I took my 5 year old daughter to this theater on Sunday 10/12/14. The movie was great and she had a blast, but she always looks forward to the games. She was so excited with her allowance money (yes, the independent stage has begun lol). Well, the games ended up eating her money 3x and she wasnt able to play them. Shes already sad because I cant fix them for her and wed been planning this outing for 2 weeks. She picked the movie, she asked to play games long before we even set a date for this outing. She did the extra chores around the house so that she could spend her own money like a big girl to buy her popcorn, her drink and the games. And her hard earned money...sat in a game that she couldnt play :( Anyway, we notified a female blonde-haired manager. Dont get me wrong, this type of thing happens. We go to Chuck E. Cheese, movies theaters, etc on a normal basis. But normally the staff replaces the money taken. Or at least is apologetic. At this time, guaranteed it was less than $2...but $2 that she was SOOO proud to earn. So proud to spend. This manager offered no solution. No apology. Her response: We know. Theres nothing we can do about it. And WALKED AWAY! Are you freaking kidding me??? Least you could do is hang up a sign saying Out Of Order since they knew about it! Needless to say, I left. I gave my daughter more money when we got out to the car and explained to her how the nice lady gave her her money back and was so sorry that the games didnt work. I ended up taking her to buy a toy and get ice cream. The games didnt work. Fine. But it is common decency that when something malfunctions, you try to get customers to NOT use it, to stay away from it. The blatant disrespect and bad attitude of this employee & the fact that it was admitted that the games were not working and not even a sign could have been hung, is what will keep us from returning to this location. All around BAD BUSINESS!

Some reviews here are overly critical. This theater does have some older equipment, but the staff does a tremendous job in maintaining what they have. The movies are usually very clear, The sound is good, and the snacks are always tasty (The one time I had a few burnt kernals they replaced my whole bag of popcorn for free) I go to this theater a lot, would I like it if Cinemark would update it? Get some better sound systems and seats that have a little bit of a lean? yes, But for what it is. its great! I Used to live in Terre Haute indiana, Id tell anyone complaining that this theater isnt a multi-imax, super-digital, couch-stadium seating, to visit a few of their theaters....

As myself and buddy sat down to enjoy the movie there ad began to play. "Cinemark, the best seat in town." -As I looked over at my buddy the arm rest broke off of the seat he was in. We definetly got a good laugh but they are far from the best seat in town. :) Tinsel Town in Canton is much better. Outrageous customer service. Wanted to charge me $3 for a large cup of Ice Water. Told me I could not bring my own water into the theater either when I asked. So had it with there rip of Nazi Germany style rules. I am going to protest by sneaking is much snacks in from here on out for me and my friends.

Its dirty and the seats smell like feet. The floors are all sticky. On top of that the seats arent wide enough to accommodate larger patrons. The bathroom stalls were fit in there like sardines. One elderly lady got her shirt caught because there just wasnt any room to turn around. Edit: Its been over a year since my review and they have made some changes. They finally got new seats in some of the theater rooms (I havent been in them all, but at least in the theaters showing the major movies they are new) The bathrooms are still terrible though. So I am upping my original review by one star.

This theater really needs to be updated. Its getting quite old. The seats are uncomfortable, the theater floor is always sticky (gross), the bathrooms are super tiny, but its the only place in town to see a movie. The prices for snacks are theater high, which is to be expected, and the equipment is old, but handled well. The staff maintain the stuff decently, but honestly, this place could use some serious renovating. I wish they would build a new theater in town and put this place out of its misery.

Their projector is out of focus. Went to watch The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug on opening night and the projector was obviously out of focus. Everything has a soft edge to it and small text from trailers are impossible to read. The staff insisted that its fine and gave me a refund. If the staff cant tell the projector is out of focus then I dont want to go there again. I used to be a projectionist at a theater so I can tell it wasnt set up properly.

Too many complainers. I go here all the time and its always clean and all the staff is friendsly. It doesnt say Disney on the outside so everyone seems to be jumping on the hate wagon complaining about how it doesnt have leather recliners for each person and someone on the side to feed them popcorn so they dont lift their hands during the movie. Its a movie theatre. Thats it. Its a great place. Dont let the door hit you where the good Lord split you.

The place is smelly, not necessarily dirty. I saw my first movie here, Iron Giant. The new seats are mediocre at best. I love this place because I can take both me, and my girlfriend, to a movie for the price of 1 ticket anywhere else. Staff is cool, staff is friendly. My only complaints are its smelly and cold.

This 10 cinema movie theater was built in 1993. It is clean and I generally have no complaints except for the seating. The theaters 30 minutes East or West (Canton and Ontario), have the nicer seats that recline etc., so sometimes well go further away just for that- especially if its a longer movie.

Weve been to Cinemark Movies 10 in Wooster a bunch of times over the years and we enjoy going here. The food is too pricey just like nearly every other theater but I have always found it to be clean, movie prices reasonable and have never had a problem with a movie. Reliable entertainment.

A nice place to watch a movie, especially since they remodeled and have much better seats. They are a little larger and a lot more comfortable. Sometimes getting through the concession stand can take a while. Get there a little early if you are stopping for snacks.

Everywhere the trends are toward more comfortable seating and a stadium configuration. But the Wooster Cinemark remains pretty much stuck in the 1990s. The selection is mostly the popular fare. Mildly offbeat films might play a week if they are booked at all.
