Went on a double date for transformers. Never coming back. Calling the cleanliness level poor would be modest. Upon entering the hallway the odor was immediate, place smells awful, like a combination of urine and vomit. Skipping back: After purchasing our tickets we proceeded to the concessions stand where we paid $40 for a bottle of water, large drink, popcorn, and chicken sandwich, and a pizza. We waited for about 8 minutes and the chicken came out but the pizza had been forgotten. Understandable, stuff happens. They offered to bring it to the seat in another 10 minutes. Thats when we went down the hall and noticed the smell. To be fair the food was prepared attentively and to proper temperature. On the way up to our seats we noticed the whole theatre was dirty and trashed from the previous showing. There are nachos spilled on the stairs, popcorn and wrappers all over the floor and old drinks in cup holders. The seats were uncomfortable and I felt gross sitting in them. When the pizza finally comes, the attendant insists that I come down to the bottom to meet him by waving his strobe flashlight at me despite my having sat on the outside seat nearest him, granted at the top of the stairs. No extra fries or pizza offered, no refund offered, not even an apology. Restrooms, to my great surprise, seemed clean. Take your money to Casa Blanca where everything is clean, food quality and quantity is better for about the same price and they have comfy electric reclining chairs and a clean experience.

Many people review this theatre as a hangout for teens, which it is in fact, but many fail to understand that they were most likely the same teenager themselves. If youre looking for a fun time and great service come to the Cielo Vista: with great custodial staff and a proffessional sales staff who always seem to be polite, punctual, and have the highest and utmost amount of professionalism who wouldnt have a great time. Many bad reviews are consistant with the "teenager" insentive, but teenagers are going to pose a problem anywhere you go none the less. If you want to get away from the teens and are anti-family oriented people, then go to the Alamo Draft House. This a wonderful place and always clean when I go and Im a frequent movie go-er: visiting all hours of the day with my girlfriend and brothers. Hopefully this will change your mind about the Cielo Vista because many bad reviews are by "one-time" theatre go-ers with a bad experience where as I go all throughout the week, weekends too, and have great time.

This place is a complete dive. There is not much more I can say that has not already been said. The staff is unprofessional and the place is trashy. And has anyone noticed that all the negative reviews have been made by people who can write sentences with correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar, while the only positive review looks like it was written by someone who could not pass an English exam if his life depended on it? Does anyone else find this as hilarious as I do? He tried defending the theater and instead, his apparent lack of basic education just confirms what people are saying about what kind of people to expect there. This is genius comedy! Southern_hyna, it does not take a high class person, or a wanna-be high class person, to take a little pride in how they present themselves. As long as you are the way you are, we will always be above you, and you will always be refilling our tea glass or changing the oil in our cars. Stay right where you are as a bottom feeder, for all I care.

People have their ups and down experience, but lets not base your review on just one experience. The food is always great in my taste, and anytime they have someone new working youll get a few mess ups on your order. But hey, take it easy, new workers make mistakes. Anyway, Ill have to warn some of you, though this rarely happens, I wouldnt trust the theater about those cameras you see above the building. 5 years ago, I went to the movies with my friend and his family, and their car was broken into, yet the theater did not have evidence to show through their cameras. Perhaps that issue has changed since then, but keep your guard up. Expect some noisy teens every now and then, or noisy kids, just call a manager in. Ive seen this issue taken care of nicely. I give this good review because Im always going to this theater. So I know it pretty well that the staff seem to recognize me anytime I come in. Theyre polite, nice, and very patient. I prefer this theater over all others.

Theater was NOT clean, seats are uncomfortable, the movie had a haze / glare due to theater lighting, sound sucks, wall paneling was loose and rattled during action scenes, the 3 employees we encountered were lazy (except the manager, she refunded my tickets without hesitation but did not offer to refund the food cost), 1st employee (ticket counter) I asked her what is the best horror film they recommend. She shrugged her shoulders and said "I guess get out is good", 2nd employee (food counter), only handled 1 item request at a time (there was 4 of us) so ordering our food took forever, 3rd employee was after the movie started. My wife left the theater to see if they can turn the lights down, he said "I guess" then left. Lights were not reduced. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO A REGAL CINEMAS THEATER AGAIN!

We went on fathers day yesterday to see the mummy and were super excited but , as soon as when we walked down the right side towards the movie, the hall smelled horribly dirty. It seemed as no deep cleaning has been done to the carpets and it smelled awful. We walked in the actual movie room and it was stuffy n hot and smelled humid, dank and gross. We could not breath Very well without coughing. Its a shame that mgmt isnt keeping this place clean! All the trashcans were full and noone seemed to care. We used to love going to this theater, but probably wont return due to the awful smell in hall and inside movie theatre. My Suggestion you must hire more personnel and wash all the carpets very well to remove all the nastiness and smell. Keep up the cleaniness daily so it doent come to this anymore.

This theater stinks! Although its in a good location and the theater itself looks nice, it smells. When you first walk into the theater, it smells like a restroom (maybe they clean the restrooms with the same mops they clean the foyer). The seating inside the theater is decent, but the smell of fetid upholstery and soiled carpets distracted me the entire movie. Typically after a while Id go "nose blind" to strong odors, but I couldnt shake the smell of this place the entire time I was at the movies. Ive been here several times because the movie selection is good and the theater itself isnt bad, but I always forget about how bad it smells. I think Ive finally had it and will look for another movie theater further away that doesnt stink.
