My wedding at Old Glory was an absolute dream! Nothing was left out of the dream wedding that I imagined as a little girl. In fact, the wedding at Old Glory went above and beyond what I could imagine a wedding could even be! Old Glory is an absolute paradise! There is not an area that would not make the perfect picture with the trees, river, landscape, the chapel, and the wildflowers. The bluebonnets were in full bloom the weekend we were married and that was the best surprise I could ever have imagined. My precious grandmother had passed away unexpectedly a month prior to my wedding and one of her favorite flowers was the bluebonnet. I have never seen so many beautiful bluebonnets! The best part of my wedding aside from the natural beauty of Old Glory was the staff! I did not have to worry about a thing! The day went so smoothly and my only job was to show up and enjoy the day. That meant a lot to me especially when I have seen brides in the past as a bride maid stress out before, during, and after the wedding. The personal touches that the staff did that day was actually the best part of my day and was so unexpected. I felt like I could have easily been royalty or a Hollywood celebrity that day with the friendliness of the staff knowing all the little things to say or do to make my experience one of a kind. For example, Gina took the time to take a picture of the first time my dad was able to see me dressed as a bride. That was a moment that she went above and beyond to capture a magical moment that will only happen once. It was something that I did not even think about when I planned my wedding and I appreciate the fact that she stopped and took the time to do so. The staff easily could have been a part of my family the way they cared for each moment as if I was his or her daughter. I am very thankful and appreciative of each and every one at Old Glory for being a part of my wedding. Last I wanted to comment on the fact that I loved that we received a “goodie bag” at the end of the day. This included FOOD! When I say that Old Glory thought of everything, they did! I was starving after our reception and I loved the fact that we had “his and her” plates with silverware to have afterwards. Thank you for remembering the little things like food. Thank you Old Glory for all your hard work! My goal was to have a day full of love and you all made that happen!

Its hard for me to adequately put into words how amazing it was to work with the staff at Old Glory Ranch. My husband Nick and I got married on July 11, 2015 and our wedding went beyond my wildest dreams. From the beginning Nick and I said we wanted a wedding that was centered around our love and the people we love the most along with an amazing party-and did we get that and more. Suzanne, Gina, our day of coordinator Carey and the rest of the staff worked endlessly to make sure our day went smoothly. Multiple people have commented to us about how calm I was-it was really nice to know I had nothing to worry about. I loved that I got to enjoy every second of our wedding day. Chapel Hall is one of the most beautiful places Ive ever laid eyes on and Suzanne and her floral team worked to make it even more beautiful with flowers from our design meeting. The flower arrangements and bouquets were exactly what I had wanted. She listened to what I wanted and created the perfect floral backdrop to our summer wedding. The in house DJ, Chris ROCKED! He also did a great job at listening to what Nick and I wanted and created a playlist that had our whole wedding out on the dance floor all night long. If youre looking for a hill country venue with beautiful grounds and a staff that is top notch look no further than Old Glory Ranch. You cant go wrong with a wedding here-my only regret is we cant do it over and over again! Suzanne, Gina, Carey and OGR Staff, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me create the wedding of my dreams. It was so easy for my mom and I to work with you and we truly will miss not getting to talk to you on a regular basis. My husband and I got married in Jan 2015 at Old Glory. I have given this venue 5 stars in every area except cost, since it is a more expensive venue. With that said, I feel the money was very well spent and we were given absolutely excellent service! The owner (Suzanne McCord) and manager (Gina McClure) were both wonderful. Gina consistently went above and beyond! She very promptly responded to emails and calls and always met all our needs. As a bride, I greatly appreciated that Gina took care of everything; at each meeting she helped lower my stress level. Our wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding was Carey Millington. Carey did an excellent job for both our rehearsal and wedding day. Our wedding officiant (who has performed hundreds of weddings) told us that Carey was one of the best coordinators he has worked with. Lastly, the Old Glory Ranch DJ, Chris Heckendorn, was absolutely perfect!! He made the entire process of choosing ceremony and reception music so easy. We have such fond memories from our reception, and so much of that was due to the songs that he played. I know there are countless Old Glory staff members who I did not meet in person. The staff who worked to create our wedding decor and flower arrangements did an amazing job, and I am thankful for their beautiful work! I would recommend Old Glory Ranch without reservation; we will always be so thankful we chose this venue.

My husband, Carl and I, got married this past April at the breathtaking, Old Glory Ranch! We couldnt have been more pleased with how much attention to detail the staff, owner, and wedding coordinator put into making our BIG day beyond perfect! From the moment we took our first tour and met with Old Glory staff, we knew that we had found our dream venue and were so excited to begin the planning! The drive up the pathway, leading to the most unique rustic Chapel Hall speaks for itself and an added plus are what the Hill Country is known for, the Bluebonnets and Wildflowers! We knew that we wanted lots of floral accents to go with our theme as our bridesmaids dresses were floral with an array of color. The Old Glory Floral team did a spectacular job with each and every arrangement they put together, from my beautiful bouquet to the centerpieces and in between. Old Glory not only assisted with helping us plan the look and feel of our wedding day, but they also provided amazing lists of all the best connections in the area from Food to Music to Cake designers and Photography! Overall, we wanted our friends and family to have a wedding weekend that they couldnt forget, at a place that they would continue talking about for years and years to come and we know for a fact that we got that with Old Glory Ranch! We cant thank you all enough for all that you did!
