A Great City Park in the heart of Dallas. A smallish park but with much shade from the old trees, nice elevation changes and seating areas with much vegetation that creates separate outdoor areas. In the late 70s early 80s this Park was a very popular gathering place for young people on Saturdays and especially Sundays. People would come to the park to eat, drink, lounge, throw frisbee s and generally enjoy the day in this beautiful park. Much has changed in Dallas since those days, I hope the Park doesnt.

Beautiful park. Im originally from PA close to Gettsburg so this is absolutely amazing to see here for me. Ive been here since 2009. Its a shame these whiny city officials got their way to have a statue removed thats been there since the 30s. Leave it alone! If you people would leave it there no one would have gotten killed in a crane accident. Also, instead of spending all the money on removal why not pay pensions for our law enforcement instead? Anyway, beautiful park and absolutely love the house!

Gorgeous park, probably my favorite urban park in all of Dallas. There are usually plenty of dogs socializing in the westernmost open area, though an occasional daredevil squirrel will interrupt. The easternmost portion shows off the beauty of Turtle Creek, making it great for a romantic picnic spot. During wedding season, some portions of the park are reserved on the weekends but still plenty of features open to have fun. Highly recommended.

We go here fishing and catch big catfish but it is so dirty and so much trash everywhere it doesnt even look clean I know people try their best to keep it clean but others always seem to keep trash everywhere the water is still with trash I feel sorry for the fish and turtles it is a good fishing spot lots of dogs passing to in from with their owners

Despite your view of the man Robert E. Lee, the park that receives his name is one of my favorite places in the world. Lovely trees and water with an expansive array of spaces. The thrill of the towers surrounding it makes it exciting for the user. Such a lovely urban place

For those raised with a social conscience in the 21st century, this park is offensive. While visiting the park, you will be greeted by a Robert E Lee statue. The home is a replica of his house. While this park is great for the KKK, many others will be very offended.

Despite the terrible name, this is a beautiful park. Its a gorgeous area for a picnic with friends on a beautiful day. Even though its right in the heart of Dallas, the greenery helps you forget youre in the city.

City of Dallas is such a disgrace for having the memorial removed! Very beautiful artwork was put into the creation of the statue. The park is lush and relaxing, just heartbreaking to see the statue leaving.

This park is a beautiful setting and great location for the many events it host throughout the year! The Dallas LGBT community for Pride and The is always the kickoff spot for LifeWalk.

Its time to rename this beautiful park. Lee was a cruel slaveowner and white supremist. Absolutetly not the man some southern history writers purport to make as a rational man.

A nice park near Turtle Creek. There are often events held there put on by the Arlington Hall Conservancy. There is limited street parking.

Madison and I have the greatest time here. The only reason I live in this area is solely for the parks and how they flow into each other.
