Terrible cistomer service, and after paying for thier expensive food and crazy bowling fees, they claim they can only take 2 credit cards and cant split your bill. There is a fee from the ATM so you get to pay to pay your bill. We ended up making them take 3 cards after the ATM jammed up, and they did it no problem, so dont believe thier 2 card story. They cram up to 8 of you in one lane, even though there is only seating for 6, and the tables are only big enough for 3 plates. We were told we couldnt have the empty lane next to us because there was a waiting list. The lane stayed empty for almost the entire time we were there. The inside does look nice, and the big screens play music and sports, but the screens that show the bowling scores play way too many adds about thier food. They would also only take 2 of our 4 coupons for the 8 of us(4 couples), even though the coupons themselves say the limit is one per person. If you go here with a big party, just go in seperate, they will not split your check and you have to do it by hand and divide out all the shoe rentals and games. All in all a big pain, and we will not be going back.

Me and a couple of friends went out to bowl here. We paid got our shoes and went to the lane they assigned us to. When we got to our lane the table was dirty! Had a empty pitcher of beer and a slice of pizza that was bitten into. Push that to the side and we played a couple of games. As we returned the bowling shoes to leave, the cashier with a obvious fake little gold chain might I add said to us hey did you guys pay already?! We were shocked and felt disrespected! This guy must have short term memory because he rang us up! We said yes obviously how would we get the bowling shoes without you giving them to us? And taking our money? So we walked outside into the parking lot. Few moments later out comes dummy number 2 walking towards our cars saying we need to pay. Luckily my friends had their receipts with them and showed it to him. I told him he could look at the cameras for even more proof. He was very rude about it knowing very well they made a mistake. Bowlmor will hire anyone it seems smh.

If it was possible to give this place zero stars I would have. I work weekends and my fiance and I had date night. It was horrible (the bowling was fun) There were 6 to 7 employees at the restaurant. I would say 7 people bowling total. Two of the working employees joined a party by bowling with them. The other employees stood around together talking. Not one of the servers approached us. I went to the bar to see about getting food and drink. That is when I finally found our server. I asked about the specials, and the server said there were none. (We had seen them on the internet) We had to show the server the specials. Had to pretty much beg to get someone to take our order, and then they never returned except to give us our check. Our advise. If you go, just bowl. Go out eat somewhere else, and just go to the bar for drinks and you might get served. Just a horrible customer experience

I came with a youth group as one of the driver (25 teens). I was thoroughly disappointed when I realized that the bowling alley was showing sexually explicit music videos throughout the night. I will never bring my kids there. I will NEVER recommend this bowling alley to anyone, no matter the age, This is horrific. The videos have nothing to do with bowling, just the decadence of our moral fiber. 300, clean up your act! You are making people better human beings, just more like animals. I have 11 children. None of whom will place a foot in your building unless I hear it has stopped showing music videos. You cant even hear your own voide. It is full of lights, noise and constant stimulation by technology. Its har to even figure our you points on the screen....so much stuff....VERY DISAPPOINTING. Dont go there!

I called ahead to ask about pricing and they told me it depends on the day and time. I inform them that were coming today between 4 and 5 and they give me pricing and reassure me that they have lighter bowling balls and children ramps for the kids. We arrived and were told that they are closed to the public until 9pm. I reminded them that I just called and they said they were open and even asked me when we were coming. The lady shrugged and said they decided to close 20 minutes ago. We were all disappointed especially our kids who would be bowling for the first time. The business did not offer us anything in the way of apology or compensation for ruining one of the few outings we are able to have. As a result, we cannot recommend this business and will discourage our social circle from visiting this location.

DO NOT GO THERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Outside lights were out, so when we arrived it looked like the place was closed... When we got out, the parking lot was pitch black, we couldnt even find our car, scary! The only reaction the management had was " oh its out again?" Not the first time I am assuming, and they did nothing. We go inside, get a lane and it was bowling in hell! The AC was out and it was crazy hot, horrible experience, and when I talked to the manager trying to explain how unpleasant experience was... He just kept smiling, although i was not entertained. He was not at all concerned when I told him I was not coming back... So the the only thing I can do is to warn others

Customers service was terrible. The waiter had an attitude the entire time. The cashier also wanted a tip... I have no idea why if all she did was take our payment and nothing else. Not only that but I got an over charge on my credit card after. Apparently the waiter tipped Herself almost $50. It was more than double of what the games actually cust and when I called the manager it took the over a week to return the call. And when she did called back she called with an attitude and when I told her what happened she seemed mad. She ended up hanging the phone up on me. Thats the worst customer service Ive ever received. I recommend you go to a different location or take cash if you do go there.

Went in on a sunday with a friend wanting to rent a lane they said there is a waiting list so I put my name and number on the list. I walk through the bowling alley and found 9 lanes available i looked at the list I was 14 I figured we would just hang out at the bar. The bar didnt take cash so i had to buy a gift card to pay for the pitcher of beer we ordered. By the time we were done drinking about an hour later I check in on the list and only 2 names were crossed off from the 14 and i walked through to see if there were lanes available and there were 8 lanes open. We ended up leaving, and I never got a phone call so I would chalk this up to poor management that day.
