Such a beautiful building with and incredible friendly staff. The guy at the front desk have us tons of information of other historical destinations around the area to visit. The map he handled us was so useful. The lady upstairs on the second floor helped me to dress up my mother to take some cute pictures of her and was so kind to is and the children who were learning about the display. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Austin.

Excellant starting point for a visitor. We walked to capitol from there. A must experience for any visitor in Austin. Beautiful grounds and building. We Were questioning lots of stuff and the people were so helpful. Cool from the Texas heat. Nice facilities!

Tourist trap! They tell you about the history of Texas. Its great for out of towners or if youre a transplant. Its pretty cool to check out.
