The parking lot is sketchy at times. The theater itself is fairly decent. It was usually clean when I went. It is common to see busted out windows on cars here, so dont leave your things in sight, try not to park too far out of sight, near bushes, etc. There were a few homeless dudes milling about the parking lost last time I went, but I think the businesses there would rather not spend the time/money/effort to minimize the risk.

Very pricy compaired to cinemark. $7.99 for an adult matinee and$ 7.49 for a child at 11 in the morning is rediculous. Cinemark is $4.15......each child or adult! Popcorn and drink is overpriced to. The theater is clean though which is a bonus. For a family of 6....you lost our daytime business! I can take 5 people to cinemark at 11 am and pay for all 5 of us for what it would be for 3 people. Booooooo

I came in to buy my 16 year old son and 2 of his 16 year old friends tickets to hot dog party. When they tried to see the movie they were rudely sent back to get a refund. They said the guy taking the tickets was an ass hole. Im very upset about this because they had no one to pick them up since I drove them. If they had the tickets and their not 5 years old let them in to the damn movie.

The building is nice enough but the staff is utterly unwilling to eject loud or interruptive people and the management will not resolve issues. Youll spend the same money as the guy behind you who thinks his comments are really important and says them so loudly it ruins the movie for those around. Spare yourself the aggravation and see it on netflicks.

Its alright, like most theaters the concession stand is overpriced. Also almost every time the volume is to loud and it sounds bad. When I saw Rouge One the sound didnt work for the previews and there must have been dust on the lens because there were specks all over the screen, which was really noticeable than there was a sky shot or white background

Love the atmosphere and cleanliness of this theater. The staff is amazing and the seats are extremely comfortable. Regal is truly a safe and an amazing place to see movies. Then after a movie, you can go out on the town and enjoy the restaurants around it. I prefer to go around 12-1:30 showings for new movies on Fridays since its not so crowded.

The confessions tonight are horribly slow and dysfunctional. The lines need better coordination. I chose regal due to convenience but in the future if I want consessiond Ill be going to amc. Additionally, the popcorn is burnt and is 98% crumbs. The drink guy overfilled the soda and Im fairly confident he knew I was getting skipped in line.

The staff and security are amazing but as for watching a scary movie with an ignorant crowd yeah right... if you come across what we experience trying to see Annabelle then you may want to let the staff know they will accommodate you in any way I am only giving a five star to the staff and the actual theater because they deserve

Staff were unhelpful, turning away my children and I from even looking at the available movies & times. The door was unlocked, but they pushed us out claiming they were having a meeting. All we saw were teenagers milling around. It wouldnt have hurt anything to give us two minutes to look at the times. Poor customer service.

Plenty of parking; friendly staff- they always seem to have a smile on their face. Wont find healthy foods as a selection, but then you are in a theater!! Seating is comfortable; Ive never had a problem with loud or inconsiderate neighbors (maybe because Ive never seen a full house). Bathrooms are clean.

We will drive from Chesapeake to Va. Beach just to enjoy this stadium seating theater! All the theaters are stadium, so youre never disappointed to find yourself in a small theater for a movie youve been looking forward to. Our popcorn always hot! Nice staff, comfy seating.

Its right there at Town Center at Pembroke its a pretty nice theater but could definitely use some upgrading remodeling. Theater is always clean, people are always nice, screens are good it just doesnt have the same feel as Lynhaven or Strawbridge.

This location was just ok. Nothing outstanding or special about it. It was missing the station to add your own popcorn butter, the concession prices were a bit higher than other Regal cinemas, and the theater was about what you would expect.

It was a Holliday, opening day for dead pool and less than half of the concession lines were open and it took over a half an hour to get through the line, pissed I missed the previews. Theaters was clean.

Convenient location, plenty of parking, and friendly staff ... but for 2 adults and 2 children to see a 3D movie it was $53..add popcorn and drinks it adds up to $100 evening to see a movie.

Horrible experience. They pumped the volume up so high that people were leaving the showing of star wars rogue 1. People were doing what appeared to be drugs out front. Quite a shady theater.

Alot of crime at the theatre. Had my car broken into but fortunately nothing of value taken. Its bad when they have signs when you enter that they are not responsible for break-ins.

Not the most modern theater, but does elicit nostalgia and is well maintained. If you are staying at the town center while visiting and need to see a new movie, its very convenient.

Your personnel are great and movie times are fantastic.The seating is very comfortable and relaxing. The concession are a little high. But overall a great place to see a movie.

During the last showing dont expect to get anything to eat or drink once the movie starts. Thay just shut down and clean up. Granted its understandable so get your stuff 1st

This is the theater we prefer to visit. I have never noticed or experienced any of the problems in the other posts but each experience is different. I like to the theater.

Good solid theater, always seems clean, and has friendly staff. Doesnt seem to have any of the new tech or amenities that Regal has begun offering at some of its theaters

20 years ago this was the best movie theater in Va Beach. Now however... I almost refuse to come here. It has been surpassed by its competitor, and it doesnt have IMAX.

Prices more expensive than other regal cinemas. You cant add your own salt and butter to your popcorn. They did have multiple ticket sellers and concession cashiers.

Regal is the only cinema where I have found they offer the Closed Captioning glasses for the deaf & hard of hearing!! Great way for me to enjoy the movies I love it!

Theaters are clean and comfortable. They almost always have the movies I want to see at times that are convenient to see them. Lots of variety at the snack counter.
