7/17/2015 about 6:30pm. I brought by son to SkyZone Durham to celebrate his singing performance. A guy name Ryan was at the cash register. When it came time to serve me Ryan walked away from the register and did not serve me immediately which I was already been waiting, because he was serving someone else. When Ryan came back to serve me and my son he did not apology for the wait. I perceived to gave Ryan my debit card to purchase the length of time for my son to be at SkyZone which is always one hour and thirty minutes which cost twenty dollars. Ryan place my debt card on the counter which I place the debt card in his hand which he should have done likewise. I corrected Ryan to indicated to him when a person place a card in his hand he should do the say because that is good etiquette. After paying with my debit card and had corrected Ryan. Ryan decided to place my receipt on the counter which I indicate to him again that it is not proper etiquette. If you are going to have someone working at the cash register. The person need to know good etiquette in the workplace and be a people person and smile when serving the public in your establishment. I am rating it a 3 stars because my bad experience with Ryan, but other time at SkyZone in Durham has been 5 stars

UNPROFESSIONAL event staff, and unacceptable customer service. Booked a private event for a surprise birthday party and paid $170 deposit to reserve. Sent out invites to 20 guests, and made party arrangements. Today, 5 days before event, the event manager calls to explain, "I hate to drop this bomb on you 5 days before your party, but this booking was a mistake. We dont reserve space for private parties on the weekends. You can reschedule or get a refund." Not once did the owner reach out to me or have anyone offer to make the situation right even after I asked for them to. Sky Zone did not own up to their mistake of allowing me to book my event on a Saturday, nor did they follow through and honor this booking. I was faulted for Sky Zones mistake and their poor communication amongst their staff. With only 5 days before the party, I have no event space or event. This was hands down the WORST customer experience I have ever received. Strongly discourage anyone from going here and receiving the same level of poor service.

Not impressed one bit by this place. My first experience anywhere like this was at Defy Gravity. The difference in pricing alone is enough for me to never visit Sky Zone again. Also, Defy Gravity has an obstacle course and rock wall. They also dont have the annoying bumpers at the wall portion of the trampolines like Sky Zone does so you can jump and roll with ease. One of the things I also loved about Defy Gravity that Sky Zone doesnt have is a mommy care package that includes pads in case you need it. They advertise it inside the ladies bathroom. I will not be going back to Sky Zone, which is a bummer for us because it is extremely close to our house whereas Defy Gravity is about 15 to 20 minutes away. Ill drive the distance to go back to Defy Gravity though.

Cool place! My first time at a Indoor-Trampoline place and the experience was AMAZING. My parents took me and my cousins here and it was awesome! My only complaint was the fact that some kids were past their time and no one within the staff said anything. For example my family noticed another group with their ending time at 7:30 and it was 9:00 pm! Another minor issue was the dodgeball... The staff there didnt pay much attention at the game or the line. Also the C-D dodgeball court was closed from 6:45 all the way until 9:00. Me and my older cousins couldnt play dodgeball as our time ended at 9:00 but it wasnt a major issue as we had an amazing time in the other sections. Great place to spend time with family and friends of any age! :)

Fun but they need to improve how the jumpers take turns at the pit! Allowing 2 jumpers in 2 lanes (1 each) to jump at a time and waiting for them to come out the pit doesnt work. The jumpers in the 2 other lanes wait forever for their turns! Since they are in the other lanes, they should be allowed to jump in. Also there are no ropes for the people to grab onto to help themselves out of the pit. Thats why it takes a LONG time for them to get out there. Defy Gravity has ropes in their pit for that purpose! You pay by the minute to play there, so you dont wanna keep waiting at the pit! The management, THINK! Make improvements!

Tons of fun for kids and parents alike! Just had our sons 6th birthday party here and the staff was excellent and attentive (special shout out to Jasmine). We arrived early and she took time to play soccer in the lobby with some of the guests, and they guided us through the party motions stress free. The facility takes care of the rest, with plenty of open trampolines and activities even during busy times. Everything is clean and in great shape - high quality equipment. Foam pit, basketball goals and dodge ball arena are awesome, and staff are always present to ensure safe play. Well be visiting this place regularly.

First impression: Pretty clean and staff was helpful. Enough fun for a couple hours with the kids. I give it 4 stars: 1. Food selection was very thin (small pizza pun...lol) for a place where everyone exerts enough energy to capitalize 2. The organization of how to register, pay and jump in which zone you paid for was not clear enough for first time visitors, which is embarrassing when youre standing there and dont know what to do. After about 5 minutes of complete confusion a very helpful staff member put us in the right direction (for the most part)

This will be my first time at Sky Zone. The facility was very clean and enjoyable. I was greeted by a young women at the front desk that made my experience much more speacial. I dont remember her name but she was happy and bubbly and very helpful. She explain the whole park from top to bottom and explained pricing very well. She kept us updated with each area. I love how she in gaged with myself and my kids. She have great customer service skills. Keep up the good work and me and my family will return.

If I had the option to post 6 or 7 stars, I would. This place is basically a second home to me. I go there at least twice a week, my record 6 days in a row. All of the staff are friendly, a lot of them ask about my life and how I have been, and are friends with my father. As a resident of Durham, I am very proud to say this Sky Zone is my favorite trampoline park in the area. And yes, defy gravity, they are WAY better then you. See you guys on the court! My daughter and her friend went this summer for a one week camp. They did NOT like it. It is not what they advertised, way too much jumping and lengthy rest times. They are not interested in signing up again. I did call more than one time to see how they could better meet the expectations of these two young girls based on what they advertised. Unfortunately little changed . * My 10 year old daughter insisted I post this.
