Never again. Dont buy groupon or tuango coupon. We call this morning to book a room with access to the waterpark 2 days later. After waiting 30 minutes on the line, we asked for the deal on groupon for a one bedroom suite with 4 access to the waterpark at 239$. The lady told me that this suite was no more availble for all that week, but if I bought the coupon at 189$ for the studio suite, it would be available for the day before, but this coupon only include 2 access for the waterpark, so we will have to buy 2 more separately. And she hang up. So we bought the 189$ deal and call back. Still waiting 30 minutes, I talked with the same lady, and she told us that she made a mistake earlier and the 239$ was available on the firts date we ask. She told us that our groupon coupon doesnt work for that room. She told us that she going to reserve the 2 rooms for us and trying to fix something for us with his manager and call us back. 1 hour later, we call back and annother lady tokd us she was still working for us with the manager. At 3pm, still no call back, so we call. They told us that they can do nothing, so we asked to book for the 189$ deal. But the room reserved for us has been release, and it has no more place in the hotel for 2 weeks. So now, we have a groupon coupon that is not refundable and our 2 kids are so sad because we told them what we were planning. I am very frustrated because if the lady did not tell us this morning that she will fix it we the manager, we would book the studio room and have great time with my family. By the way we learned that there are no manager on sunday.

A fabulous indoor waterpark. The lazy rive can be done by riding supplied tubes that are either single or double, walked, swum - the maximum depth is only just over 3 feet and is gentle enough for young kids and relaxing for all ages. There are 2 easy exit points and lifeguards the entire length. The 4 slides are 2 with tube and 2 without. The tube slides are equally fun and fast, the orange slide is the gentler of the 2 tubeless ones with the red slide being the thrill one with a vertical drop and a loop. The slides that use tubes can handle the single rider or double rider tubes. There is a toddler and little kid play area manned by a lifeguard with very mini slides, a larger pool with water basketball and a rock climbing wall, a one-at-a-time surf pool with instruction, and a large and inviting hot tub. The bathrooms and changing areas are super clean and I saw someone in there constantly mopping the floors, as well as deck attendants sweeping up the excess water. Lots of tables, and lockers are available for rental. Both the lazy river and hot tub have lifts for people who are not able to be mobile. There is a snack bar with usual fare - hotdogs, hamburgers, fries, drinks - and a bar upstairs. The arcade is also attached and there is a small selection of mostly games of chance to win tickets that can be redeemed for prizes. It was not crowded while we were there and there was little to no lineups for anything. We spent many hours over 2 days enjoying the waterpark and have definite plans to return.

We went in late June, it was pretty quiet which was great. My almost 5 year old was already tall enough to go on some of the bigger slides with me (at the same time) which was great and something you dont get at other water parks. There was excellent supervision from the numerous life guards and they all seemed focused on their job. The food from the little shop is pretty much all fried and not that great. Im not sure if youre allowed outside food but that would be a huge bonus. There are basically 3 main slides 1 crazy slide no one used, a pretty decent lazy river, a small kids area that has a lot of splashing so not Great for kids under 4/ 5 or over 7/8 (too big).. Also a surf wave which is very cool but Will have a wait and is a short ride if you arent skilled. Theres a big Jacuzzi cut into sections which allows for semi-privacy and a pool with some basketball hoops and q climbing wall. All in all enough to do for half a day or a full day for those who dont tend to get bored. On its own a bit expensive for a family, we were in transit and stayed the night at hotel Jay (beautiful rooms) and with the hotel room the park is included, an absolutely Great deal if youre in the area in the summer. I heard that winter is much busier and Im sure the rooms are much more expensive.

Excellent for young kids. Our 5-year-old *LOVED* it. The options for our 3-year-old were a little limited, though. The park is very small... 3 big slides most 5-year-olds should be able to do (1 without a tube solo and 2 with tubes with a parent). Theres the crazy fast slide for adults thats ok, but frankly, not that great because its very short. Then theres a little swim area with some basketball nets and a climbing wall, a small kids zone, and a wave rider thats fun enough and a decent hot tub. The best part was probably the lazy river that wasnt so lazy - it was quite wavy, which made it fun to go on with the kids. Overall, its a very nice place, but I wouldnt go for more than one day if youre just going for the water park. If youre skiing/snowboarding AND doing the water park, its much more worthwhile.

Water park was great verry clean nothing to complain about there. However the snack shack was the biggest dump I have ever eatin at and way over priced even if the food would have been edible. Got 2 helpings of chicken strips which was 6 strips total that were completely dried out and fries that are reheated from the night before they were dried out and like hollow couldnt even eat this trash needless to say it was 25 dollars for that. So if your going to come here plain other ways to eat lunch. I wasnt even about to think about eating anywhere else in the hotel after my experience at the snack shack so after having a good day at the water park hoped in the car and headed down the mountain to Bernies restaurant which was amazing..

Where do I start... The Price. $40 entrence fee, $6 locker, Food $12 All together, $58 To get there and put your stuff in your locker you paid for.. im fine with that $6 We then wanted to go on the slides, this is no joke, we waited 22 minutes to get two single tubes.. there was three of us, so we decided one of use would take the orange no tube slide... to wait that long for a tube is ridiculous. I just paid $40 to get in! So annoying, you you dont have enough tubes to suit your capacity, you need to let less people in.. The snack shack is so small it also cant accompany the mass of people, we waited another 20 minutes to $12 for 3 chicken strips and so dry fries. The place is a joke.
