The Birkenfeld Country store has grown up and we have completed our projected.We are now listed TheBirk/Birkenfeld Country Store. We have turned into a full Music Venue and so far this year we have had artists from Nashville, Northern Canada, Maui, and the Northwest.The store is no longer, but the restaurant is in full swing with dinner specials on weekends. On occasion we have artists from around the country that perform during the week. We just never know when theyre going to stop in! We went to the BIRK with my family to celebrate my birthday.we pretty much invaded them as there was 30 of us. we made reservations but that was still a lot to cook for.They did a fantastic job and was very friendly.The food was fantastic and the service exelent. Everyone in my family loved it and are planning on going back. My daughter inlaw is coming to visit and we plan on taking her there later this mo. Most definitely worth the trip and "its not that far".

I stopped by on a motorcycle ride with some friends. I loved that it was in a small town that if you blinked you would miss it. The setup is great and the owners were very hospitable and great. The Birk has bands play there, but unfortunately i was not there to experience that. I look forward to going back again to see the live entertainment.

A great drive to get there, and you are rewarded with a fantastic live music venue. The owners, Mike & Wendy are friendly, the place is welcoming, and the food is great. Blue and Americana bands play here. Sound and acoustics are really good.

The Birk Saturday, August 19th 2017 Stop for lunch with a group of Northwest Sport Riders. Trista was our waitress. Ordered a Smokehouse Bacon Cheese Burger with a Salad. It was FANTASTIC! Thanks Wendy and Trista

The report that the Birk is closed is not true. It has been continuously operating for years. Great place, people, building, atmosphere, setting, beer and food.
