This company is crap! They send me useless email everyday. They got my information to invite me to join from Amazon. There offer zero customer service! If you call their phone number you get a recording that rotates twice, no one answers, and the call is disconnected. I kinda expected that (no customer care) since if you read their policy, it subliminally suggests that if you buy from/through them you are on your own if you experience any issues. After a few weeks of receiving so-called nonsense daily deals from them, I am ready to unsubscribe from their list. I have also since disconnected my Amazon account from Woot. The thing is, that I am unable to unsubscribe. My guess is that the IT department set it up that way. If you click on the widget in the email that offers to stop you from receiving mails, it takes you to Mail Chimp where you have to put in information that is irrelevant to what you are trying to achieve. Fortunately, they have an office not too far away from where I live, so on my way out one day, I will be heading over there to get my email taken the hell off!

I have been trying to get a response from WOOT for the past two weeks with nothing but an automated case # assigned. I ordered a great chandelier from Progress Lighting from WOOT - was so excited when it arrived the week before Christmas, but was dismayed to find that it was NOT the fixture I ordered. The lack of response is beyond frustrating, and, like the previous person who posted, when I called their corporate number, and attempted to contact the operator, the message said that the "0" which I was instructed to press was not a working extension. For all the cutesy banter on this site, it is NOT customer friendly. I am ready to file complaints with Paypal, The Better Business Bureau, and Amazon - plus whoever else I can think of to see if I get any kind of response. Perhaps the local TV station customer advocates would be willing to investigate this on the air. MMMM - that might work!

Woot is great if you are looking for the occasional deal that springs up. One item per day at a good price. Keep in mind: Shipping is usually slow-They tally the orders at the end of the sale and THEN order the items from the manufacturer. That means that they do not keep inventory on site and there are 2 steps in the shipping process (manu->Woot->You). Next: many items are refurbs. Every item says clearly upfront whether it is new or refurb so check the page BEFORE you order. Finally: Woot does not offer a warranty of any sort. If something is wrong with the item, you need to send it to the manufacturer for warranty work. With that said, Ive gotten many deals from Woot over the past years (10+) and only had one issue which was handled by the manufacturer. Saved alot of money and am happy with Woot as a business.

First order came broken, not from shipment but actually put into the box broken. Second order came missing half the features woot described. their return shipping label delivered it to another company which then held it for a few days before shipping it to woot. I was told it would take 10-14 days to get my money back on top of the 2 weeks in transit to them. No customer service number and i have emailed support twice with no reply. Take your money elsewhere. I bet most of these good reviews are employees, they do that on other rating sites as well.

Great product but customer service is horrible!!!! I dont think I will ever order from this place again after the maintenance guy by the name of "Josh" talked to me with totally disrespect just because I backed up to the wrong door to get my merchandise!!!! That guy is totally disrespectful & threat me that he will shoot me if I didnt leave!!!!!! I will not tolerate this!!!!!! Also he wouldnt give me his last name nor a contact number to a manager!!!!!!!!!! I will be giving someone a call or going back up there to talk to a manager!!!!!!!!!!

Woot has changed quite a bit over the years but I still place the occasional order. Shipping is slow, and customer service is nearly non-existent. But this is not news, it comes with the territory. If this is going to drive you crazy, pay a little more and buy somewhere else. I have had nothing but good experiences and got some really great prices on items(electronics included). If you are patient, it can lead to great savings. If you are someone who orders things and checks the delivery status 10x a day, this is not for you.

I love woot! I check my computer right at midnight every night to check for new stuff! They have amazing deals on mostly electronics stuff but now are branching out to Wine, Shirts, and even a Kids section. Ive already bought 10 of their very original and usually funny shirts and a few of the items from woot. Cant get much better than them! Only downside is you never know what youre gonna get for that day but thats part of the experience ya know?

Customer of Woot since 2004, recently made a purchase and more recently had my Credit Card frauduently use at a grocery store 13 mile from their offices. Have made repeated phone call to try to speak to a human to at least let them know the probablilty of SOMEONE IN THEIR ORGANIZATION STEALING CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. All I can get is voice mail. Left message with Mr. Rutledge himself. Untill this is resolved, beware of making purchases.

I have purchased from Woot before and everything has been good. Not this time! Woot sucks, I purchased a product on the 12th of August and they sent me an email that it was shipping on the 14th. Today is the 30th of August and the shipper (FED EX) doesnt have the product yet just a shipping label. Woot will not respond to my inquires. Dont waste your time with this company! Not even a customer service # to call.

I ordered 2 bracelets. When I placed the order, there was no size selection. I figured they had a clasp on the brackets but they did not. They are too small and there is no way to get in touch with WOOT. There is no human to answer their phone and they dont return e-mails. The only time they answer e-mails is when you want to place an order. I DO NOT recommend this company, be careful!

I made a purchase and realized there was an issue with the quantity. I contacted them the very next business day to see if I could fix the issue. They gave me two solutions: 1. Refuse the package (has to be unopened) 2. Keep both items. I have never heard of a company that functions this way. No return policy or warning that they can’t be returned? BEWARE!!!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! They have an "F" in customer service from the Texas Chamber of Commerce. When you place and order, dont count on getting everything you order, unless you place each item in a separate order. Also, form what I have heard their electronics break or are defective and there is really nothing you can do.

My last Gastroenterologists exam wasnt that great. They could have at least put me under but noooooo, apperantly the woot server died during the BOC and the anaesthesia delivery was effected by that. So whatever. But the Electronics selection is great if you are on-time. Otherwise they can sell out rather quickly.
