I arrived at Cranberry Cinema at 1:20 for a 1:35 movie. There were no personnel manning the movie ticket sales counter. I found three lines each containing 15 to 20 people at each of the three cash registers of the concession stand. The clerks at the concession stand were taking orders for food AND selling movie tickets. All purchasers of tickets for movies had to wait while those in front of them ordered popcorn, candy, drink etc and tickets. This is a movie theater. Those coming to see a movie should receive service for that purpose. The wait was 25 minutes for me. I suspect some others waited longer and I know ALL waited longer than they would have if a ticket seller were available. In the future I will leave if there is a line for tickets at concessions. Poor management and poor service!!!

I had kind of a poor experience the last time i was there. I see a fair number of movies there, probably 12-15 per year so when i was there over the weekend for a sold-out showing of a brand new film i was shocked that the sound was so much lower than normal. I waited through the previews, then the first few minutes of the movie and it never got better. I heard several other people complaining about it. About 10 minutes in, i left the movie to ask someone to check the volume because i truly couldnt hear. The person said, "oh the volume AGAIN?" So i knew other complaints were made and they were aware of the problem. The issue was never fixed and it really ruined the movie for me. I always thought it was a nice, clean, comfortable theater so i know Ill go there again but i was pretty irritated.

Well i went into the theater to see American sniper the other day tried to call and see if it was sold out no one answered the phone. When i got there i live in west view by the way the worker stated we arent allowed to answer the phone when we are busy. Made me mad ... Then later for the 9 50 movie some handicapped guy starts a riot in the middle of the movie and we had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for the police to remove him and no one offered free tickets or refund very disappointed !

Movie experience is good but I really dont like that you have to wait in the same line to buy your ticket or buy refreshments. I dont want to wait behind families buying popcorn and candy just to get my ticket and go in. This is particularly frustrating when you get to the movie just before it starts. This movie theatre should hire another worker to sell tickets. p.s. They might do it differently during busy times. I usually go to matinees.

I agree with the one other person who referenced this problem with Cranberry Cinemas... the SOUND! I saw the Hobbit last December here, and then Jurassic Park during the summer and both movies suffered from quiet audio, especially the voice tracks. We could barely hear the dialogue and the problem worsened when anybody on screen whispered. Please... fix this problem ASAP. It is almost not worth it to watch a movie here anymore.

Have had quite a few bad experiences here lately... Once you get a manager they give you free tickets but if trade a good first experience over several mediocre ones any day. My BIGGEST complaint is the sound is always way too low. When you like the sound system at your house better than the theatre there is a problem.

This Theater is Great! If you go on Monday nights movies are 5 dollars a ticket (not including 3d) and you will be given a free small bag of pop corn. Great place to relax with friends/family. My only disappointment is how they occasionally will not show a few movies shown in other theaters around the Pittsburgh area.

Golden deluxe seating is the only way to see movies. This place is always super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with the screens or sound systems. This is the only movie theater I want to spend my money at!

The luxury seating is amazing & is the only way other than the drive-ins my friends & I see movies now. The free popcorn is just the icing on top of the cake. Who wouldnt want to watch a movie in a leather love-seat recliner?

Awesome clean and value on Mondays. We should all support our local theaters before they are a thing of the past. It would be great if they had senior day family night and even friend night as well as the value Day Mondays.

Best place to watch a movie locally for the area with regular seats or alittle extra u could be reclining in your seat. Nice concession stand, admission is reasonable for the location.. Offers 3d viewings on certain movies

I have been going here since it opened! This is a nice theater, they continue to update and although I dont do the 3d or any other upgrades, its done well because they seem to be busy. I like the matinee discount.

I love this movie theater. I live in the north hills and i love not having to go down Mcknight road to see a movie. It is smallish, but has plenty of films going at one time! Plenty of parking and easy to get to!

Go for the premium experience! The most comfortable seating you can imagine, plenty of space, and far fewer children. Much more enjoyable.

Its ok. The facilities are not comparable to the Cinemark in Wexford but its also cheaper. Staff is nice and typically its pretty clean.

Recently remodeled. The power reclining seats with foot rest is awesome in the luxury theatre; worth the extra price.
