Booked tickets on Fandango a few days before for a 10am showing of "Sing". We arrived at the theater around 9:50am and there were barely any people around. It took forever to even "check-in" with my cell phone because the ticket taker had no idea how to use the bar code provided by Fandango for my tickets. We make our way to theater and immediately look for seats in the front row of the stadium seating. The entire row is clear, but the 4 center seats are all broken. The seats are tiny, squished together, the arm rests do not life up, there is no reclining, and there is barely enough room to allow someone to walk by without having to get up. Every other AMC has been updated, but after attending a movie here in almost 5 years, I can see why they dont bother with this theater. I truly learned the meaning of, "you get what you pay for" because our tickets were only $5. But this isnt even the reason I felt so incline to write my review. Like I said, we arrived at 9:50am for a 10:00 start. The screen is completely blank, no noise, not music, no pre-show entertainment; nothing. At around 10:15, a very large day care or school camp enter the theater. There are probably about 50 people in total. They all finally get their seats and get situated and a few other stragglers enter throughout. Now, at 10:20, there is still nothing on the screen. This movie was almost 2 hours long as it is, and I did not want to spend 4 hours of my day in a movie theater. So I asked my mom to go out and find out what is going on. She was rudely told, "Would you rather sit through previews or just have the movie start at 10:25?" Therefore implying that around 10:25, the movie would start immediately, and we would not be subjected to the 30 minutes of pre-movie commercials, previews, and other extras. I personally, enjoy previews. I enjoy going to the actual movie theater, so I prefer to see the previews, but whatever. HOWEVER, at 10:30am, the screen finally lights up, and dont you know we have to still sit through all of the other BS anyway? So for a 1hour 50 minute running time kids movie, we were in the theater for 3 hours! On our way out, we had to crawl between the tons of other people waiting to enter the theater for the next showing, because our movie ran over time. Ridiculous and inconsiderate. This will be the reasons this theater does not make it.

EDIT: staff has once again gone to hell! and judging from the recent comments its not just my experience. seems like the "Summer" staff was replace with this "fall" lineup of god-awful ppl. the bathrooms (as another commented) are a filthy mess and most of the equipment is ALWAYS broken. only 1 of the 4 sinks worked, some of the towel and soap dispensers are empty if not broken. IF they clean and stock the bathroom it must be only once a day...if that. the last visit (magnificent 7) the ticket cashier avoided and ignored us and got an attitude when called on it. she dont know how close she was to having a severely bad day. my friend was ready to snatch here dang wig off...scalp and all lol. original comment: been enjoying my visits over the last 2 years. met a few cranky concession cashiers, (briefly), i dont see them anymore, seems that little issue worked itself out. and a special thank you to my favorite ticket-taker, the nice older gentlemen we briefly chat with as he tears our tickets. youre a good man, Jay! and one of the highlights of our regular theatre visits :)

All the theaters here are a nice large size.. Ive been coming here for almost 10 years now (used to make my way up here every time $5 Tuesday came around) and the staff has always been great, friendly and very courteous.. Concession stand prices are and will always be expensive, just like everywhere else.. The theaters are always empty, and most importantly very QUIET! .. Even on the weekend. Which brings me to my next point.. The weekend usually brings in a very small crowd, nothing major like movie theaters in the city.. I would have to say the ticket prices here are slightly less expensive than other theaters I frequent.. If you want a nice chill, quiet, and laid back atmosphere while you enjoy a movie you spent your hard earned money to watch.. I suggest you make your way down here, its not the most popular place to be spotted but it sure beats a high profile theater where all the loud people are. Also there is a huge parking lot right outside of the entrance/exit so you dont have to worry about street parking, or paying..

Ok my wife and I finally got to go out together which is rare because we have a 6 year old. So anyway we get there and everythings alright.. we went to watch IT which is a scary movie. So 1/4 of the way through we noticed the girls talking, ok no problem right theyre going to stop... boy were we wrong.. they talked throughout the entire movie. They were 12-13 years old and needless to say they ruined the whole movie. During the funny parts they laughed, during the scary parts they laughed... and talking was non stop? So my wife and I got up and left and told the staff about it... I was disgusted then and am still disgusted.. the one night I wanted it to be special for my girl and it was ruined due to the negligent and disrespectful behavior of the kids and parents, not to mention the security in my opinion were slacking immensely.. now I wouldnt think its like this all the time, but it certainly happened when we were there... disappointing...

Compare to how it used to be todays visit was horrible and will never attend again theater was still dirty when we walked in the screen was in blank while previews was playing seller of tickets had a attitude sane as the cashier for the food never again not to mention the 3D glasses we recieve was dirty and stained basicly paid to watch it in 3D to be seen the same as regular total disappointment not even for free I will attend again rather take the trip to movie tavern where I would of spent way less and with a server to bring you drinks and meals to your seats for half the price you will spend there and going else where to eat....... -5 stars..... unfortunately I had to put one star just to be able to put my review smh

The worst experience I had at a movie theater!!!! The management sucks!!! It was opening weekend for the beauty and the beast and They had no crowd control... people were pushing and shoving each other so my sister went and told the manager that people are walking to the front of the line, pushing people... The Manager did absolutely nothing!!!! The other Manager run into the back... I will never go to that theater again!!! So disorganized they had no one working knowing it was going to be a big movie!!! I did not want to even give them one star!!!!!!!!!! Disgrace the worst experience!!!!!

Like that they have all latest movies and have the stubs rewards. But like many of the other comments the screaming babies in R rated movies ppl putting feet up on seats kicking back of your chair and the concession stands they need 2 train them better they r rude at times slow as hell. An they need 2 have both of thm open wen its crowded. Bcuz my movie was in the back i go back ther wit my family in tow as well as my husband in a wheelchair an had 2 go bak in front 2 get our snacks then waited 20 min an the manager had 2 bring my stuff 2 my theater cuz they were taking so long..
