My wife and I visited Bonanzaville in 2000, much by accident while passing through Fargo. With a 2 year old in tow, we spent HOURS exploring the exhibits and seeing first hand how life on the prairie -- and to an extent, the rest of the country -- carried on in the 1800s and early 1900s. My favorite was the working telephone exhibit...you can tell a lot of love and sweat went into it. A national treasure that shouldnt be missed.

Very sad... every time we visit this place has got worse, so many things are just broken, dirty and poorly organized. and some of the building are now closed due to the poor condition. They use stuck on paper signs that are all peeling off and cant be read. This place needs to look at what other places do.

Great place to get a taste of the history of our great country. Live performances, actors, ancient planes, tractors, bars, and general stores.

I went there in the 80s and 90s as a child. I loved this place. I am excited to carry on the tradition bringing my own children there.

They dont advertise the food upstairs in the Event place. Highly recommended going for that. Very nice outdoor exhibits.
