Visited through the Texas Bluebonnet Wine Trail, and this was our first stop on the trail. Was not sure what to expect. The young lady who greeted us was pleasant, and informed us how it will work when we visit each winery. However, unfortunately, that is as far as the friendliness went. We were promptly given our food pairing and first tasting, but we noticed that the ladies working the TBWT area were too busy entertaining themselves than interacting with their patrons. They did let us try a different wine than what they were officially serving for our second tasting, but did not bother telling us much about the wines we were tasting. They had a menu on each table with descriptions, but it is nice to hear some "off script" opinions. I wish I could say that they were swamped, and this may have affected the interaction, but I cannot. The wines we tried (merlot and red zinfandel) were yummy. Service is what made me have to give it 3 rather than 4 star.

Booked a 60th birthday party here for my mom, FAB-U-LOUS!!!! Rachel did AWESOME in assisting me with all the little details to make it really special for her big day! A good variety of different flavor wines ~ My absolute favorite is actually a tie between, "Sisters who Sip" & "Girls Night Out", MUST try them BOTH ;) The party was planned last minute, I cant thank Rachel & Carla enough for ALL their help & doing a GREAT job! We NEED your bottles in more Houston & Cypress Stores P-L-E-A-S-E!!! Cant wait to go back!

On our wine tour weekend, some of the most unique wines and pairings were at Cork This. They have a nice cozy atmosphere. Some of the help clearly didnt know wine culture (offered to refill our not-yet-empty glass with a different wine..) but someone knew how to pair them well as the chocolate-Merlot pairing was probably the best we had all weekend.

Great boutique winery you definitely need to check out! They often have special events such as wine club pick up parties, live music, food catered or food trucks, and host a bi-monthly Wine Down Wednesday with Botox, wine, chocolate, and shopping vendors!

I have gone to 1 party and 1 shower at Cork This. The ambiance is very nice, cozy but not stuffy (adorable). It just has a relaxed atmosphere, i had a great time at both events. I will certainly use them for my next occasion!
