Are the lanes at this place shorter than normals? lol! My friends and I came here for a birthday! First off, you should make reservations because we have tried a few times to go there and they are always booked. Secondly, you would have never had thought there was a bowling ally when you first arrive! It is in the very back and inside a room. We went on a Saturday afternoon and our game is was $5 and $5 for shoes. When we walked back to the room we also passed by bocce ball which also looked like fun. The atmosphere was great! There was a little kid birthday part also going on, but it was not distracting us from our 30 year old birthday party. The couches are leather couches and there is plenty of space is sit and put down your stuff. Definitely nicer than Lucky strike. The food and drinks were typical. apps starting $10 is, Flatbreads $13, salads $8/13 and entrees $15. The beers local cans were $6 to $8 for drafts, they had wine and bottles as well. They also do not mind you opening separate checks. It was a fun time bowling without the ally smelling like bowling. Some weird things: 1)The music was just okay. It was like you were in a romantic movie and it was the part where people do things together that make them start falling in love. We asked for a music change, but they were not able to do so because it was the CEOs playlist. 2) we finished our game and our time was up so we asked for another game. Some people had reserved our lane, but didnt show up yet past the reserved time. We all got moved to one lane next to us and we had to change waiters which was weird. We all had to close out our bills and start another one. Overall we had a good time with our friends and I was good place to experience. I would come back again and try bocce ball.

You would think pinstripes is a batting cage/restaurant the way they struck out. We went in as a group, although large, still manageable. To start, the food was pretty good. We had our salad and bread which were very delicious and already on the table upon arrival, BUT (and this is a very big BUT) before we could finish our starters, the waiters very rudely snatched the plates from the tables without asking if we were done, strike 1. Continuing, we recieved two dishes which were poorly rationed to fit the amount of people sitting at the table, and not only did we not recieve much food, but with the little that was offered, we were rushed, and denied the option to enjoy the little bit of food which is COMPLETELY stuck between TWO of my teeth, strike 2. Finally, the servers were extremely rude. Though not all of them. There was one gentleman who was very considerate and attentive, the others on the other hand, didnt care that we were paying customers, but rather that we inconvienced them with our above adverage sized group. The rude behaviors portrayed by the waiters and waitresses, entailed: rushing, eye rolling, plate slamming, reaching over plates, and barely acknowleding our presences, unless we spoke directly too them. Ive had plently of bad waiters and waitresses throughout time, but this was undoubtly the worst service i have EVER received, and that was strike 3. Being the good natured group that we are, we were able to find solice in each others company and still have a good time regardless of the inconsiderate and rude staff. In closing, id like to personally thank the staff for allowing me to see where i would never like to go back.

Overall more negative than positive experience. Slow disorganized service, poor cleanliness. Went 1.5 hrs before closing, but they still wanted to charge for 2 hours to bowl until close at 11pm, so decided on 1 hour of bowling, which is fine i suppose, except it was $15/person for the hour. It was supposed to be happy hour until closing so mixed drinks were supposed to be $5 each, however the server did not explain that the drinks we ordered were not included in happy hour, despite it being on the happy hour menu? After seeing an 85$ bill for 5 drinks and 2 appetizers (bowling paid for up front) asked to speak to a manager. Server came back with a reduced bill afted about 10 minutes, but not before we saw a massive rodent scurry from one couch to another... Asked to speak to manager again, waited another 10 minutes, at this point it is 11p, finally manager came over, stated that the reason for his delay was that he was outside shovelling snow, but it had stopped snowing at 4pm, there was no snow on the side walk or alley leading to the door on the way in, and his shoes were completely dry and he showed now signs of being cold at all despite it being ~20• outside. Manager basically said yes we know we have mice but dont worry you wont get sick. Now am having diarrhea and feeling very nauseus.... Wouldnt recommend eating the food. Overall not a great experience.

Although the food at this place was delicious this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. We were seated and I asked for a high chair for my 18 month old, which was obviously forgotten about and I finally saw a waiter about 25 mins later who finally brought us some water who grabbed a high chair for us. No one ever asked us if we wanted something other than water to drink. We finally had another random waiter come up and take our order. Which then arrived almost and hour later, and missing one of our guests meal, hers arrived after we had finished. Now the food I cant complain the kitchen staff obviously knows whats up because there spicy grilled chicken sandwich was amazing! And there French Fries are some of the best Ive ever had. I just wish I wouldve got to finish them. I had to run my potty training 3 year old to the bathroom and when I returned all of the plates were already cleared including my sons who he had maybe eaten two bites of his Mac and cheese. Of course they wasted no time bringing the check I then had to ask if my kids could have the cookies that came with there meal and thankfully those came out pretty quickly. So for the price of the food I would have expected some stellar service, but no.... very disappointing. We will not be returning here.

Its on all the lists as kid friendly and a great place. So, with two kids we thought wed give it a shot. When we arrived, there was confusion at the hostess desk, which should have been our first sign (three hostesses, no obvious line for check-in, a new hostess who couldnt "find" our reservation). Once seated way in the back as if we were pirannahs we were not greeted by a waiter for fifteen minutes. Once a waiter did greet us the service was terrible-- never checked on after received food, never refilled drinks, didnt know how to deal with pouring or chilling wine. We are supposed to receive bread prior to dinner and despite three requests (to waiters other than our own, and then later when our own waiter did his one visit during the meal) we did not receive it until the end of the meal. Despite the service, the food was only so-so. To get the bill we had to actually go to the hostess stand and request it. Even then, it took fifteen minutes. The place was very loud. Theres certainly the entertainment of bowling and bocce which is unique. If youre visiting the area, Id give this place a skip.
