Pool staff regularly doesnt show up and so pool cant be open. Im a four-time Ironman finisher and member of various gyms the last 20+ years. I come from a facility that offered 24 access to a lap pool for adults for less than $50/mos that did not require lifeguards for adults to swim, so I wonder why Eagle Point wont figure out how to offer the same. Maybe this third party enjoys spending the Citys money to pay staff? Other reasons for a low rating: Phone lines send me in loops, with no one to answer and no hours of operation listed. One day I arrived when it was closed, which would have been prevented if phones lines had a recording they were closed or message with the hours. Another day I couldnt reach someone while I called from the pool to find out why it wasnt open (since I didnt want to walk through the lobby in my swim suit) but phones werent ringing through to the receptionist. Fee is higher than previous facility open 24 hours a day (that had spas, sauna in locker room and complementary use of towels not to mention body soap in showers). Front desk staff inattentive and preoccupied on their personal phones. Regularly I walk in and staff dont greet me b/c they are on their phones. I stood next to the front desk attendant and was unable to get his attention after saying "hello" three times b/c he was looking at Facebook. As a lap swimmer its frustrating to not having a second hand clock on the pool deck at both ends and both sides of the pool for training, but of course there is plenty of other incidentals crowding space in this small natatorium. So much for mindfulness! Unfriendly pool staff. No-one ever greated me after swimming there over three months. I also saw outdated swim instruction being used to teach children how to "struggle" through the water instead of learn proper swim technique. Too bad! When I made a gentle notification to management, I was dismissed b/c "so-and-so" had been there for so long...

Golfed 18 holes on July 20 2016. Great course, beautiful fairways, both greens and fairways are immaculate. I would rate it 5 star but for one thing that is really frustrating. The grass along the sides of the fairways is about 1.5 to 2inches in depth. This height allows the ball to sink. Since a ball is about 1 in diameter, once it stops, it can be a bear to find. I would guess that on many holes we lost time hunting for balls in that grass. Comeon, this is an amateur course not PGA...we dont have spotters. Please cut the grass to one short height and get a 5 th star just like when you were in 4th grade....

Reached out to a representative for membership questions. She was rude in her responses and made it seem as if I was a bother. Was going to purchase a family membership and now will be looking elsewhere. Shouldnt surprise me as the front desk reps were rude as well the times Ive been there for my sons golf tournaments. It is a nice course, too bad the staff are very rude. Have gotten to see many nice courses with my son on the high school golf team and traveling for tournaments. This course has by far had the most rude and unprofessional pro shop reps and email contact of any course weve traveled to.

Course was nice but blower trucks interfered with our game. Started blowing leaves on the fairway when we were ready to tee off. Moved out for us to hit. My ball landed near the leaves and before I could get over there they started blowing the leaves again and I was not able to find my ball. They also told us when we arrived we could play 5 in a group. On the back 9 they told us we had to split up even though we had not slowed up any other groups. We had let 2 2 people groups play through on the feont 9 which they would have caught up to a 4 person group as well. No one else was waiting on us.

Course was in great shape , only problem is that the junior golfers were hitting balls into the same greens we were playing . The junior golfers were damaging the holes when replacing pins and when mentioned to the head pro he just shrugged and offered no adjustment after we paid a middle to high green fee ( $47 ) . The food was ( breakfast tacos were great ) good and the service at the turn was good . Hope to play again and I hope that the mgt. remedies the aforementioned discrepancies!

This is an amazing place, I enjoyed my time here, very much. I was working in the area, got to join for a few months, They have wonderful people to assist in any of the different areas, Lydia is great for the Aqua fitness, she makes you want to better yourself, and Barbora,, makes the candlelight yoga an awesome experience. I hope to see all soon. And Again thank you ladies for time I miss you all. Leslie

Not the place to take your children for swimming lessons. The pool manager is unprofessional and lazy ... spends most her time sitting in her office eating and on the phone! The pool is always cold and dirty, not managed well at all! Also, would not eat at the Grill! I found a hair in my food, my daughter found a worm on her salad and I have witnessed non-employees in the kitchen area handling food.

Every time Ive been for birthday parties. I have two toddlers that need certain flotation devices because they are too small inside the life vest they do not allow me to bring them in because they need to make rental money. Then the playground is too hot to play on. They are rude to us regardless what we try to ask. Id rather not go because of all that but we have too.

We had our end of the year awards at the wave pool today for our horse riding center. We rented two Cabanas Bondi and Malibu for our kids and families. It was so much fun! The wave pool wasnt packed and the cabanas kept it cool underneath them. The staff was excellent at helping us! Thanks Eagle pointe the EVRC group had a blast! We will be back next year!

We joined over a month ago and we are happy with our decision to join. The group classes are fun and theres so many to choose from. The new weight/cardio area is nice and theres enough machines that you dont usually have a wait. And our little ones enjoy the child watch and the swimming lessons. Also, the restrooms and showers are well keptm

The golf course is amazing and priced very cheaply for what you get. The rec center and gym are nice, and the price is not bad for all you get. (Pool, classes, cardio, free weights) and you can get massages and tanning for a good price. The grill has good food also, and the wave pool is lots of fun in the summer.

Not overly crowded; we didnt feel rushed. I was surprised how nice all the tee boxes were. They had a good mix of elevation changes and hazards. Free driving range (Im guessing only for those who paid a greens fee). Its a par 71 course.
