Wish I could do zero stars. Not an option. For the record, our waiter at the restaurant was 10/10 and would recommend. The bartender at the "temporary" ponderosa lounge was unnecessarily angry and decided that our business wasnt worth her time. After yelling at us because it was "last call" she told us we could go to cascade grill next door but the last call would be the same (understandable). There were 4 of us and the ladies wanted water but she still "needed IDs for everyone because everyone in the bar needs to be 21" again, fair. I brought everyones IDs up to the bar and she never looked at them. After mentioning to another patron that she needed a double shot of whiskey after work (understand). After leaving the "lounge" to go to the grill and have some food, we began to order. She walked over and interrupted our order to tell us that we cant bring beer into a bar, and threw the can away. Im glad our waiter at cascade grill was a 12/10. Thanks for making everything worth it!

disclaimer: this is my first review ever and Im only doing it because of how infuriating this experience was. The blonde that works here was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful towards my family. Upon our entry to the "temporary" bar, she acted as though we were an inconvenience to her and the business. After telling us to move next door to the Cascade Grill because she apparently didnt think we worth her time, she proceeded to go out of her way to yell at my brother while he was ordering food for something that was completely ridiculous. So she couldnt bother with us when we were in her place of work but went out of her supposedly precious, valuable way to upset us. So no. I recommend never ever spending money at this place, especially if this "person" is working.

Service was absolutely terrible. I entered the temporary lounge while the real bar was being remodeled. My waitress was very offensive right away. Demanded IDs from my girlfriend who was drinking a water. Then proceeded to tell me I could head to the other bar at the truck stop as she was closing in 20 minutes and mentioned they were closing even though they are 24/7. Very disrespectful and even interrupted my order with the waiter from cascade grill to basically tell me how terrible of a customer I was. Once again. Very disrespectful and wish I could speak to management to correct this problem.. Dont hire bartenders who cant handle working till bar close. She even mentioned she needs "a double shot after this". Very disappointed with the service.

Crazy... how and why youre treated the way you are , an example, I go into the bar by myself they treat me wonderful Jennifer is a great bartender I leave I bring friends of mine with me and there are new bartenders who all the sudden treat me differently like Im a performing a disappearing act you know what I give this place a lot of business over the years I stay at the hotel I eat at the marketplace Jake brake I ate at the restaurant that Im in right now and for some reason I dont have a good feeling Im not going to slam anybody but maybe they will take note of what Im saying people tip good when they are treated good and whether or not check out the second line on the tab the tip line

Went in for breakfast sat for 10 to 15 minutes before I got a menu then when they handed me the menu it had an ant on it where another 5 or 10 minutes before I got even got a cup of coffee with 30 minutes for you got my mail places really went downhill lately I used to work there back in my twenties and now Im in my forties and almost fifties and the service has just really been sucky I think they need a new management and they need a new staff they are doing a very piss poor job at Jubitz truck stop in the restaurant in the bar

Nice bar but service could be a lot better. Stuck here for the weekend after 2 loads canceled on me and was hanging out here around 4pm. Once band starting playing at 8pm I felt like I was getting the bums rush by the waitress (Sarah C). Food is average and drink specials nothing special. Wish they would treat OTR truckers better here. Geez they hate OTR truckers here! Yes they play live bands here but they dont allow the truckers to stay!

This is a truck stop on steroids. The bar is huge. The food is much better than you would expect of a truck stop, and fairly cheap. Service is exceptional...cute waitress knew our names, drinks, and who was driving before we got our coats off. Live music at times which was good. Fun place...and you dont need to drive a truck....most of the customers dont.

The bartenders and waitresses are great , but the food has taken a dive!!! Had to pay $25 bucks to get in tonight, this is a TRUCKER country bar ,and built by truck drivers never forget that, not some hip hop rapping bar, the so call band didnt even have a guitar !! HORSESHIT, I ASKED FOR MONEY BACK AND LEFT , AFTER A AWATERED-DOWN WHISKEY ! WTF!!

I ate here many times everything was fine until the one time that I asked for a prime rib Sunday evening I spent the next half of the week trying to flush out food poisoning the only thing I know the prime rib must have been sitting out became poison. I am 42 if I would have been 80 or 90 it would have probably killed.

Fantastic staff....go out of their way to make you feel welcome Now to the lounge.....put it on your website that the actual lounge is closed and there is no entertainment so people who are looking for a little fun on a 34 hour break can make a decision to go somewhere else

Bartenders are great, management not so much. Asked to speak to manger, no go. Inconsistent with alcohol prices and charge almost 2.00 more from stations compared to bar which is unfortunate for the bartenders because thats their tips.

This place is literally located at a truck stop. There are truckers there relaxing. Its a pretty out-of-this-world experience if youve never done that before. We were there to see some live music and the sound system isnt that bad

Its a truck stop bar, so dont expect much... But the wait staff is rude and the mixed drinks arent very good... Been in twice, thinking maybe the first time was a fluke... Not gonna go back.

The people just couldnt be nicer. The food was great. I asked for brown sugar for my coffee and they actually brought me some. Super attentive server . No complaints from me.

A great place to see a show, lots always going on but they do need more bars to serve drinks....but I heard they are upgrading.
