In 30 years of using Hilton for both Business and pleasure , this is the worst Hilton we have ever stayed at.A front desk representative named Dalen was extremely rude and offensive even though they had overcharge me several hundred dollars and before we even checked out and refused to research the matter further. When I told him that we used a debit card and that it was actually $$ taken out of my account and that I could not wait two weeks for this to be resolved as he suggested, he became irate and hung up on me. My husband and several people from his company said they had very bad experience staying here and will never return. They are rude defensive and do not go the extra step. To say this is the worst hill I have stayed at is significant because we have literally stayed thousands of nights at various Hiltons including luxurious condo vacation properties and various degrees of smaller bare-bones hotels. Save yourself aggravation and stay elsewhere.

A little further out in the burbs than we had anticipated, but it was situated in a quiet industrial park, nearby a small strip mall that has a Panera Bread, Qdoba and a few other places to eat. During our summer road trip from New England out to the Mid West and back, this place had the best beds and thats including the downtown Marriott in Chicago. Sleep number, with lovely pillows was a great experience. The pool wasnt to bad, could have done with being a little bit warmer, but it didnt seem over chlorinated compared to a few others we stayed at. The staff were all very lovely, especially the breakfast stuff. Breakfast was great too, free from the full service restaurant as well as a very comprehensive continental breakfast offering, including a great range of snack bars and fruits.

We always try to stay at Hilton Garden Inns when we travel because we like the atmosphere and we are HHonors members. This hotel was very much what weve come to expect from Hilton - friendly staff, nice accomodations, and a delicious breakfast. We even requested the room directly across from the fitness center, so we were able to wake up and walk across the hall to work out. My only complaint would be that our room smelled a little strange - as if someone had been smoking in it, and they sprayed some kind of scent in the room to cover that up. (We have no idea if that actually happened, but thats how it smelled.) We will continue to stay at Hilton whenever possible, as they really are nice hotels.

We had a wonderful wedding ceremony and reception at the Hilton Garden Inn at 700 Beta Drive. Brenda Schiralli-Rothenberg, the Catering Manager, was especially great. She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly, even going as far as working on her normal off day getting everything under control on our wedding day. Everybody at the Hilton Garden Inn, in general, was great. The food was excellent, everybody was raving about it. Another great touch was the fact that there was a bottle of Champaign and an antipasto plate waiting for us in our complementary suite when the reception ended later that night.

We stayed overnight for a wedding in the area. The place was spotless. Very clean. It looked like a new hotel, but not sure how old it is. The front desk quickly got us our room key and helped us with a few "area" questions. Our room was clean and the complimentary keurig coffee and mini fridge keep me happy. They have breakfast (not free) with someone making eggs and omelettes. The staff was courteous and quick. Food tasted fresh. The room was a fair price and clean. Oh and the bed surprisingly comfortable.

The rooms are nice. We had an issue with out air conditioning the first night, but got it working for during the next morning. The fan in the bathroom doesnt work which makes it warm after showering. But now that the air is working things seem to be good. Bed is a little hard for my taste. Pillows are nice! Was also disappointed that the bar doesnt open on a Saturday until 5. We were in town for a wedding and had some time to kill in-between the ceremony and reception.

The front desk people were wonderful and accommodating, and the room was clean. The bathroom felt a bit old, but still worked. The problem came in the morning when we planned to get up and out well before the check out time of noon but were woken up twice by room service knocking and opening the door. Once we did get up and out they were waiting right outside the door asking if "we were done". Kinda put a bad taste in the mouth in the end.

Very nice hotel for a business trip. Room was clean and well furnished, breakfast and dinner from the hotel kitchen were very good. Workout room is small but contains several treadmills and dumbbells up to 50lbs. Pool is too small to swim laps but the Jacuzzi was great. There is also a full gym behind the hotel that guests have access to thats well stocked. Staff is friendly and attentive. Id stay there again.

I had a great visit to the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland East this past night. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I even ate dinner down at the restaurant area and it was fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and polite. I even had to call the front desk at one point because the hair dryer wasnt working, and a new one was delivered to my room within 5 minutes will definitely be back again.

The room was nice, the place was clean, the pool well-kempt, and the staff courteous BUT sleep is an important part of a hotel experience and the beds were so stiff all four of us woke up sore. They had a dial for comfort but they were already set at the "softest" setting. It felt like sleeping on a stack of gym mats then the pillows went flat on impact so we requested more to be able to stack them.

Ive stayed here for business trips several times. The beds are comfortable, nothing wrong with the bathrooms, and in general they have everything youd expect in this price range. Their breakfasts are complimentary and they take custom orders for certain items. Ive only had dinner at the restaurant once, and I was very happy with my tuna steak. The staff is friendly and helpful if you need them.

The hotel is very convenient to the Interstate and has plenty of parking. Our room was clean but the sound insulation between rooms is poor. The front desk staff was friendly, though the bartender wasnt. The wifi was useless and the restaurant serves mediocre re-heated food. Overall, the stay wasnt awful, but this hotel is nothing special for the price.

Stayed here on November 21, 2012 as a stop over on our trip home. After 12 hours of driving, we needed a nice, quiet place to sleep and this hotel was exactly that. The bed was comfortable and we never heard a peep. The service at the desk was excellent and well definitely stay here again if in need of a place to stay during our travels.
