Made my son cry. He was playing in one of the jumping areas with a ball. Than a staff guy showed up and arranged a dodge-ball and made my son leave, because he was hit with a ball or something. We were told that there are rules and kids cant just play. If there are certain rules, where was the staff when my son started playing? Was it necessary to insist leaving the area for a 4 y.o? The kid was really upset watching others playing from the other side of the glass. After that we went to another jumping area. The staff came up to us to said that we cant run there. Only jumping is allowed. By the way, this area consists of long trails. And no running. Now about pricing. The ticket for 4 y.o. is $8. Not the cheapest place, as you can see. On the register we were offered an upgrade for the kids pass so that he could attend facilities for 7 y.o. and older (together with an adult). OK, we payed extra $4 for the upgrade. There is no information about this extra fee on the website though. Then if an adult enters the play area you also need to buy an adult ticket, too. Which is $14. This is $27.47 in total with tax. Somehow they forgot to tell us that the upgrade fee doesnt let to play in ALL the facilities. There were some, where my son wasnt allowed to. The staff saw my son being very disappointed and trying hard to keep tears inside. No reaction or a kind word at all. I also saw another child crying for the same reason as far as I understood. The visit brought only tears and disappointment. Inappropriate attitude. Never coming back.

Inexperienced manager could only apologize for her employee who allowed a very big "kid" into the dodgeball court to play against small kids. Big kid wails several kids in the head injuring them and causing them to cry. Employee ignores the overtly rough and dangerous play of older big kid. Big kids actions were ignored by staff until parents of little children became angry and confronted the big kid along with the employee. Manager could only apologize but took little action to assess injured child and did not offer a satisfactory resolution to a dangerous situation. Lack of managerial experience along with teenaged employees equals a play at your own risk atmosphere. Beware if you have small children!! We will not return to this loosely supervised play place.

We were invited here for a small birthday party and had a good time. We could clearly see the kids from the table in the middle of the room and were not rushed in any way. Get to play full 2 hours (minus cake time), not just 45 min. like some other places. Kids didnt want to leave. Even on the weekend it wasnt crowded. There was a bit of a funky smell when we walked in but didnt feel it after a while. Some employees seemed rather confused but cant complain overall. Note that there are two separate areas for 8+ and younger kids, so if you have children in both age groups it might be a challenge. The area for younger kids is bigger than I expected, more than enough space and equipment to play.

Go to Defy Gravity instead. I took my kids to Jumpstreet for the first time today; we wont be back. They limit activities by age, which meant that my very confident, capable 6-year-old girls couldnt do half of what was there. Plus, there were no individual trampolines and no foam pit. Instead, they had a "stunt" airbag to jump on to, but my kids were again limited and werent able to jump off the highest platform. Launching Pad has a stunt pad with an even higher platform that my girls love jumping off of. In sum, we have been to Defy Gravity, Launching Pad, Sky Zone, and Jumpstreet. Defy Gravity is by far the best, with the rest following in the order I listed.

The place is pretty nice. The only thing that sucks is that we re sitting while the kids are having fun and ONE of the cashiers is extremely rude and upset because it s late (9pm) and she wants to go home. It s supposed to be closing at 11. We went to extend the time from 8pm to 9pm, WHICH BRINGS MORE MONEY TO THE BUSINESS , and she started rolling her eyes like she heard some bad news. She handed us the change while looking the other way. A family walked in while we re getting our change and she said "oh my God ... there s more coming" to another cashier. Dont know her name but she obviously has a weight problem and limping

Although I suggest coming in during the weekdays instead because during the weekend it can get a bit pricy and quite crowed, but definitely worth it! I came with my nieces and they had such a blast. I suggest the earthquake section for the smaller ones because theres other younger ones for them to play together. The staff also did a nice job interacting with them, Maddie was super playful and sweet with them. And the best part is that they lose all that energy they have.

I give this a 1 Star because my daughter she is 13 wanted to go there because she thought it would be fun we get there we pay after we pay they tell us what things are closed and how old you have to be to play in this area there is only 2 spot she can be and that is on the trampoline she told me that the trampolines are not even bounce good or high so if I was you I would not go there you should either do sky zone or defying gravity JUST DONT GO HERE " YOU WILL HATE IT "

A good place but a little bit disappointed. My first time here and I bought an adult (all included)entrance just to jump with my 4yr kids but later a staff member told me I should not be jumping in the trampolin. So basically I waisted my money. I recommend just pay for the kids am do not recommend all included for small kids; after all, they can stay in the same area the whole hour.Other than that is ok.

Loved it for my 3 year old!! It was only $5 for him to play in the toddler area and we could stay all day. Staff was super friendly and facility was clean. I didnt have to pay for me or my infant since we were not jumping. Probably not the best if you have multiple kids who are in different age ranges, but this worked prefect for us. Also super cheap toddler bday parties!

Go on a weekday if you have little kids. Its crazy town on weekends. I really appreciate that they have a separate are for younger kids that includes trampolines, a bouncy house and a slide. My 3-year-old really enjoys himself here, and its a great place to get energy out. 80% of the space is for older kids. Looks fun, but usually pretty abandoned when were there.

This was the most friendliest place. Very affordable. All the staff went above and beyond to make my children happy and was so interactive. Seeing the staff willing to play a game with my children just made my day. The staff were very focused on safety the entire time my kids were playing. The facility was clean and organized and very inviting.
