No automated ticket machines! Wait, never mind, scratch that. You will find several of them being unused...inside, against the wall which your back will be towards upon walking inside. They are easily seen as you leave. So thats pretty stupid. Why not put them in plain sight outside to reduce the line. For as many screens, there were only two ticket sales counters. Of the two, there were three clerks and only one selling tickets on a Friday night after 6. Very odd. You get to pick your actual seats. While that is cool, it is kinda bad because its time consuming for everyone behind you and that puts stress on me knowing that. I think that should be reserved for online tickets or kiosk tickets. There are no "tickets" given. You are handed a receipt that looks just like the 3 or 4 copies businesses have grown fond of printing when going to dinner, or Target, etc. One for you, one for the business, a coupon, a copy, one to frame...you know what I mean. So, after stuffing the 100 receipts in your pocket and get to the ticket guy/girl by the entry, you will be asked where all the other patrons tickets are. So, go through all of the tickets and separate which is a ticket and which is a receipt and which is a copy, etc. STUPID! Also, take it upon yourself to know what theater you will be in because the ticket person will gladly tell you what row you are in (which is unnecessary because you are the one who has to chose that 20 seconds earlier) but wont say "theater 6 to the left". So after walking down the hall and realizing you have no clue where you are heading, you end up finding out its theater 1. Theater 1 by the way is the unmarked theater at the entrance. Because 2, 3, and 4 all come after 1...labeling theater 1 is unnecessary I guess. After finding "your seat" do not get too comfortable because they label the seat pairs though all the seats are connected so there is a possibility 16-17 is actually to the left and not to the right. Hard to explain but I think you can understand. It depends on how you read the numbers on the arm rest. Is the number pair referring to the chairs on one side of the arm rest or the other? Apparently we were wrong because we had to move down. And I wasnt the only "idiot" because I saw others having trouble with it. I was about to punch the person next to me for whistling loudly throughout the movie until I realized it was the BRAND NEW seats squealing like a stuffed pig every time the person breathed. Be warned, once all of the shops around the theater are open for business in the next few months, parking will be a nightmare. Guaranteed! And with one lane of traffic on atlantic, expect a 30 minute trip for the 1.5 mile from turnpike. Not a joke. Same goes for Lyons.

Pretty cool area in the middle of no where, parking bites. Really horrible for so much to do in that tiny area....needs more parking period. Dolby Atmos theater is not that great because there is very little bass compared to the IMAX theater right next to it. While watching San Andreas in Atmos I heard Tomorrowlands bass bleeding over. So... lesson learned, always pick IMAX for bass because its usually sick and the volume is usually nice and loud. Dont care about anything but sound and screen clarity... Im not there to eat popcorn. Tickets are also cheaper here than at West Palm Beachs IMAX which right now is going up and up and is ridiculous. Youd think they have the new Laser Projection and 12.1 surround for the ticket price of almost $17, $20 with Fandango. Ive confirmed they do not have the 12inch proprietary subwoofers that IMAX recommends in their theaters. Apparently this IMAX also uses 15 inch woofers. I just saw Batman vs Superman here and I have even worse news. The 3D Imax was calibrated wrong and the 3D was non-existent. So you normally see a movie in 3D and you get awesome clarity from putting on the glasses. March 29th the IMAX was screwed all day long, so take note folks if you wasted your hard earned $$$ there. Batman vs Superman was borked. The left projector was flickering as well giving me a headache. So depressed I didnt just go to Muvico now. This experience literally ruined the Batman vs Superman movie for me. Thanks a lot Franks. The Tech guy admitted it was messed up and couldnt or wouldnt stop the movie to fix it. Why? Ill never know. The best thing about this place was the staff who gladly let me in even though my Hollywood movie money ticket wasnt working properly even though when I called the number to check the balance it comes up as $21. Made no sense but they let me in using a staff code or something. But wow... seeing as how bad the projection went, Im glad I basically ruined BvS for myself for free. At least I didnt pay like most of those people in there.

This is a beautiful venue, but the customer service is pathetic. My family got a lane and we were completely ignored by the waiter. So, we went to get our own drinks. We all wanted food badly and the waiter continued to ignore us. I flagged down the manager who apologized. He said he would give us a complimentary "Loaded Fry" entree, it never came. On the way out, the manager apologized one more time, and I said, "Its ok, I understand". Another family member said, "No its not ok", and he continued to blast the manager about the lack of service. The upper manager said to my family member, "Yourre Intoxicated"... Well in any case, I wasnt intoxicated, and there is no doubt that the management here leaves something to be desired. It is evident when you walk into this location that nobody cares. Its quite sad because the place is beautiful. I would love to return, but I dont think I can after this. Ive been to plenty of bowling alleys in our area where the customer service is really great. These managers need more training, or else the staff is poorly paid... Im not sure, but something isnt right.

I went here last night with a group from work. We went to the bowling alley, and not the theaters, so I cannot comment on that portion of Franks. We enjoyed our bowling experience - the couched were nice, the place was clean and inviting. Overall the alley was wonderful. The food and drink service at the alley/restaurant left something to be desired though. The service was very slow. We ordered meals at the beginning of our second game and didnt receive the food until the last two frames of the game (and we were bowling pretty slowly). I ordered a specialty cocktail at the same time I ordered food, and did not receive it until after my food was delivered. The staff does not all seem to be on the same page when it comes to serving the guests. The food was very good, and was served while hot, so that was a plus. When I received my drink though, there was almost no alcohol in it, and there very little flavor to it overall. In essence - go for a couple games of bowling, grab a beer at the bar, and maybe an appetizer, and youll have a good time. Thats what Ill do next time I go back.
