most annoying pet store experience Ive encountered. went in to buy a dwarf frog, had chloe "helping" us and trying to pressure us into spending $200 on a tank for a $4.99 frog. I love animals and of course want to buy the best for my pets, but thats a little absurd and to make it even better she had no clue what she was talking about and finished every sentence with, "I believe....but let me go check with my manager first" and would then disappear for 10 minutes. love the frog I got but will definitely not be going back to pet supermarket to purchase the rest of his accessories.

Only put on 5 starts so it can show up.... This store is awful every single time I go there specifically for fish they ALWAYS have problems with them either they got ick or whatever the issue is they never selling any fish! And this is all the dam time this store should not carry any fish whatsover I compare their fish care to walmart.....horrible horrible horrible

They have everything I need for my fish, snake, dogs and cats. I just upgraded my fish tank and was nervous about the transfer, so when I went to get Stress Coat, the girl, who wasnt their fish expert, told me shed help me as best she could with giving me advice on how to make it go smoothly. Theyre extremely helpful in the reptile/fish section. Love it!

They are just a local pet store with average pricing. They do send out 10% off coupons and give out a bag of pet food after I think, 7 purchases. The staff are always eager to assist, and have on occasions, given out tokens of appreciation. It is just that small town friendly atmosphere.

Was a very good place to get any an every need, idk what happened Im a VIP membership but definitely not happy with theyre "not have any jombo, large,or medium live feeding rat" theses past couple of months.but other than that a good place to shop
