!!!!

We had our daughters 4th birthday here and it was fabulous! The price was reasonable, everything was setup when we got there, and they helped us without any hesitation and excellent customer service! This was, by far, the easiest birthday party Ive ever thrown for the little one. I appreciate them for that. I was only a little tired ;)

Very bad experience today..... The front desk person was not respectful. Later they asked us to switch lane in the middle of a game because another group needed two lanes! Then they didnt reset the the lane for us! Next the screen turned black. We informed the employees twice, nobody came to fix it at all!!! Not recommended!

Had a birthday party at this Bowling alley for 10 3 year olds. Opened 3 lanes next to kids for the parents. The staff was excellent. Always there to help. Food was excellent drinks for the parents. Would definitely come here again. Great value and experience all around!

Just went here for like a work happy hour! This place is very nice, awesome flat screen tvs for scoring, the pool table is cool. Great staff, treated us very well. Awesome bar! All in all a great experience, even though I dont live that close I will def. be back.

Horrible experience. The staff was condescending, rude and unhelpful. Not only will I never be returning to that place, I will be sure to inform everyone I know never to go there either. Only plus was that it was a nice facility, minus the TV sets from 1993.

I love this place I had my daughters 13 birthday party and she love it they had thing there to do for all ages.the food was delcious an our hostess was the best. I will tell ll my friends to have there next party there

Completely over priced, not even a lower price for small children who cant even get the entire experience. Every thing is so old and ran down in here.......As much as they charge a remodel should be underway.

Great environment. Went on a Tuesday night they have a $2.22 special. Good drinks. We were late getting there and didnt get to finish our game, but they gave everyone a coupon to come back for a free game.

Get here early during the weekend. After 8pm expecta an hour to two hour wait for a lane. Staff was very courteous but short staffed. Tables and chairs could use a little cleaning. Overall had a good time.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Got a 4 instead of a 5 because table monitor didnt work and bumper pads fell down. Was broken in one area. Bathroom smelly, needed a better clean. Seats very comfortable.

Its okay. The bar is kind of sad. Its definitely standard bowling alley experience - sub par food, everything feels a bit dated, and youll pay through the nose if you dont have a coupon of some kind.

Its very busy during the summer time at nights, so do call in before coming by at least an hour. Fun whenever I come with friends. Food is alright. Theres an arcade whenever youre not bowling.

Spent over $200 there and then the stingy manager wouldnt give us our $3 that the photo booth ate when it shut off because the power cord is hanging from the ceiling for anyone to trip over...

Crazy expensive to play unless you go as a group (to split the cost). Even off hours and days are too much. Facility is maintained adequately (cleanliness, smell, bathrooms, etc.).

The place have really easy to set up pads. Shoes are clean, and the bowling area, balls, tables, and arcade floors are well maintained.

Cosmic Bowling is a great time for all ages. Their computer screens are a bit hard to use and I wouldnt recommend getting food from here
