One of the most important days in a person’s life is their wedding day. The perfect venue, under the perfect setting surrounded by the people that we love and care most about. Ball Eddleman McFarland House is a beautiful place to hold your wedding that offers a quaint homey feeling that’ll make every one of your guest feel at home and invited. However, be prepared to do everything yourself. The people that are there will not lift one finger to assist in anything for the bride, groom or guests. Be prepared to clean everything from top to bottom including making sure the rugs were in the same spot as when you first walked in the door. For the price of what you pay to rent this venue you’re better off looking at other historical landmarks in and around Fort Worth that will offer you so much more as far as service is concerned. Also, be prepared to provide everything for your wedding from tables, to chairs to linens as well as staff hovering over your wedding and reception like hawks looking at prey. Additionally, if you do choose to have your wedding and reception there be sure and ask as many questions as you can prior. In our experience things changed on us down to the week of our wedding thanks to their staff that apparently told our caterers one thing then changing their minds by way of last minute “research” to clarify things up.

I photographed a wedding reception at this venue last weekend and it was a beautiful venue with excellent staff and service! I look forward to working here again in the future!

Friends had a wedding here, and the electricity didnt work outside, which meant no lights and no music. We found an extension cord, but barely in time.
