The course is fine but the people running it dont have a clue. There were two groups of 5 in front of us with two groups of 4 in front of them moving at a snails pace. At one point we had three groups waiting to tee off on a par 3. There is no course marshal on the course to monitor the pace of play. When I called the club house I get someone telling me that someone will be out and we never saw anyone. No one allowed us to play through when we were obviously waiting 5 minutes in between shots (literally). When I lived in the area I played here all of the time. I will never go back to Saddle Creek. I will not play anywhere where it takes 5 hours to play a round. You guys need to make an attempt to monitor the pace of play. The whole experience was uncalled for.

The course is in good shape, the price is right (best in the area!) Fantastic food in the bar and grill. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Ive never encountered a pace of play issue on this course. I drive from Spring Hill to play it, easy pick compared to Kings Creek which is an overpriced, poorly designed course, with "I could care less" staff, and no bar and grill, and a pace of play black hole. Why a lot of people have moved their membership from Kings Creek to Saddle Creek. Birdies to Greg and his staff!
