The hotel grounds are very nice. The location is good. The staff seemed really good. We had a good nights sleep, ate breakfast, and checked out. A few days later I noticed a $250 dollar additional charge on my credit card, so I called them and they erroneously charged us for smoking in the room. BUT NOBODY SMOKED IN THE ROOM. My Roomate/guest had tobacco and herbs (he is Native American), but went to outside to smoke everytime. The smell may have lingered on his clothes, but nobody smoked. I am a Physician, who does not smoke and is allergic to smoke. I would not let ANYBODY smoke in my room. They took pictures of his leftover tobacco and herbs and claim that is evidence, but that is not evidence of smoking inside! The manager was so rude, I have a feeling they do this to other people who do not smoke in the room, so if you stay here, make sure they check the room and you get your deposit back right away, or else they make up the fact that they smelled smoke and charge you $250!!!!!!! Be careful here, nobody smoked in the room, and they charged us for it! This has never happened to me before.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I flew in from California for a friends wedding and had a great experience at this hotel. First, I really liked how they had a free, no-hassle shuttle to and from the (albeit nearby) Canton/Akron airport. Second, their staff at the front desk is very courteous and helpful; they helped me get around, get a cab, and find good places to eat within walking distance. Third, the room decor was very nice and modern, and the bed was supremely comfortable -- very important. Lastly, they were very accommodating with my needing to check out 1 hour after the nominal check out time. I would come back to stay here if I were to return to Canton.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, However I was not pleased with the service. I was there for a family reunion &expected to be able to relax once I returned to my room,but was constantly disturbed by the employees. 8 am room check ??? Ive never heard of ( I travel often). Room keys disabled with My Belongings, although we were booked for 3 days . Delivery charges for "hotel "and we ordered food from Dominoes & paid direct. This EXPERIENCE WAS not an enjoyable one.

Its not a 5 star hotel, but the service certainly is. Every employee went above and beyond. The area has no sidewalks, so the airport shuttle driver drove my daughter and I to Chuck E. Cheeses. The breakfast wasnt stellar, but the ladies working there were so friendly and accommodating. I was in a Ritz-Carlton last week and Im not exaggerating when I say the service was on par. Well done Marriott.

I would rate my experience at about 7. The reason I would not rated higher is because it did not seem like there was any overseer for the swimming pool hot tub area. Over a dozen children were left run wild in that area when adults really wanted to use it. We had 24 golfers staying there and not one golfer was able to take advantage of the pool or hot tub area because of the Rowdy children.

Check-In was super easy, the room was very clean very nice room. The shower was a little weird because there was no ledge there was just too drains in the bathroom floor, so water piled up in the bathroom so that was a little weird. But all in all the stay was great the buffet for breakfast in the morning was really good. And check out was just as easy.

Wedding Reception I had my wedding reception here and everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful preparing for the event and all the bridal events that they have were very helpful as well. Diana was amazing going through all the details with me and really working to make the event beautiful for my husband and I!

My girlfriend and I recently stayed a night here at the courtyard in north canton and the banquet boys, Ashton and Jake, were very helpful in helping us find our way around the hotel and bringing us ice and making us feel at home during our stay.

My wife and stayed here one night and truly enjoyed the visit. Great staff very hospitable and professional. Breakfast is great here too. I have eaten at the restaurant on other occasions and have always been treated well. Class act here!

Nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Traveling with our dog and she was welcomed with a dog treat, lots of smiles and belly rubs. We will be staying here again on our way home.

Way overpriced. $145 a night for a king bed in an almost empty hotel that smells like feet and charges you $11 for a continental breakfast. What a joke. Do not recommend in any capacity. Holiday inn is a mile away, try it instead.

Very close to I-77. Less than 4 miles from Hall of Fame! Very close to many restaurants, shopping outlets, and directly across from a mall. Complimentary breakfast was great and service was excellent. Clean room and well kept.

Service was fantastic and Internet was actually high speed. Hotel was busy due to the Republican convention but we still got a room last minute. There was a pokestop across the street and the pillows were really fluffy.

We first came and had a double bed room. I am 64" and not so small. My wife and I asked to have the room changed to a king room. They accommodated us very well! Great place to stay. Needs a free breakfast.

Location is not great. Next to a run down hotel, and a rundown, abandoned miniature golf place next door. Walls are not very sound proof. Shower is old and dingy, and water pressure is weak. Very old hotel.

Hotel is comfortable enough. Kind of an odd location next to the highway and behind a target store. Bed was comfortable and the pillows werent too soft. It was very quiet which is always a plus.

Canton Ohio this location is very conveniently located all the shopping stores. Rooms are very clean and staff was very helpful what you come to expect from the Marriott brand of hotels.

A nice hotel to stay in. Nearby the mall and other shopping locations. Kent State Stark is also very close to the location. There is a bar inside that serves food until evening as well.

Superb breakfast portions were the highlight. The entire facility, appropriate to the location, has football themes from the Len Dawson meeting room to the stitching on the lamp shades.

Went to have dinner at the "Brew pub" and was told they dont serve food on the weekends. There was no information available to me before I got there that would have let me know that.
