My wife and I just had a baby a month ago and we have 2 other boys so we wanted to take them somewhere but stay local. After discussion we chose Hawaiian Falls because it is only 7 miles from our house (we usually go to Schlitterbahn multiple times during the summer). Since this would be our first time to the park, I decided to contact someone there and inquire about a cabana. I spoke with Nicole and let me say she was ABOVE helpful. She even went as far as taking a few cabana pictures to email me. After all was said and done I spoke with Nicole a total of 4 times over the phone, just to answer questions about the park. On the last phone call, since my wife is nursing our daughter, I inquired about a private location so that my wife could nurse. Nicole put me on hold for a few minutes but came back to tell me that they wanted to make sure we were taken care of and that we could use the managers office for privacy. When we got to the park we met with Denise & Nicole and right away they were both very accommodating to our needs. I can honestly say I have never been to a business where we were taken care of so well. Nicole & Denise should be commended on there hospitality and great customer service. We will DEFINITELY be back to this park because of what we experienced with Nicole & Denise. In regards to the park, we enjoyed ourselves, the park was large enough to have fun, but small enough to allow our 13 & 9 year old to wander the park unaccompanied by an adult (you could pretty much see anywhere in the park from our cabana). The cabanas are a GREAT value! Overall a great experience at your park!

It seems to be going downhill. Ive had a pass three years, and things start to break and they dont fix it. I heard theres "some news" about this location, and I hope its either expanding because its unfortunate we pay so much for a place thats falling apart. no walk-across rope thing, near the lap pool anymore, no turtle/squid/who knows floating things near the whirlpool, many malfunctioning "steering wheels" that turn fountains or sprays on and off. ok, not a one is fully functional. they did remove the unstable fence, but its NOT safe for it to be gone. blue mat under the water is coming up slowly but surely. people have been friendly. wish we could still put the low chairs closer to/in the water!!! keep me a little wet and cool.THE SHADE IN THE SPLASHPAD is GONE. thats my (younger) kids favorite place, and now I cant sit there, or play hours on end without getting sunburnt. I do wish the wave pool were on a TIMER so that wed be sure to get waves every 15 OR 30 minutes, not every once in a while, when we need to leave in 20 minutes and it hasnt been on in for-stinkin-ever. Ive emailed them post-season with many suggestions but removing the unstable fence was about the only thing they took care of. God bless, and keep up (ONLY) the Christian music!!!!

Went there today with my family. For the price we paid you would expect the pools to be clean and not have bugs and spiders in the water. I was bitten twice while we were there. Where the small kids play the blue truff was green like it was algae on top of it. The big swimming pool was also looked like it had the same green algae on the bottom of the pool. In the wave pool there was paint missing from the bottom of the pool. There were multiple things that were broken for at least 3 years because that is how long we have been coming to this place. The water in the pools were nasty. How can this stuff not warrant a visit from the local health department. I honestly do not see with how much money this place charges why they can not keep it clean and do the proper maintenance since they will not drop the admission price. Then they should clean the pools and do the proper maintenance. I honestly believe you get what you pay and with this place you do not get what you pay for.

We came to Hawaiian Falls to float the lazy river that we have seen advertised. My daughter is from San Angelo and she brought my niece from Stephenville who is six years old. My niece has never got to go to a waterpark and was looking forward to FLOATING the lazy river. The lazy river is NOT open they closed it at 1pm, we didnt get here until 3 PM., and not expected to be open for the rest of the day. We paid a total of $71 to get in to NOT be able to do the main thing we came to do. I spoke with the manager on duty and she basically said Im sorry, we dont have enough lifeguards. I am VERY disappointed in Hawaiian Falls. I was not EVEN offered any type of discount to make things right. I was an even offered a Coke to make things right. She basically said she doesnt have enough people working. I personally would not spend the money to get in again. It is worth driving a little further to go to Belton summer fun or the Playdium pool in West.

The park is small but my children and wife enjoy it. My problem with the park is management books private parties often and deny access to season pass holders. Its very frustrating to get the kids ready and to the park, just to find out a private event is being held without notice for the entire day. My family have purchased season passes for 3 years straight, and 5 to 6 times during the season we are denied access due to a private event. They already have my money for this year, but no more. My $400.00 worth of season passes will go somewhere else next summer.

My family has been expremely pleased with our experiences at the new Hawaiian Falls Waterpark in Waco! We have visited the park at least 10 times this season and every experience has been great! The facilities are very clean and well maintained and the workers have always been extrememly helpful and friendly! My kids LOVE the Wave Pool and the Pineapple Express!! Purchasing season passes was the best idea we had this summer. Weve been able to really enjoy all that the park has to offer!!!

Ok place. Very dirty. Water was not treated properly, lots of unsupervised kids just waiting for an accident. Only a few slides. Definitely a white trash hangout. Fun for a few laps then it gets old quick. Tons of kid equipment was duct taped together, lots of play areas were broken or shut down. Overall it was okay. Definitely needs a facelift. Park is in very poor condition. For the price they charge I would expect way way more slides or areas. Six flags is cheaper and has tons more to do.

My family and I planned a trip to the Hawaiian Falls in Waco and opted to rent a Cabana. I wanted to acknowledge the fantastic service that we received from Caleb L. I am a disabled man and while my family and their friends were enjoying the park, Caleb consistently checked on me. Thank you for espousing the values of the Christian company you work for and for making this visit memorable. I would recommend renting a cabana on your next visit for service that will enhance your experience.
