Total crap movie night, from start to finish. Purchased Star Wars Imax tix and the window attendant was more interested in his time to leave he couldnt get the words "2 tickets, Star Wars Imax" and asked between his interruption of the other attendants 3 times what movie and how many. Got in theatre and all floors were disgusting and your feet stuck to them. THE WORST was the movie started and the lights stayed on. Several people yelled to shut them off, several including myself left to get them shut off. When we asked the girl at the front she was extremely rude and short by our request. After almost 10 mins the lights finally went off. Final insult was walking though the trash on the floor from over flowing containers at the exit of the theatre. Ive gone to the movies here for close to 10 years and the past 3 visits did me in. I wont go back. The staff is rude, the theatre is dirty, the concessions are understaffed and the popcorn is dry, stale and must sit for hours unheated. Shame it could be nice like it once was but I wasted 40.00+ on tickets to sit in a dirty theatre and wear 3-D glasses watching the opening of a movie in the light and couldnt even put my uneaten (unedible) popcorn in a trash container because they were so full they exloded

Awesome theater. I was here once back when it was a rave cinema for a community activity in elementary school. I went there to go see the new transformers, perfect experience. Building and facilities were clean inside and out. Staff is very helpful in helping you find and enjoy films of all genres. The snacks were hot and fresh. Coca-cola freestyle had the right amount of CO2 and syrup to mix a great fountain beverage on crushed ice. the auditorium I was in had the right balance of sound and picture throughout the whole room. Building was renovated and was updated beautifully. From what some say a macguffins bar and lounge will soon replace the arcade in the lobby area. The parking lot is huge because of the promenade shops and is very easy to get in and out of. Overall an incredible movie-going experience. I definitely will return next week to see Dunkirk. The place reminds me of the amc at the Quail Springs mall because of its size. I recommend this theater to anybody in around or anywhere near the Saucon valley area

Best Movie Theatre Experience in PA! This is one of the places my husband and I love to come most frequently. All good memories: easy to dinning, shopping, groceries, parking, and getting tickets, popcorn(Time Play was so much fun) ... Before we leave Pennsylvania, this movie theatre impressed us even more by its great service in Lost and Found. I lost my credit cards and drivers license on the circulation/convention area last time when my husband and I went to the theatre. The next day the manager on duty Mallisa(hopefully I didnt spell it wrong)and other staff helped me found it. Actually Elizabeth and another girl found the cards and gave them to a manager Mike. I love Promenade/Carmike/AMC 16 in Central Valley, and I love the people working there more. Thanks for filling our bucket with huge amount of popcorns each time; for being so responsible for other small favors but means so big for us. Begin to miss this place and great people.

I am disappointed with the new management of the theater from the Carmike to the AMC. I arrived at 9:25 am to see a 10am premier blockbuster movie and the doors were not opened. A few movie patrons and myself waited outside in the rain for them to open at 9:45am. There was no staff in the ticket booth and we had to purchase our tickets at the concession stand. I realize it was early but what is a movie without popcorn? It was apparent they had just turned on the popcorn machine. Once I went into the theater the lights were not on so I had to use my phone s flashlight to safely get to my seat. This was one of my favorite theaters and the only IMAX 3D theater in the area. I really hope that the quality of service does not continue to decline.

Always hands down the BEST place to see new films in the Lehigh Valley! Comfortable stadium seating, giant screens, great food, and friendly staff. My experiences there have always been positive ones and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They even have the occasional shows catering to a niche market such as Rifftraxx Live, and I recall seeing The Artist there once. My only complaint is that as with all theaters, their food is pricey but Im generally okay paying more for what I know will be a quality experience anyway, plus I dont go out often to see films (and theres always their Stimulus Tuesdays, where popcorn and drinks are only $2!). So if you need to go anywhere to see a new film, definitely go here!

Do not do any Parties there. Did a party there and it was a horrible experience from the management end. The staff is sweet and the premises are nice, but the management is clueless. I confirmed the details of my party a few times over the phone and was amazed at how clueless they were. So I decided to confirm everything in person (3 times). Sure as H#@#, the day of the party they had no idea what was going on. The guy I spoke to and confirmed the details with in person two days before the party was asking me questions like who I spoke to and what was I told, on the day of the event, while my guests were waiting . Of course whatever was promised of them was not delivered. Never again.

Was there for an 11 am show. There was a ticket sales person and one or two other employees I saw. Place was absolutely filthy with drink cups, popcorn and all sorts of waste on the floor. Bathrooms stank. Most likely from previous evenings shows. Maybe employees should arrive earlier to clean up before opening. Health hazard. The sound was so loud loud I actually fashioned some ear plugs from tissues. Shame they sold out from Carmike. Next theyll be installing those lounge chairs like the other theaters. If I want to lay down to watch a movie Ill stay home. On second thought thats not a bad idea. Steer clear of this dump.

Theres probably no better movie theater on the area. I feel like every other theater is a waste of time. Why waste a cinematic experience on a sub par outdated place. This is the only place I will go to watch movies. Epic sound and great clarity of screen. Its always clean and they have the coolest bathrooms! Ok so its a bathroom but they say alot about a place in my opinion. Everything is maintained,. They have enough theaters that you can always get seats a popular move because they may have it in several theaters. Love this spot!

Best indoor theatre in the area. Not on the level of a supertheatre (with home style recliners, and a dinner menu - you know the type if you have experienced one) a little out of the way for the area, and in a shopping centre thats almost totally useless and overpriced in every way possible. Always clean, has 3D and Imax options of the most popular films for additional charges. Nothing special at all in the snacks department, but the bathrooms are both very clean and pretty visually stunning.
