My husband Jake and I got married at this fantastic venue in September of 2016. Cold Creek Farm feels like family now and always made us feel like we were apart of theres. We were extremely overwhelmed with the amount of love, support, and detail that went into making our special day even that more perfect with little to no effort on our actual wedding day. As a bride, you go over 70,000 details before the day of and want those visions to come to life. Cold Creek staff did just that by making the planning process and day of a breeze. Our wedding was absolutely everything we had hoped for. I have to send some love out to our vendors! Our coordinator, Lauren Woody was amazing, she gathered every aspect of what we wanted, ran with it, and I couldnt have done it better myself or without her help! Our photographer, Caitlyn Carr not only captured all the photos we asked for, but also encompassed in those photos, memories filled with every bit of the love and joy of the day! Jeff and Susan, the owners walk you through every part of what makes a wedding run smoothly and stress free. They invite you in like youve been coming for your whole life. Our cake and grooms cake were sooo beautiful and delicious, Cake House on Main went above and beyond to make the sweets way above par! Amber Stewart our decorator had everything decorated and done while I was getting ready with my girls and then asked if everything looked okay. I about died with excitement when I came downstairs to see my vision come true with her amazing talent! I didnt change a thing because she had decorated it all even better than my vision! Oh, and not to mention, they have a huge selection of decorations on site included in the package for you to choose! Dawsonville florist, Gail worked with our budget and made sure we got everything we wanted! Her work is so ridiculously beautiful! Our reception was a complete blast! Spin Sisters DJs killed it with the music and getting our guests involved in all the action! Happy Belly food truck was a huge hit with our guests! Dawn, the owner of Happy Belly gave us a unique way to dine and made our taste buds explode at the same time! The staff of Cold Creek Farm are so friendly and welcoming, they will most definitely find or do anything you need to make your day go more smoothly! All in all, Cold Creek Farm is the most bang for your buck! Many vendors to choose from in each speciality of everything that makes a wedding go off without a hitch at a cost that wont break the bank! Double thumbs up for Cold Creek Farm!

This venue is beautiful and has enormous potential, however, it does not live up to its promises. Our wedding party had a terrible experience with the event coordinator, Johnathon. He is rude, unprofessional and makes a lot of promises that he does not intend to keep. He did not show up to the rehearsal, but did interrupt the rehearsal dinner in a football jersey to collect money from the bride, which was more than the original agreed upon amount and he proceeded to argue with the her for a lengthy period of time in the middle of her dinner with family and friends. Absolutely unacceptable. After the outdoor wedding ceremony, he was asked if there was any way that water could be delivered to the wedding party, including the bride and groom, during the photos because it was so hot, his rude reply, "that is not my job" and then he proceeded to berate us in an unbelievable, unprofessional outburst. He then went directly to the bride, interrupting her family photos to complain about us. Again, absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not to mention that he wore a t shirt and khakis to host a wedding event. Again, this facility is beautiful and clean, but expect that your guests will have to use portapotties out in the hot sun with no sink to wash your hands, only hand sanitizer. Also, there is not adequate circulation in the barn, with only two fans to move air. The photographer, Christina, was really great and the bartender (I wish I knew his name) they staffed that night was fantastic, but dont, under any circumstance, use the coordinator, Johnathon, he was so awful.

Everything was great at first! From the moment we signed the contract, everything with them was a nightmare. They would forget conversations that they had with us, including forgetting major details we had discussed and going back on their word. We had numerous emails back and forth and wed get entirely different stories depending on the day. We were told we could use a certain part of the venue a few weeks ahead, and on the wedding day, they went back on their word. I would not refer anyone to use this venue. My wedding day was the most incredible day of my life, but it would have been even better if I didnt have to constantly worry about what story or excuse Id get next. It was the most stressful experience I dealt with throughout the planning process. I was not impressed AT ALL with the quality of service that we got! As a bride thats part of the wedding profession, I know the difference between the amazing quality, so-so quality, and poor quality. This was most definitely poor quality of service. I would never refer a bride to this venue as a wedding professional.

A completely amazing day !! My daughter celebrated her Wedding Day as she planned her entire life, her Fairy Tale Princess married her Prince and it was PERFECT. The setting is absolutely elegant and Jeff, Susan and staff were attentive and caring so that the Bride and Groom were at such ease as I myself being Mother of the Bride was confident all would go off !!! We had a beautiful sunny day but this staff was ready for anything as we moved inside for ceremony time, do to rain. Cold Creek did not miss a beat and I cannot thank you all enough for our GLORIOUS Day. Also shout out to the caterer the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, cake was even talked about live on 92.9FM The Game !!! Hats off to all involved in my daughters VERY BLESSED WEDDING DAY. We ate, drank and danced the entire evening with a fabulous DJ, pics AMAZING Kelly and Rustic Films you rock <3 I would HIGHLY recommend any Bride or Groom or Parent of Bride and Groom to COLD CREEK FARMS Peace and Many more Blessing, Patty deOliveira Mother of the Bride

My husband and I got married here May 22, 2016. On our honeymoon, both of us could not stop talking about how perfect everything went and how it was more amazing than we thought it was going to be. The venue, is just gorgeous. Jeff & Susan have done so much work and have turned the barn into this magical and rustic wedding location. Its any couples dream. They made the whole wedding planning process a breeze. Lauren was our wedding coordinator and I recommend her to anyone that needs tips and help during the planning and on the wedding day. She was so helpful and took so much stress off of the both of us. You basically dont have to worry about anything on the day of - the staff does pretty much everything. I wish I could go back and relive our wedding day over and over again. Thank you Jeff & Susan and all of the Cold Creek Farm staff for making our wedding a happily ever after. You guys rock!
