The Reunion Tower is one of those tourist attractions you should visit at least once. You take an elevator to go up 470 feet in about sixty seconds and then get to walk around the Geo Deck of the tower and get a breathtaking 360 view of Dallas. The day we went, it was raining so we didnt get to see the sunset. We had to wait until the lightning stopped before they allowed us on to the outside deck. Its worth the wait! No matter how many people are there, they do not rush you out so you can spend as long as you want there. While inside, they have interactive screens to learn more about the well known establishments of Dallas. To go up to this Geo Deck, its about $18 after taxes for adults. Kids under 12 pay about $9 after taxes. They offer a day and night pass for an additional $5. Right before you go up, they take a souvenir pic of you with props in front of a green screen. When you go up, there are photo kiosks where you can select your Dallas background pic and email a copy of the pics to yourself for free. They also offer priced souvenirs of the pics. If you want to get the great 360 view without dealing with other tourists, you can go to Wolfgang Pucks Five Sixty restaurant, which is at the top of the tower and it revolves. We didnt try it. Parking is $6.

The Reunion Tower is the biggest rip off in Dallas. I wish I can get my money back. Please, do not spend your hard earned money to visit this place. I paid for the "Love is in the air" package. It was my boyfriends birthday and I wanted it to be special. However, I paid 135.10 for the worst experience ever. The package makes it seems like you will get VIP treatment but it is all lies. They gave us a glass of champagne and kindly explained that we would participating in a self tour. We entered the Geo Deck room with about 50 other people. We walked around for 19 minutes and was ready to go. Then the restaurant treated me and my boyfriend horribly. We had to sit on a sofa and wait to be helped. This was his 29th birthday...and the reunion tower ruined it. This love in the air package was supposed to last from 8-10 pm but we walked out at 8:24 pm. Then the chef of the restaurant called me to see where we were, saying that he had our "gift". (which was a picture frame, by the way) and he wants us to come back. I told him how disappointed I was and that I was NOT EVER COMING back. All he said was Im sorry and hung up. I really wasted my money but worse of all, it ruined my boyfriends birthday. I wish I could rate this lower than 1 star, it doesnt even deserve that.

What a shame. Reunion Tower in the 90s was fabulous. Now theyve made a spectacle of the whole thing with a FEE even to go to the restaurants. Nearly $17 a person just to get on the elevator and another $15 per person for a sandwich at Cloud 9. I wouldnt mind paying if it was awesome, but the cafe level (open during the day) is HORRID. It looks like its under construction...I thought we were in the wrong place. My sister said it looked just as bad a year ago, so Im guessing theyre not planning on making any improvements. The chairs and tables are leftovers from their conference rooms and the carpet was stained all over. It was completely underwhelming and disappointing. I dont know who was in charge of the remodel, but they need to be slapped. Im not sure if the Wolfgang Puck restaurant Five Sixty has improved any, but it was also terrible when I went a few years ago. Reunion Tower needs to try again...what a mess.

Prepare to be under-amazed. For the price, its not worth it. For my family of two adults, one 5 year old, and a baby it cost us $40+ tax. They dont allow strollers up and when you get up there, good luck if your diapered child needs changed because there arent changing tables. The view is nice, but not worth the price. The food from the restaurant is standard and overpriced. Were talking $10 for a wedge salad. We got our son a kids chicken strip meal, my husband and I split a queso/chips appetizer, and two sodas was $17. You cant leave with the sodas either. I was very underwhelmed and by the time you spend $9 for parking, its easily $70-$80 for a family to visit and be bored. Our son was mostly intrigued by the hands on computers there that could have easily been recreated by downloading an app and doing it on an iPad (for the colors and stuff). We wont go again. Not worth the money

Took the family here for my wife birthday last night. We had a lovely time, they sat us at a table where we would get the sunsetting, table was booked for 5pm and sunset was 7pm, swe had two full rotations. Staff were very nice and professional definitely fine dinning. Although the prices are slightly expensive the food was great! Wish i didnt choose the half roast chicken as there wasnt much with it, i was definitely recommend the Texas Red Fish, our son had this and was quite a big dish with some great flavours(bit too much apple sauce as it canceled out the thai curry flavour a bit). Big selection of wines! Some ranging to $2k but a good selection on lesser priced. If you have a dessert select the Chocolate Fondo.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The Asian inspired food is world class, the appetizers are great, the deserts are fantastic, the tea is awesome, the sushi is a must. The White Tuna Sushi is absolutely delicious. For the main course, I strongly recommend the lacquered duckling! The baked Alaska is great with the mango ice cream. Silver leaf tea is always a great way to finish off as you watch the sunset. Also, ask for the green beans, they will know what you are talking about! The service was phenomenal. Never an empty glass and never a crumb on the table. The waiters have hawk eyes and do their jobs well. This is a definite recommend to anyone visiting Dallas and is sure to keep the wife/girl friend happy!

Expensive, even for most bars/restaurants. The caveat here is that it comes with a one-of-a-kind view. Definitely recommended for visitors to Dallas or residents who have never been. If you want to feel like a "baller" or king of the world, for a birthday celebration, job raise, or anything else, this is the trick. If youre looking to impress a date, this might be overboard for the first date, but as a second or third date, this will definitely make a lasting impression! Dress code of business casual is enforced, so dont come wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Jeans and a button down is fine though. Finding a seat in the bar can be very difficult at times, so plan to come earlier or later than the crowds.
