Nada demais. Not impressive. We went even after some friends have been in the place and hated the hamburger. Ill give a suggestion: if I order a beer dont offer me another beer for the double of the price even if come with a gift glass. Its quite offensive and in my oppinion its like a prank when you got the check. I still prefer the Cheesecake Factory.

Looking through many recent reviews you could conclude that the service at HRC Orlando is hit and miss. Well, we ate there twice this week and that was exactly our experience. The server for our lunch meal was attentive and the food was tasty. The pulled chicken sandwich was as satisfying as any Ive had in a BBQ joint. And thank you HRC for having Mac n Cheese worthy of feeding to our children, and not the glow in the dark crap that too many places serve. We were so pleased with the meal and with the HRC store that we returned a few nights later for dinner. What a shame. Our food choices were just OK and the server was so inattentive. It just soured the whole experience. First of all, I wish the pulled chicken could be available for the nachos. Instead they arrived with tiny diced pieces of flavorless grilled chicken. Of course I couldnt ask the server because she disappeared. Or get refills because she disappeared. It was a never ending exercise of saving our questions until she would show up again. So we just plodded through this hum drum meal, unhappy and eager to leave. And it wasnt terribly busy either. There was no wait when we arrived and a third of the tables in our area were unoccupied. And, by the way, with so many free tables why were we seated at a table closest to the kitchen? And where every single server had to walk between me and the too-close staircase! At least I got more conversation from those folks saying excuse me than I did from my own server. Ugh.

I called 3 weeks in ADVANCE to ask if they took reservations for dinner. I was told YES and they took my name and number. I specifically inquired as to RESERVATIONS because I knew most of other restaurants in CityWalk did not take reservations for dinner. When I arrived they indicated "well, it is not really a reservation, it is just priority seating " and it would be a 40 minute wait! I inquired as to WHY then I was told yes to reservations and was simply told "sorry, must have been someone new". You could tell they simply tried to brush me off and they could care less that our party had DEPENDED on their representation of a certain time. I think it was their attitude that was the biggest insult! In fact, right after telling me it was a 40 minute wait someone walked up behind me and they were told a 30 minute wait with no reservation or priority seating. I was especially upset because we could have come earlier and beat the dinner rush but we were WAITING for our RESERVATION TIME! We were of course stuck and the customer service did not get any better from there. No wonder many Hard Rock Café s are losing business. Perhaps that is why they lied to me and said yes to reservations-- just to get us in. Will never go back!!!!

As the biggest HRC in the world, theres a huge collection of memorabilia to enjoy if you spend some time walking around. The atmosphere is fun and kids will definitely enjoy the over-the-top nature of the place. The servers are very good despite being insanely rushed and the bar struggles to crank out the drinks fast enough, not for lack of trying. The food is another story. Yes, this is a theme park and yes, this is Hard Rock, so expectations shouldnt be too high - but then neither should the bill. $100 purchased a vast pile of tortilla chips buried in gross cheese, two very under-cooked 6oz burgers and one salad with a avalanche of tortilla chips. Having the meat bleeding into a soggy bun isnt my idea of a decent burger and we all pretty much shoveled through the meal wondering if we should have eaten in the park instead. The meals are prepared with so little love and attention that it really destroys the experience. Its seriously not that hard to make nachos, burgers and salad. Watch out for the "photo opportunity" as you walk in that leads to a $20 photo sale at your table while youre eating. After a whole day of ride photos, its a little annoying to get hit up when youre dining.

Largest Hard Rock on the East coast. Fun entertainment, good food, and cool memorabilia from your favorite artists. Oh theres also that pink Cadillac. After you order or eat, walk around and gawk at the guitars, drums, clothes, etc that musicians from the past and present have used. The Hard Rock is like a museum that you can eat at. Be amazed at how small many performers are, or did their clothes shrink, who knows? With the restaurant being so large, the wait wasnt terrible, but its best to arrive before 5pm if you dont want to wait hours to be seated. Service was good and prompt, took a little longer than average to get food, but many customers to serve, so was expected. Food was good and better than similar restaurants. The menu is very similar to an Applebees or Chillis restaurant, so theres nothing to be scared of, prices are also competitive, but are on the higher side. You are paying part for the experience. Atmosphere was great, and theres no pressure to leave, which again makes for a great experience, and gives you time to check out the "stuff". I would definitely recommend and go back when in Orlando.

We didnt have a reservation, so we ended up waiting for about 45 minutes to be seated. I didnt mind the wait because I expected a line on a Friday night. When we finally sat down at a table, we found out the bartender was also our server... The bar was full and our server/bartender didnt come to our table to get our drink order for the first 15 minutes. When he finally came over, I ordered a drink as well as water and we waited for an additional twenty minutes just to get our drinks. The bartender was called back to the bar by guys wanting more beer. Great. The server walked away and said, "sorry, one second." When he finished serving the bar again, he finally got our orders in. Another thirty minutes goes by until we finally get our food. We were starving. The food was okay, but nothing to write home about. I couldnt believe they didnt just have a server for our table who wasnt also responsible for the bar. He was running around all night and couldnt seem to catch up with his responsibilities. I have worked in a restaurant industry before and we never had a bartender leaving the bar to serve tables as well.
