I have been here on multiple occasions, with my friends and with my family. I really like this place (I dont work here, I dont know anyone who works here, and I dont know who owns this place - since some people accuse some 5 stars as not being from a real customer) This is my little nugget in the photos below... bless her heart lol she was so determined to bowl like us that she was walking so far to do it. I loved that the staff didnt mind and saw that it was just innocent fun. I have never had a bad experience here (honestly the worst experience I had here was using their massage chairs - the ones you put a dollar in - anyway, I just didnt like the way it made me very aware of how out of shape I was as it jiggled my fat during the vibrations... hahaha tmi, I know, although the actual massage felt good). I love going to try new places with my kidlets - I have been to Kangaroo Zoo, Classic Fun Center, Lagoon, Boondocks, Swan Lakes Golf Course, Chuck E Cheese, and many many more places that have similar attractions. I have found that this place has many things that my 5 children ages 1-15 enjoy as well as myself. I like that I dont feel like I am sitting on the sidelines watching them while they play but that there is stuff for me to do as well. You could bowl in a lane while your littles play on the bouncy inflatables. But if you are in the mood to just sit and relax while your kids play then you can because there is food, drinks, treats, etc. We like the cool beads - a dipping dots knock off that is a cheaper option than what you would pay at Lagoon. I would 100 percent recommend this place over the Kangaroo Zoo, as this place has inflatables like they do but their pricing is way cheaper and they didnt charge me for my 1 year old like Kangaroo Zoo did. They dont have as many inflatables as Kangaroo Zoo, but with coupons I still paid an arm and a leg (it is $9.99 a child Fri-Sat!!! Even for a 1 yo!!!) I like that the Rush offers discounts now and then on their gift cards, and then you can use those gift cards on days where they have specials... Like on Thursdays before 5 you can buy a 2 hour pass for 13.95 and get one free before 5 pm... So for my family of 7 (since our 1 year old is free) it is only $41.85 before tax FOR ALL OF US for 2 hours of UNLIMITED fun- that means we can bowl, play laser tag, ride the go carts, golf, etc. And since they offered a sale of their gift cards for 50 percent off on Black Friday... that means I only pay $20.93 before tax for our Thursday fun family days. Seriously you cant beat that pricing anywhere! I am sad that the pool had to go as we deeply loved it. It was personally my favorite go to pool out of Surf n Swim, Lagoon, Clearfield Aquatic Center, and my neighborhood pool. I am happy that they gave a shot to put in something like that in our community and wished it could have worked out for everyone. I still love all the other things here and will continue to be a Rush Funplex customer. I could write more... but my post is already waaaaay long. lol.

Rush Funplex is AWESOME! I loved Rush WAYYY more then any other places like this. They are the same price but Rush is way better plus 100% indoors. Rush has glow in the dark go karts! Who even has that?! So cool. There is a downstairs, upstairs, and ground level and also a aquatic center. They have 2 bowling alleys and a kids bounce house that are huge. They also have a nerf battle game, mini golf (glow in dark) and laser tag as well as an arcade. Onto whats what, first off the go-karts. Man they are inside upstairs and cool. They are electric but still go fast and the track is black lights with glow in the dark paint. They are so fun really! Next is the arcade. Well not much to say here besides an arcade comparable to other places. Aquatic center is pretty cool too. They have 3 slides and a lazy river as well as a lap pool and a regular pool and a splash pad. It is really big and indoors so it is heated which is nice. Next is downstairs bowling alley. Glow in the dark, big screens, pretty nice and several bounce houses that are super big. There is also a DAIRY QUEEN/ Orange Julius inside! What?!? Yes!!! Then comes the nerf blaster game. That is fun there are targets set up on each side of a room with 4 guns on each side? Each side then has like 30 seconds taking turns to blast nerf balls at the targets. Way fun. Onto the laser tag! Theres has a lot more hiding spots then Boondocks however Rush is only one level but does have a little platform that looks over the whole floor. Pretty fun laser tag arena. Another bowling alley is on the main floor, just a plain bowling alley not glow in the dark. They have a little cafe there too. Oh and they sell beer! I did not go to the mini golf so can not comment on that but everything else is way better then any place around. Food and drinks are regular priced not extra expensive like other amusement parks/fun centers. All in all this is definitely a fun place and way worth the money! Love love love it! Highly recommend

We will never return. We ordered three garlic cheese "pizzas". We got one and the other two never came. We played two games of bowling and still had not received the other two orders. I went to the cashier to ask for my money back on the two orders (totally about $18.00). They had the manager come over whom told us they dont refund money for food. They told us that they dont bring out the food (they brought out our first order and multiple others food) and that we basically should have been standing there waiting for it to come out (reminder, this was over an hour - we played two games!) we also walked up and asked asked when it would be ready 5+ times. We spoke to another "manager" who told us they dont have the ability to do refunds (um, what?) and that he could take our name and number And determine in a committee meeting who was eligible for a refund. I asked who the committee consisted of and he stated the owners. I asked for their contact information and Id contact them myself. He game me their name and phone number and then looks at me and said, oh and I dont want to be deceitful, I actually am the owner- thats my contact information. He then goes on to tell us he doesnt care that we are unhappy with the service we received because they have 2,000 happy customers today. This was all over less than $20.00. The owner, Ed, obviously does not know how to run a business. Take your business elsewhere.

This place has good prices and there is so much to do. But service is horrible, me and my friends went on the go carts like 10 times and the worker kept telling us the rules over and over again even though we knew them all and we were waiting in line for 30 minutes and like 20 adults butted in front of us and they were the workers friend so we had to wait another 30 minutes just to get a cart. The laser tag is so outdated and none of the vests work and the arena is so small and boring. The arcade is fun but is over priced and some games are disappointing. The swimming pool is fun but the lifeguards are so strict and so afraid that they ever have to do anything. Bowling is fun but breaks down easily. The batting cages seem like they are from the 90s and are very over priced. The mini golf is all torn up and unorganized but still fun. The staff never wants to help you and gives you 2 hours and a half instead of 3 hours. The lady there said it was our last ride even though we had 30 minutes left but overall this place is pretty average
