A definite hit with the regulars and tourists. Located along the Potomac waterfront this park stretches between the Washington Harbour complex to Key Bridge joining 225 miles of public parkland along the Potomac River, stretching from Mount Vernon, Virginia to Cumberland, Maryland. There is ample seating available here and is a good place to relax. There is also a small fountain plaza, where kids like to get drenched in the summers. They also have a separate bike trail linking the Capital Crescent Trail with the Rock Creek Trail. I look forward to coming here again when I come back to DC!

This place is a real nightlife. You can come here and spend a couple of hours with your loved one, watch the lights, the sky, the stars and the view on the other side of the so called water canal. Besides being such a beautiful place I felt two things so wrong about this place that officials have to take into account for the public safely and health. First, there are so many rats around, specially if you are sitting next to the canal, the rats and mice just worship you every few minutes and second, the smell of weeds. It is like a weed super center. It smells so awful.

We dropped by the Georgetown Waterfront Park after we spent the day kayaking on the Potomac. Its a beautiful splash of greenery, with what seemed like a lot to do. On such a nice weekend, there were plenty of people enjoying the sun - we stumbled upon a group of dancers, people enjoying games with their dogs, and families enjoying the weather. If youre in the area, definitely drop by to get a walk in and enjoy the views of the river and cityscape. There is an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, and boat rentals, and and slew of other attractions nearby as well.

Georgetown Waterfront Park is one of the best urban parks in DC. Its on the Potomac overlooking Rosslyn in Arlington, VA. There are plenty of walk ways and benches to enjoy the water and a sunny day. They also have informational signs throughout explaining the history and purpose of eco-friendly innovations found in the park. Just off the park is a bridge that reminds people of Seattle. Under the bridge, you can find a coffee shop, a theater, and a few restaurants. Pro-tip: Walk a few blocks to Baked and Wired for DCs best cupcakes.

Excelente lugar turistico, con muy buenas vistas del Potomac. Gran afluencia de gente, buenos lugares para comer o simplemente tomar algo. Se pueden tomar paseos en barco por el río y apreciar Washington y sus monumentos desde una óptica particular.

This is the perfect spot for a nice walk along the water. Its not as crowded as the rest of DC, the place is clean, and its relatively quiet. Good spot to walk around for a date before or after dinner. I like to bike here via the Capital Crescent Trail (paved path). If you play Pokémon this is also a great spot to walk around. Dratinis spawn relatively regularly along with very regular spawns of Slowpokes, Magikarp, and Psyducks.

Spectacular views of the Potomac River and of the Kennedy Center. Theres quite a few waterside restaurants to choose from and a short little boardwalk to walk off that meal afterwards. Be warned if you visit on the weekends, its action packed with kids playing in the water sprinklers, tons of people everywhere with plenty of noise to fill your senses. Show up here during the week to enjoy its natural serene beauty.

The park was uniquely constructed with a natural and urban blend. The overwhelming views of the Potomac, Key Bridge, Rosslyn skyline, Kennedy Center and Watergate all add to its charm. Simply put, this is a true jewel and adds to the character and beauty of Georgetown and should be on every tourists agenda. If coming by day, expect families and kids, but at night, its "Makeout Point," clearly dominated by lovebirds.

Es un lugar hermoso, para pasear, hacer deporte, alquilar botes, hay buenos sitios para comer al aire libre, comer un helado o simplemente tomar un café, es un sitio que no puedes dejar de visitar

Its a beautiful waterfront with water fountains for kids to play in and some pretty good seafood restaurants. You can walk, run, bike or just sit n soak in the view. Only reason I havent given it 5 stars is that the water wasnt very clean there. But I think thats just people dropping things in or feeding the ducks. Albeit very pretty place to hang out and relax.

Wow...what a great experience. The blend of nature and stone can only be appreciated first-hand. Extremely impressed! The best part is the great views of the Rosslyn skyline, Watergate, the Kennedy Center and Key Bridge...a great place to take your date after an evening in Georgetown and a must see DC attraction for all tourists

The renovated and updated park has something for everyone. Saturday regatta crew races, dance group Rueda de la Calle DC hosting out door Cuban dance parties or a great place to take kids and walk dogs, this is the place for you. The Foundry movie theatre and Tony and Joes Sunday brunch is close by and the views of the Kennedt

The recent renovation to this park has significantly added to the vibrance of the Georgetown waterfront. Benches, art, and fountains line the entire sculpted waterfront to provide you with excellent views and places to relax. Make sure to visit on a sunny day and sit down and relax while you watch the ships float by

Just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle. Its a nice and relatively quiet part of Georgetown with a relaxing atmosphere and a great view of the river. Not a far walk from plenty of restaurants in the area. The fountain park is a nice touch for kids and adults who are looking to cool down in the summer heat.

This is where you can bring anyone - a date, your longtime significant other, your family, out of town friends, Kanye West & Kim K ...seriously whatever, whoever, this place is the place. Its perfect in the summer for good food, and drinks with friends. Ice rink in the winter. This is the place, and youre welcome.

My favorite park in DC! Since its opened, its been a wonderful addition to the city. The landscape architecture is spot on, and the swells and dry ponds really help manage the stormwater generated after it rains. Great place for a picnic or to get an ice cream cone from Hersheys and sit by the water.

A nice elongated park that runs along the waterfront in Georgetown. Its a great place to take a walk and enjoy the activity on the Potomac. Unfortunately some of the informative displays set up along the walking path have faded to the point of illegibility and could really use a fresh coat of paint.

When its nice out, must go to place to be if you enjoy a nice leisurely stroll. Usually clean here. Famous Georgetown shops is a few steps away. Movie theatre near by and plenty of places to eat. Just watch out for the joggers and hipsters that room the area. They are everywhere.
