I have been here multiple times with no problems. However, today we went in to get food and a drink for a friends 30th birthday and they had by far the most rudest and unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. I went to the bar asking for a drink and they denied me for having an ID that was expired by a week. While I had a paper liscense in the car, that drink was not worth the effort to me. I told him I was genuinely sorry for not having an updated license with me, not wanting the drink and wasting his time. I went back to the table of around 30 people and sat down jokingly explaining how sorry I was for failing everyone. The guy serving me then came up and told me to leave the bar with no other explanation. Immediately I was very confused and caught off guard. I understood if I had talked back or was exsesively drinking, however I did/was neither. I actually suggested Magnolia Motor Lounge to everyone else, but they did not return the favor. I am so sad that they did this to me and thoroughly hope it does not happen to anyone else.

We have been here before and have had a good experience. This time however, not so much. I will say the queso was good. Not spicy enough for my liking but still good. We went thursday march 16th at 6pm. The waitress was terrible. Its really the worst waitress ive had in the dallas area since i moved here 5 years ago. I asked her what wines there were. She didnt know the brand name of the wines and did not offer to see what they were even though i explained to her that i wanted to know because really cheap wines give me a headache. My husband asked how the margaritas were. She said, welllllllll i dont have a margarita machine so they have to be on the rocks. Her attitude was so unhelpful and negative. Arms crossed unwilling to be a helpful waitress. The business hurt because of it. We were olanning on drinking and eating dinner. Instead, we ate an appetizer and my husband had one beer and we took our business elsewhere. With all the bars and restaurants around, why on earth would you have a cranky, unhelpful waitress????

I brought a small group of coworkers for lunch today and we were not impressed. The menu is expensive, $12-$14 for a small burger and fries. My coworker had the burger and said the meat tasted like a frozen patty from Walmart. I had the chicken fried steak special and it was by far the smallest chicken fried steak Ive ever seen in my life, not to mention it tasted like something I had in my elementary school cafeteria. I gave this place 2 stars because the fries were good. We will not be back.

Great food... sandwiches, specials and anything with the beef tips in it is amazing. For you live music fans, this place shows a wide variety of local and near local live music that will not send you home deaf. Plus free Wifi and a patio. Since the bar is located centrally in So7, we have used this place as a starting point for many pub crawls or special events in the day time and return back to listen to the music once the crawling is done....

The people that give this place a 1 star review are idiots and couldnt find happiness if it hit them in the face. Their sirloin is so good that I have to use self control to not go back too quick. Its a great place to eat and well worth the $12 sirloin! After two craft beers, sirloin, & a good tip youre still under $30 for a great meal!

Each time we go back this place disappoints just a little more. Great Onion Rings and Burgers. I think they really need to re-think who they have as wait staff. They are disinterested, lazy and bordering on rude. I think my money will be going to the Love Shack from now on.

Cool themed place in a vibrant part of town. Had one of my favorite beers on a handle and really good onion rings...just wish there were more in the serving. Looks like a great night spot for live music so we will try that next visit.

I only go for lunch. Daily lunch specials are always spot on. Good background music, but you can have table conversation in a normal voice. Staff is nice, friendly and attentive.
