The first time I visited the Aardvark it was difficult to find parking, everywhere you try to park it is questionable if you should leave your vehicle parked there. Evidently it is confusing to others as well. That night mine and about 18 other cars were towed off in less than two hours. Word is this happens all the time. It turns out there is a racket going on in this area. Whoever owns the Action wrecker trucks are at home sleeping while they hire a shady group to work all night packing cars into their fenced in joint down on E. Lancaster. And they charge you $250.00 to get it back. Our vehicle had mud down the side of it and a scraped front end when we got it back out of the hole it was in. The wrecker drivers and owners of the business do not give a crap about the damage either! $250.00 a car is price gouging!! And the signs they use to mark the areas they patrol are really not that clear so they can catch a lot of vehicles using scouts and rake in the money every night!! I am staying away from the businesses along the TCU and Aardvark strip for this reason.

great folks. Great bartenders! I hadnt been here much in the last few years but Ive really gotten to know the folks the last year and all the bartenders are very personable and their food is good grease spoon stuff. Also great brunch. I dont get to go nearly enough because I work on Sundays now but I do know they use wrights bacon. I know because it was so freaking good I asked why kind it was. I really love the bartenders sam, joshah, and Mikey! They are good for some conversation and great service. The owners I dont see often but when I do they are always very sweet and funny!! Also, they buy us a drink nearly every time they see us. A local dive with great music. Great sound. Great food and the crowds for the most part are cool. Im not a big TCU crowd fan but its not too bad. The good out weighs the douchebaggerry for sure!! Not that all TCU folks are bad but Im 33 and sometimes they are a hit silly for me. Arguing and what not. :) love the VARK!!

If you are a band looking to play this venue be very wary. You will not receive a single payment unless you can fill up the entire bar. The booking for this venue is very shady and they have deceiving contracts to make you think your band will receive compensation for your work, but you will not. The booking guy will not give you a contact phone number and he probably wont even show up to tell you hes ripping you off. He will make his bar staff do it for him. This is a terribly run venue and they treat bands like garbage. I would not recommend this venue to anyone! Also 2 of our friends cars were towed while they were at the show.

A well rounded and classic "home town feel"...the staff is young but "seasoned", most of the crew have been there for a while; everyone is very, very friendly. They have WiFi! right in the middle of college town TCU! Some nights are busy and some are not. They have a wide variety of bands that come through and play. Not a bad place to spend your weekend.

Always a great time. Wether Im playing the live music or watching the live music. Drinks are on the average if not less and the staff is always friendly. They host karaoke on wednesdays and thats always fun. definitely worth checking out if you havent already.

We have always has an great experience here. Great service and good food. The music is the best thing. Go on a night Holy Moly plays and theres no way you leave with a bad experience. They have a lot of good bands come through there. Give it a try.

Our School of Rock Mansfield students usually play their "End of Seasons Shows" at The Aardvark...And let me tell you how amazing this place is! Good sound, Great wait staff and always a fun vibe. We love bringing our students out to this venue

This Place is a Joke.. Sound system is trash . Sound Guy -worthless. Parking - NONE- Staff - Idiots- The one thing is has going for it is Fuzzys Tacos next door- The Rail Club in West Fort Worth is 100% better place.

I received terrible service at this establishment. I was repeatedly cursed at by the bartender with sleeve tattoos. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy. Please take my advice and avoid at all cost.

The aardvark is one of the worst bars in the area! Always an unnecessary cover and terrible lines. Prices are terrible and the experience is never fun. I would much rather take my business else where.

A lot of potential to be a cool place. Not sure about the placement of the pool table right by the stage, a bit distracting for a real show. I like the open air design with the windows wide open.

Fight or kick rocks for front door parking...sometimes..when Dirt Nastee has been drinking all day. Yeah, thats pretty much the only time. Get a tattoo next door at Berry street tattoo

Fun environment and conveniently located. We saw Weather Kings, Ting Tang Tina and a few other local bands. We had a great time.
