If you get the opportunity to spend the day in Corpus Christi then you should board the USS Lexington and let the volunteers there tell you stories about the history of this amazing Carrier! It was a blast and would highly recommend for adults and kids of all ages. If you are not mobile or have issues with steep stairs then you may just want to stay on the midship area....there is still plenty to see there!

The Instituto de Cultura Hispánica is a jewel in our community. Its museum offers an opportunity to see beautiful artifacts from nearly 20 Hispanic countries. There are several beautiful collections for the public to enjoy. Admission is free but the museum accepts donations.

This museum is so rich in history. I could not absorb it all in one visit. Spent an hour. $5 donation and guided tour. Rose was my tour guide and she was fantastic! Cant wait to go back. The displays change often and all items are donated. Well worth a visit!
