Great place, but has some issues. For starters, me and my friends went here to the Skyjam event that they have available on Saturday nights. We had a blast jumping around and flipping about! The dodgeball in particular was loads of fun. However, the rules were unnecessarily restrictive. Other friends had told me that they were able to do double flips easily while they were there, but when I arrived, the rules now stated that it was against policy to do double flips. I found this quite ridiculous, because as long as one is able to stay in control and within the bounds of their own square, why not allow them to do more advanced acrobatics? It was also extremely frustrating, because most of the staff was doing double flips, running on the walls, flipping over pads, sitting on the pads in the court etc... This was annoying because the staff was essentially breaking every rule that had been established. Either the rules should be changed to allow some of these behaviors, or the staff should set a better example for what is acceptable behavior at the gym.

First off I want to say that my first experience with Sky Zone was AMAZING! I took my 2 yo daughter there while on vacation in Fargo, ND this summer. We had a blast jumping together. She jumps practically everywhere we go, so SkyZone is perfect for her. When we came back to MN I started searching for a similar place and lo and behold there was a SkyZone only 20 minutes from our place. I was thrilled. I took her to toddler time but once we were there I was informed that I couldnt jump with her. She was a bit upset since the other Sky Zone allowed us to jump together. I told her that we would come back not during toddler time so we could jump together. Today, we went back to Sky Zone. When we got there I was informed that they now separate by age. I get it! I know they have to do things for safety reasons but the 0-4 year old area is roped off. WHY CANT PARENTS JUMP WITH THEIR TODDLERS??? This seems like a no brainer. Parents arent jumping on their own kids. I hope you change the rules soon.

I have gone to Sky Zone in Plymouth, MN before and it was actually pretty fun. But they have made changes to the Sky Zone in Plymouth and maybe other sky zones too. The new version of Sky Zones trampolines are separated by age group. The little children, the adults, teens and tweens. I thought that would be a smart idea, being safer. But when I actually got in, there were only about 8 trampolines for each group, which sounds like a lot, but actually that means only 8 people in that age group. So if youre lucky, you get to jump in one trampoline the entire time. Also, they took out the benches for parents to watch, which sounds fine, they can just stand. But actually they dont let parents watch their kids at all. I wouldnt recommend going to Sky Zone, because of lack of space and and not being able to supervise your children. It is also expensive, and I was so bored I didnt even make it through the entire hour I had payed for.

Let me start out saying this is a neat idea and for the most part had fun. However, I am not completely satisfied. We paid almost $50 to jump for an hour during "open jump" where we were told we could jump anywhere except dodgeball. We spent 15 min at the foam pits and then the main jumping area with the basketball hoops for 15 min when everyone was kicked out for this aerobics class. I did not feel that was right. Now we had either the kids court to jump which was only one person per square and now there was not even room to jump let alone, with my kids and then the foam pits which the lines now doubled... If there is going to be aerobics class during open gym they should have a separate designated area for that rather then kicking paying customers out of the main area...

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! This morning my 10 year old son was injured and I have spent the day seeking emergency care. My 10 year old, was at a birthday party with a group of 10 year olds, and two 16 year old boys- who were not members of their party, reapeatedly whipped dodge balls at my 10 year old as hard as they could until he was injured and had to leave and seek medical attention. He was hit in the neck at full speed, on purpose by a 16 year old. Who lets this go on? Why is there no supervision, no safety rules, and no boundries for different age groups? What is wrong with people? EXTEREMELY NEGLIGENT!!!!!!!!!!!! They advertise as a place for bithday partied for little kids- yet they have 16 year old boys beating on the childen. STAY AWAY!

the place was pretty great and fun for everyone that came. The staff is very strict about rules and addresses them accordingly. Laurie Im sad to share the same last name as you. It is mothers like you that overreact about their little overprotected children getting hit with a foam ball that ruin these places for everyone else. Yes those 16 year olds were probably acting out of hand but you are the one that let your 10 year old go to a place that has extra large trampolines, where children are allowed to whip foam balls at each other. Dont blame the establishment, blame yourself.

I havent even stepped foot in their building yet and Im already thrilled. I just spoke to a very helpful man and asked about sending my daughter with special needs who wears orthotics. He had a few questions, spoke to his supervisor, and returned to say, "As long as her physician oks her to jump on their trampolines, she can wear her braces." It seems like nothing special, but believe me whenever I make this call to any recreation center Im generally disapointed by their response. Thank you in advance for your inclusive stance. My daughter is going to have a blast.

This place kicked my a$$ with their SkyRobics program! My friend and I decided to try out the program for the first time, and the staff was great in helping us newbies get set up. The program started off with a light warm up of jumping on the trampolines, which I thought, "this is too easy", but after a 5 minute warm up we were doing everything from jumping jacks, to sit ups, to racing up and down the trampolines. I totally get now why they say 1 hour of SkyRobics can burn up to 1,000 calories! Great program and we will definitely be back for more!

My fiance and I were the oldest people jumping (by about 15 years) and we loved it. There were lots of staff to ensure everyone was being safe. Looked like a great place for kids (and adults) to extinguish their mid-winter cabin fever. Main trampoline area had square trampolines, which bounce better and more consistently than the round ones found in suburban backyards. Did a bunch of flips and felt like a kid for 30 minutes. Lockers were available. Super fun!

I held my daughters 10th birthday party at Sky Zone Plymouth last weekend. They really handle everything. Our party host, Austin, was awesome. He took care of everything from explaining the rules, to setting up tables, to putting out pizza/cake, and clean up. It was awesome; the adults were able to sit and relax while the kids jumped and had a blast and had fun! Also - every kid received a FREE 30 Minute jump pass to come back another day. Thank you!
