I placed an order online 1/28/15 and still to this day 6/24/15 have yet to receive my package. I have emailed several times and called the location about once a month, each time they take my name and number down and 0 response from it. Today i spoke to the store manager trying to just get a refund to be done with this company, and he gives me the run around saying his boss house burnt down and they are having a hard time, which dont get me wrong i wouldnt wish that upon anyone but it boils down to customer service. I dont understand how hard it is to issue a refund let alone just email me back to let me know something, anything! When i asked the store manager for a higher ups contact info he said he can not give it out i told him i want to speak to someone who can help. He said the best he can do is call the accountant who hardly answers his phone calls. I find it very disturbing they cant issue a simple refund after 7 months! So im assuming the way they are keeping their business afloat is by stealing customers money.

I purchased a shirt online and paid with PayPal. I waited over a week and no confirmation that my order was ever received or shipped so I sent them an email and requested they look into it. I received a very unprofessional email sent by an anonymous iPhone stating they would look into it and get back me. I waited another week after no follow up and contacted PayPal. A few days later PayPal refunded my money. Worst purchasing experience. Ill never buy from Long Beach Clothing Company again. Im giving them 1 star because a 0 star rating is not allowed.

I ordered 4 shirts on July 17th 2015, from this day I still havent received the items nor have they refunded my money. At this point I just want my $130 plus money back.. you guys are crooks and I highly DO NOT recommend this business to anyone , as for the owner of the company, Im still waiting for a call back or my full refund

the store is ok, the people are nice, but lets all be honest, the quality of shirts that they use is really cheap, the printing is cheap also. We all just go to represent Long Beach but honestly Im not gonna pay just for a logo on a cheap quality shirt, that after a few washes of normal use the logo starts to peel off

We went in and tried to buy a windbreaker but they did not have change for a $100 bill and right away they lost a customer. How are you going to run a store and have no change/money in the register for the customers? Are we supposed to go out into another store to get change? No.

This store is whack!!!!! They tryna make money of thr name if you really wanna rep LB go to 3 hs on Anaheim and long each Blvd much better gear and every one from long beach know this the real LB store ....this store always has the same wack clothes lol

As soon as I went in the store they bursted to laughter and when I left the fitting room the two girls laughed even harder. I didnt give them a reason to laugh but I strongly felt they were laughing at me. Idk seems very unprofessional.
