Was all of the body weight equipment designed EXCLUSIVELY for use by tall men??? I have never been to a park where the ALL of the body weight equipment was placed so that only tall men could use it. ALL of them. Arthur Story, Buffalo Bayou, Meyers Park - they All have monkey bars or pull up bars that both a person of average height and tall people can use. I understand that some of the equipment needs to be placed high for taller people, but every single one??? How can women of average height reach these to work on pull-ups and upper body strength?? Its sexist. Never coming back here again .

Well maintained park with plenty of room to run or play sports. Comes with a full jungle gym for younger children and has a garden planted to attract butterflies. Marked track with length of different run routes posted. Has a bathroom facility, sports fields, drinking fountains, and picnic tables. Only losing a star because the amount of parking spaces could be better.

Great for walking (path is about .6-.7 miles). Nice playground for the kids, picnic areas for families, bit of a shaded, woody area at one corner, plus a lovely little butterfly garden. Watch cricket being played, fly a kite! There are water fountains all around the perimeter, as well as restrooms. Clean, well lit in the evenings, park ranger on site.

Giant field fit for almost any sport, nice walking/running trail, and plenty of fun stuff for the kids to play on! Awesome for an outdoor family event, just leave the alcohol at home because it isnt alllowed! Oh and full of Poké stops if you like playing Pokémon Go! Open late too!

The grounds are kept relatively clean, and this is a good place to bring children. The parking area closest to the play ground and butterfly garden has been closed every time I have visited. The alternate parking is a very long walk from the play areas and shaded areas.

Good local park. The park is always clean. The walking trials are well maintained. Kids play area is great. During evening hours, both parking lots may be full. We visit this place daily when we were in the neighborhood. Love this place.

I liked this place because it is nice, but it needs an older kid playground for my children that I might have, and a younger kid playground so that they will not bother older children trying to play. Also, the spider web shakes too much.

Great Park highly recommended but there is Poison Ivy as of 9/1/17 in the bundle of trees at the corner of Grant and Jones right by the Adult Workout Equipment. I called the number listed but there was no answer and no voicemail option.

Great little park near Matzke Elementary. It has a walking path surrounding a playground area and a large open area for soccer/cricket/football matches. There are always people here, but it never seems crowded. It is very well kept up.

Nice park. This park has a paved running path, workout stations, a playground, a garden, restrooms, and multiple types of fields available for sports. Area was kept clean of trash and debris. Would recommend for anyone in the area.

Really nice park. We love the butterfly garden! Only wish people took care of the picnic tables better. Nasty chewing gum and smeared in leftover food does not make eating lunch there too appealing. Bathroom is clean, not smelly.

Ive worked out here like once with my bihh Vivian she a bomb personal trainer AYEEE But the park is nice, Theres always a lot of people/Families there tho Not a lot of eye candy except me. LOL DEAD. its a really fun/ safe park

This is a great park for people to come out and have a nice walk . They have a kids park too. Best part is the cricket facilities. This is home to the Triggers Cricket Club .One of the top clubs in the Houston Cricket League

One of the better parks in the area. Features swings, rope pyramid for climbing, forts, and other fun structures. Also has a butterfly garden, walking trail and cricket fields. Only downside is that parking can fill up.

Its alright for running. Has a soccer field. Cricket club, kids playing grounds . The outer loop for running is 0.7 miles and the inner is 0.5. not sure if they are accurate. They dont add up in the GPS tracking.

Nice park, nice walking/running trail, workout stations, etc. Too hot in the summer, in my opinion, as the trail is mostly not shaded. But the childrens playground area has a lot of shady trees.

They play cricket here every Saturday. Fun place for kids to play. Many people walking around the park/field area. Parking may be a challenge, but there is parking on both ends of the park.

Its a very small park. Its nice but you kinda just finish walking/running all around really fast lol. No complaints, lots of benches, and theres a nice little garden. Play area for kids.

Great place for people of all ages. I come here to have open space to practice tricks with hula hoops. Many people come here to use the jogging trail. There are also kids play areas.

This is a nice neighborhood park that includes a playground for children, a soccer field, a running track, and a butterfly garden. It does have issues with flooding with heavy rain.

A fairly nice park. Not very large but has a lot of nice equipment for children to play on and plenty of pretty decent restrooms. Its a Pokemon Go nest too if youre into that.

One of the best local parks, and likely one of the oldest. There is a total of 20 acres. The grounds are well kept and there are always people playing here. Great for kids.
