I LOVED Bronson Rock until this past Saturday night (30th), my bf and I arrived about 10pm and had been drinking the entire night at the main bar , we tabbed out and decided to go see who was playing on stage , I ordered a drink from a woman who asked to see my ID, a little weird seeing as no one else was getting carded but ok whatever. I showed my ID which yes is a little expired. She told me she couldnt serve me . No biggie . I went to another bartender and ordered WATER which they give to you in a clear plastic cup. I decided I had , had too much to drink anyways . So enjoying the band with bf and drinking water sitting down , this bartender who denied me earlier said "What the hell?" I looked at her and then my bf I was baffled . My bf told her to calm down and asked what was the problem she was in his face and said " I was trying to be nice but you cant be in here" while snatching my cup of water from my hand and his beer that he just bought , I said calmly "I apologize I didnt know I have to leave , if I had known I would have left the establishment " she yelled " your ID is expired you cant be in here !!" Boyfriend asked her name and she said " my name is Tonya dumba** now get the f*** out of here!! " Im seriously traumatized, Ive never been treated so rudely. I understand about my ID but she could have told me the first time I had to leave , she just said I cant serve you sorry. Maybe my misunderstanding but she could have handled this differently.

We were excited for re-opening but unfortunately were really let down. We went on Sunday at noon with friends and our children. Restaurant boasts that its family friendly until the evening. We waited 15 minutes before getting a drink order in and had to ask for menus. The waitress was rude and said all they were serving were only burgers and wings until 4pm. We asked for menus again and she said they only had a few and it would be a few minutes. Some of the people in our group wanted to be a little healthier but apparently thats not an option until after 4pm. We eventually got most of our drinks, but there was only 1 waitress who made it clear she wouldnt be taking our order for a while because she was busy on the other side of the patio. We eventually decided to leave and left cash for our drinks as we didnt want to stick the cost to the server. We informed her that we left $15 and she got mad and said thats not enough as drinks are $2.75. we informed her that out of a party if 7 we only received 6 of our drinks 1 of which was water. She was mad, but we were very frustrated and left. This was not a good experience as we were talking this place up to our friends who had never been there before. Im hoping this is just growing pains as Bronson just re-opened but it almost seems it wasnt ready to re-open just yet.

Update: saw Live80 last night. Great night and no cover! Awesome fun. Back open again! This was our first time back since it has reopened and we went to see Metal Shop with some friends. It looks like they had the muddy parking lot section fenced off like they were going to doing something with it (hopefully pave it). Metal shop was on the indoor stage I guess so they can control the crowd and also charge cover. We were charged 10 bucks a person but the drinks were more reasonably priced this time. Love that the lead singer from Live80 did a guest appearance and sang one song. The crowd was a bit lighter than in the past maybe because people havent figured out its open again, or it could have been the cover charge. Now the cover charge was just for the area by the inside stage, and the rest of the place is open to no cover charge. Im fine with the smaller crowd if it keeps some of the more sketchy folks out of there. The staff were pretty friendly and less attitude than before they shut down. Anyway, we all good time and will be back. Hope the cover comes down a little though.

So sorry, we had an amazing time here until it was time to close the door! Let me tell you, we did not "over" tip and run fast enough to call our Uber. (Thank you to "Legacy" in VIP!) Ryan and his 3 "Hoes"(so sorry, that was the only name I asked for at the time) chased us out the door so arressively that the Cop/ Officer outside did not even know what the the problem was! Lucky we had accidentally hit the except button on Uber at the same time we ran from the 3 hostel waitresses, or whatever they were, as they yelled, cussed and threatened us the whole 20 yards out the door.... The cop outside spent time helping out of towners from New York set up an Uber account after they were chased out as well. Luckily our ride was there before we knew it! I have never been treated that way in all my 40 years!!!!! I hope the young people/employees of Brubson Rock please give thier customers more patience and respect in the very near future!! Visited for the first time since the reopen a few weeks ago. Food was good, service was attentive and friendly, except for the older waitress who aggressively pursued us after we stepped away from her service area to another section. "Y"ALL HAVE TO PAY ME". Okay, okay, calm down were right here. We were coming back and we didnt know we had to tab out any time we moved around in the same building, especially since we were coming back. They ran out of wine glasses and served my wine in rocks glasses. No biggie. Later when I ordered a shot, it was served in a large plastic tumbler. Funny, but not a deal breaker. They seem to be working hard to overcome the bad taste left by the previous management/ownership and theyre doing a good job. We look forward to enjoying Bronson Rock shows, drink specials and food frequently.

first had a spot with all of my friends in a area with no waiters or service.. so we moved our party and the waiter was really rude older women with Bob haircut was just so rude and saying we arent aloud to vape and I asked her why and all she said was it was annoying. Well my whole party was coming from a vape competition. And even the manager said it was okay to vape exact words "its technically okay to vape" and so we all agreed to move and now our whole part is in 2 places and we order food. And when we got the food it was cold my friend ordered fries and it was just horrible. Like they were made 20 mins before we got them. And also the service was slow the waitress took forever to get our drinks and refill them I would not return. First and last time going here would not recommend.

Phenomenal. Food. Service, and environment. My wife, 5 year old son, and myself had lunch at this establishment. The waitress for whom I cant recall her name ( 30s early 40s blonde hair, glasses) was one of the most engaging, punctual and professional waitresses I have seen in all my years of dining. At first glance I was concerned with the bar environment, and the menu was not inclusive of a kids menu. Our waitress, upon taking our order, recited a very cost friendly, kid friendly menu and proceeded to relay this to my son in a manor entertaining and effective. Well done. The Bronson burger... well.. it was the determining factor in writing this post.One of the best burgers I have ever eaten, no question. Try this place.
