I recently took my fiance to see the Friday the 13th movie on opening night. The movie itself was great but everything else was horrible. Our soda was flat, the popcorn was stale, and all of the employees looked like that had other things theyd rather be doing. On top of all that, they let anyone into the movie, even though it had an R rating. So I had to endure the whole movie with high school kids jabbering in my ear and playing with their cell phones during the movie. I politely asked the kid next to me to please be quiet and he gave me an attitude. I talked to the manager after the movie and he brushed me off and tried to get rid of me with a couple free movie passes. Why would I come back to put up with all that nonsense again? I dont think I will ever go back to their theater.

Movie theater was not clean. The bathrooms were horrible and the staff cleaning each theater focused only on the "big ticket" shows. My wife and I went to see a movie that has been out for a while and the theater had cups in the seats, popcorn stuck to seats, and popcorn all over the floor. Only four patrons had been at the earlier showing and the theater looked like it had not been cleaned after a full house attended. The staff was either short or did not care. We saw a four person cleaning crew cleaning another theater and they were indifferent when we asked when our theater would be cleaned. We ended up looking for a seating area that was clean in order to watch the movie. The screen and audio are the online making this a two star review, as they were fine.

Ive been going to this theater for the last five years. I continue to go here because the prices are great before noon and during their Monday through Thursday ($5.25 for non-digital and IMAX all day) promotion. The staff is always friendly, and they have transitioned well through management changes and mall changes (especially where midnight showings are concerned). While I appreciate people wanting to bring in their "own bottle of water" and outside food, a theater needs income and I feel the snack department does a great job to offer goodies that make me want to come back and surrender to that add-on sale. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, but they are not as bad as I have seen in other theaters. A great value for those who have the time!

Bathrooms are disgusting. The stall walls have not been wiped in years in womens bathroom. The facets are hands free but there is so much mineral and hard water build up on the sensors that it takes for ever for the facets to recognize that there are hands there. I get that a lot of people go through this theater on a regular basis but they could take some measures to keep the theaters from smelling like feet. I went and saw a movie over the weekend, the theater was not cleaned from the viewing before, so there was trash all over the seats.

My husband and I are retired and it is great to get to go to a theater that is so inexpensive! We go all the time. We usually go early in the day. We have noticed that the music is at ear throbbed levels. The theater is usually maybe 1/4 full at the most so the high levels are not really necessary especially since most of us going early are older and not interested in very loud music. Turn it up at night for the teenagers! But I wear earplugs and still love the shows! Bring a cushion as the seat cushions are worn and hard.

Tickets are reasonable, however, the service is terrible. The cashier who is the first person you encounter was very blunt and non grateful. The second encounter was the movie attendant to get directions to the theater, who did not provide directions, and when we asked where to go she respo fed with down the hall to your left. Did not smile or greet people. This was not the movie experience that i expected and you would not like especially if your from out of town. First time here and do not recommend.

This movie theater is great for a cheap show! Tickets are lower price than anywhere in town, but they dont offer any student discounts like many local theaters (although the price is still cheaper than with a student discount at others). I really like popcorn at the movies, the popcorn here is usually sitting for a bit, but not terrible. The drinks are huge and the possibilities endless...they have 4 touchscreen soft drink dispensers for endless combinations of fizzy beverage for the show.

My elderly father bought a cookie from the mall walking to the theater than wouldnt let us enter the theater with outside food. Even tho it wrapped and in a bag for to eat later. The young man at the front desk was very rude about it. I asked for thethe manager who said they can take leftovers from the restaurants but not this. So we had the choice waste $15 on cookies or not but $15 for tickets so we choose to leave! Why be in the mall with vendors if you cant use them.

I usually go to the Harkins Theater @Cortaro... But, I got a gift card to this theater for my birthday...Omgosh I couldnt believe the popcorn prices $7.00 and NO refill on the bag I got...and the popcorn was fill with kernels. I only ate 1/3 of the bag... I like the Harkins on Cortaro they have $5 for all movies right now & I take my Loyalty Cup for $1.50 soda... And for $7.00 popcorn I get a refill on it...so, I save the bag for the next time to go again.

Ive been going to this theater for a long time. As of 2010, they fail. Theaters are now cruddy compared to whats in town, Yes they have digital, but the seating in most of their theaters is awful. I personally would rather drive 10-15 more minutes across town to a more modern theater and get my tickets at the same or lower price. Oro Valley theater at least lets you bring in your own bottle of water. Hope to see some new managment

Great IMAX and all around theater very friendly and will solve any problem! Yes, half of the theaters seats are not great but just ask what time your movie plays on the good-side! And the chris guy below AMC does let you bring in your own water and coffee. And is happily able to get an AMC bag or cup for other foods! Super Friendly staff who are extremely helpufl and the rewards program they have is great too!

Sat through half a movie (Beauty & the Beast) and the audio went out. We were told they were going to restart the audio from where they paused it but that was 15 minutes of the movies audio that we werent going to recover. We asked for a refund and they said no, here are passes to come back! After we just spent $30 on concessions and $20 for our tickets. Keep your passes, you guys are unfair and defunct to us.

It is just a bit outdated but because of the price it really shouldnt get 4 stars I would personally give it 4.5 but since I like to round off I gave it 5 stars I have had some really good experiences in the cinema the people are always very nice and the cleanliness is good the movie itself mmm a strong B+ or A- its hard to compare to the newer cinemas but try it and I think you will Enjoy it :)
