Great environment. Clean playground and clean restrooms! Jogging trail is nice, but usually have to watch out for other peoples dogs that are not trained at all and will bark at you (had this happen on multiple occasions). Watch your step if youre fishing or walking into the grass! Some people dont pick up after their dogs. Water fountains conveniently located around the trail with doggie fountain too! Huge plus! Police stationed at one of the exits in the evening is very reassuring. So far bass Ive caught here were small ones. Lots of bluegill and sunfish as well as catfish. Sign states crappie limits, but have yet to see one. Overall clean, friendly, family oriented, and amazing park that touches a bit of every activity.

I enjoy this park because it is an excellent place to go to do exercise. In fact, the trail is approximately 2 miles. The view of the lake is wonderful for taking pictures. The restrooms are clean and there is a playground for children. The only downfall is that there is no shade so you should bring sunscreen and be prepared. It is more convenient to go on evening if you just want to go to relax.

Really awesome for active dogs and families! Pet water fountain with clean cold water and easy to turn on while holding your dog. Pets must be on a leash at this park. Playground and public restrooms. Very clean and peaceful park. Busy on weekends. No doggie bags but plenty of trash cans around in case of any accidents.

Its got a nice and long trail perfect for bike riding and its got a cute little playground in the front, theres not too many spots for shade so be careful on sunny days. There is also some work out spots placed around the trail too.

Beautiful scenery, pet friendly, quiet and a great place to walk, run, and exercise. You can bring your children to play on the playground. I saw people fishing and it is off the beating path, so not very crowded.

Peaceful, clean. Just watch out for snakes. The walking/jogging trail is surrounded by "forest" area, so those things can be expected to be seen. The view with the lake gives this place 5 stars.

They have a half mile and a mile trail for joggers and walkers. Come at your convenience and you will see people of all ages walking, fishing, jogging. There is a playground for small kids.

Great park for kids! Theres a "mommy and me" swing and several baby swings for the youngest set, and tall slides for older kids. The ground is very spongy just in case there are any falls.

This is a great local park. Its got a great walking trail and a great place for kids to play. On the weekends parking can be a problem.
