It pains me to rate this place so low because it has so much potential, but newcomers beware! I first visited this place on January 9, 2015 for their monthly karaoke night. The bartenders were a little distant at first but eventually warmed up and were fantastic. The karaoke DJ, Chris (Main Line Karaoke), was decent- not engaging but pleasant enough. The locals on the other hand were friendly, welcoming, and a joy to be around. After raving about this place for a month, I convinced a group of friends to come out to their March 20th karaoke night. What a difference! The bartenders were distant and irritated whenever they had to serve us. We felt the need to apologize and overextend our appreciation for a drink because it bothered them so much to serve us. Let me also preface with a description of our group: mid 30s to early 40s, not heavy drinkers, and the least bit rowdy. On my last visit, I tipped the bartenders very well so this was not a case of under appreciation either. The food is pretty good here but stay away from the draft beers- the lines were so dirty that several of us had to resort to bottles and cans only. Last but not least, the karaoke DJ, Chris (Main Line Karaoke)... Despite putting in several song slips, unless you were tipping him, hed play one song and then you were done for the night. Not good, especially when the bar is already paying him to be there. Despite the first experience, I will not return to this establishment. I was embarrassed to say the least for even recommending it.

Great local bar. Good bands, 3 pool tables and a nice size dance floor makes for a fun evening out. I have not tried their food but the drinks were good and the people were friendly Visited June 2014 JoyceYEEE HAWWW! If youve never been to the Brickette Lounge you have to check it out. Its like walking back in time. Up to a few years ago it was just filled by cowboy types from who knows where? Probably Caln. But now it has a mix of college kids, professionals AND people from Caln. Great for people watching. The bands are hit or miss, And its not just Country music either. They often have bands that play classic rock. Great drink prices too. You get get a JD for $5 and its the size of a double anywhere else.

If you like hole in the wall bars this is for you. Drinks on the cheaper side. No fancy beers. Wine is is like 6$ a glass. Food is kinda pricey (limited menu). Live music sometimes...usually country or classic rock. Generally mid 30s and up kinda crowd.

Good service with decent food. Went for a happy hour/going away party. Food was cheap with huge portions, a small tator tot could feed 3 people. Good selection of alcohol and beer. Multiple pool tables and live music on Fridays.

Hometown bar feeling. Great music (not just country). No cover charge. Good beer selection. Reasonably priced. Great food cooked by the owner himself.
