Horrible. Just lame, not worth the money and DIRTY. Most of the time not all attractions are open. You have to go and ask to have an attendant open the bull riding, walking sticks and foam jumping pit; and the employees just give you attitude. We had come the previous weekend for my nieces party and had a not so great experience then. We had hoped the condition of the place MIGHT improve and the only reason we came back as a family is because my sister had already booked. This place desperately needs to be surveyed by the health department. The water bottle refill station is covered in various molds. When my mother asked if someone could clean it last week the response she got was "thats the best we can do and you should have seen it before. " OUTRAGEOUS. The only diaper changing station is out in a PUBLIC area. With no sink immediately available next to it. So parents have to expose their babies to everyones sight and then carry them into the restroom with dirty hands just to be able to wash up. Granted I do not have a child in diapers but if I did that would be extremely concerning to me. Also when you have to sign the waiver at the front they want a number and email adress. If you do not provide them with this information the employees will deny your child the chance to play until you go and repeat the form. I gave them a bogus number and they called me out on it, made me go back to the front and fill out the form again. When i asked to speak to a manager I was made to wait ten minutes to speak to a girl who looked like she wasnt even eighteen. She had no reasons or explanation for me for why they would not accept my form. And she refused to give her name. The employees in the check in counter didnt even know the supervisors name. We will never return to this location. They do not deserve anyone elses business either. I would give no stars if I could figure out how.

We tend to frequent Urban Air in Frisco so this was our first time trying JumpStreet. It isnt as up to date as Urban is, but has lost of jumping options. We visited after school one day so it was awkward that the staff had to follow us around to let us into each area. They have plenty of storage cubbies include an option with locks that you can pay for. It is reasonably clean..kind of a retro feel with carpet throughout. I was alittle disappointed in the price....my daughter is six so I had to "upgrade" her so she would be able to jump in more than just the little kid area. They also dont have a parent pass like Urban does, so it ended up being $30 for both of us. Overall a good time, but I think we will drive to Frisco.

The kids love going here, but the age restrictions are ridiculous and just a scheme to charge more money. I took a group of kids age 7.5, 9 and 10, and I had to pay admission for myself just so my daughter could jump with her brother/friends. Why would she want to jump in an area by herself??? Weve already signed a release, so get rid of the stupid age restrictions. Its nice to have a separate area for younger kids that need/want it, but it shouldnt restrict 7 yr olds from the main areas. I think Ill be staying away until my daughter turns 8! :(

Toddler section has 3 bouncy houses, the safari themed bouncy house was created completely unstable bc it is ripped and torn in a bunch of places. Also, most other places Ive been to allow parents to enter the structures with their LOs however, I was told I couldnt go into the bouncy house with my 10 month old (wth) after asking for my money back I was told I could enter since the place was empty. The other 2 bouncy houses and the trampoline area were cool but I wont be coming back.

Rented the private room for bday party. They said they would handle all the decorations. There were no balloons and they definitely couldve done a better job. Age restrictions are too much. My kiddo is 6 and as big as a 8yr old but I had to pay extra because he is just too big to jump in toddler area. Pizza is expensive but was very good. Service was sloooooow. Jumping stations were cool. The kids loved the activities. Wont be having another party there :(

Poor experience. We came on a Monday night and it was fairly slow about 20 to 30 ppl max and yet they were understaffed that day so we literally had to wait for every station so a worker could "oversee" us which was a hassle considering we were waiting 10-15 mins anytime we switched to basketball or dodge ball. Paid for 2 hours of playtime but ended up playing for only about an hour because of all the waiting unfortunately.

They dont let adults go into bounce houses or trampoline. They expect my daughter to play by herself? The reason I took her there was because I wanted to spend time and play with her. Hey, Im only 95lbs. I weigh less than some of the kids there. I feel bad seeing her play all by herself. Their bathroom is not kid friendly. Will not be coming back here.

Not a good experience...i couldnt jump with my son then on top of that the lights were out in his ages area.Only stayed 25-30mins because they said it wasnt safe for him to jump in the dark and got no refund. He wanted to ride in a car that took my money and never came on.Overall experience wasnt that great and we wont be going back

the location in Allen is pretty well maintained. it is better than the Plano location. I went to this location 3 years ago for a school event. the attractions were safe. there were some employees watching over the attractions all the time, and I would choose to come back next time

Jumpstreet is certainly worth a visit with the kids if youve never been, but its hard to justify regular visits between the hourly pricing and limited options for adults. Wifi would be a game changer here.

Pretty cool place with lots of options for playing around for all ages. Dodge ball was the most fun, those darn kids are so hard to hit sometimes. Somewhat pricey, I wouldnt go too often because of that.

Fun place for kids to burn energy in 2 hour increments. Nice facilities with a friendly staff and reasonable prices considering the fun stuff they can do. Great for bday parties!

Awful, they screwed up our birthday reservation. They are a mess - no one knows whats going on, the employees are all teenagers so forget getting good service here!!

This place was lame, too many age restrictions. If you go as a family of different ages the siblings get separated and can not play at the same stations.

Kind of dirty, buy it is what I would expect when there are hundreds of kids around. Value is good for a quick outing to burn off some energy.
